My Evil System-Chapter 29 Evil Eyes!

?I activated [Evil Eyes] and scanned my surroundings. A 1km radius was considered big when I wanted a specific place, but regarding a larger scale scan like this world, it was too minuscule of a number.

In a short moment, a map appeared on my screen, displaying the village, the spot where I was standing, and the others location.

I pressed the village icon, and a piece of information flashed on my screen.

∥ B A R R E N L A N D ∥

● Previously known as Euclid Village until the God Little Piggy destroyed it as an act of revenge

● A plot of land within the southernmost part of the Holy Kingdom, Rustin. It is surrounded by a Mountain range and Forest in the East and South, while the endless sea occupies its western side. The only entrance and exit are from the North.

● Area = 50 km sq.

● Population = 0

● Quest = 0

∥ E N D ∥

Hmm . . . I see. I guess it wasn't joking when it said that it could display everything.

Even hidden treasures. Too bad that all were destroyed by Little Piggy.

That God needed self-control

I pressed my icon next, and it accurately displayed my stat. I didn't have to check the others to know that I could pry on their stat as well.

Hmm . . .

Anyway, just to make sure, I pressed Luke's icon, which was blinking away from the village.

I skimmed my jawline with the pad of my fingers and looked at another part of the map. So far, the 1km radius only displayed the icons of the village, myself, the others who were running away from the village to who knows where, the weather, the sea on the west, the mountain range and forest in the east and south.

There was also a blinking red dot at the upper right corner of the amp, waiting to be pressed. It was eye-catching and downright annoying.

I pressed it just to stop it from blinking.

". . ."

System.

<Yes, Host?>

What the fuck is this?

<As exactly as it said, Host>

You mean to tell me that on top of fighting monsters, struggling to meet day's end, staying alive every fucking second of the day, worrying about shelter and food, and finding my family, I also have to deal with this apocalyptic thing as well?

<. . . Yes.>

I sharply inhaled and released it through the dark sky.

System, is this world want to kill its players? Just tell me now, and I'll kill myself to get this done and over with.

<Calm down, Host. Don't forget. You have blueprints and tokens with you precisely for this event>

". . ."

That's right, I almost forgot about those.

I immediately looked at the village blueprints in my hand.

A simple one-bedroom house made of lumber, logs, planks, and a thatched roof in the middle of a small farm and animal barns.

Time of Completion: 7 days

Materials:

● Logs x 500

● Lumber x 200

● Stone Blocks x 100

It sounded good and all, but what worried me was the worker and the materials. I was not a builder, nor did I know how to build a village, and I knew that it definitely wouldn't take just seven days.

<Host need not worry. You have tokens for that>

I snapped my hand, and round coins appeared before my palms. They were in different colors, but the most eyes catching of them all was the crystal one.

It was the SSS Grade Token I got for converting a God to my side.

Hmm . . . All the warning signs were the same, and the only difference was the Proficiency.

I looked at the list and compared it to the Tokens I had and concluded that the SSS, SS, and S grade tokens had a long list of Professions to choose from compared to A and B grade tokens.

What's more, the Profession from the SSS, SS, and S was high-end, like Master Builder, Seasoned Engineers, Genius Scientists, and Veteran Doctors. In contrast, the professions from the A and B grade Tokens were Lumberjacks, Crafters, Sewers, and the likes.

I still don't know how it works, but I will give it a try first.

<Choose wisely, Host. An SSS grade Token is already considered one in a million. It'll be a miracle before you can acquire another one>

". . ." Stop putting pressure on me.

I already know what I'll choose.

I used the SSS grade token and chose the <GRAND ADVISOR> from the long list. I was clueless about where to start building my home and what to do and how to do it, and an advisor would definitely help me in this department.

Or so I watch in movies.

The token broke into multiple pieces before it scattered and disappeared in the air. Its specks of dust twirled above before it shot towards the sky and twinkled like a star.

WhoOoOsShH!

And what came after was a blinding light that struck from above and hammered the ground meters from where I stood.

After the dust and light settled and I regained my vision, what stumbled before me was an otherworldly appearance of curly yellow-gold hair and mesmerizing frame of a woman kneeling on one knee.

And when it looked over me, I gasped. It was a majestic lady with a beautiful but stern face, unsmiling full lips, grey eyes, and a graceful build, emanating power and authority. She was regally clad in a chiton dress, and I couldn't stop the grin on my face when she uttered her name.

"Greetings, my name is Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom. The one who summoned me into this world, what is it that you want me to call you?"
