My First Love Died, Now My Step Uncle Wants Me-Chapter 123: Begging Him Uncontrollably
Caleb Rhodes lowered his head, crushing his lips against hers as one hand clamped down on the doorknob.
The person outside tried the doorknob. It wouldn’t turn. They shouted again, louder this time, "Who’s in there? Speak up, or I’m calling security!"
Nina Wynn panicked, letting out a few muffled sobs as she pushed desperately against Caleb Rhodes.
Caleb Rhodes panted, his eyes dark and brimming with raw desire. He gripped Nina Wynn’s waist and thrust hard several times, making her even more tense and filling her with more pain.
The mix of tension, fear, and pain brought her to the brink of tears, her whimpers turning into pleas for him to stop.
After another series of deep thrusts, Caleb Rhodes finally glanced at the still-jiggling doorknob and called out in a low voice, "It’s me. Get out."
The person outside replied hastily, "Oh, it’s President Rhodes! My apologies, I’ll leave right now!"
Finally, the footsteps receded, and Nina Wynn breathed a sigh of relief.
She was still clinging to Caleb Rhodes, her slender legs wrapped around his waist, trembling uncontrollably.
Caleb Rhodes stared at the faint blush on her cheeks, the darkness in his eyes intensifying.
His voice was hoarse. "Tell me why you wanted to see him. Otherwise, you’re not leaving this room today."
The ordeal had scared Nina Wynn half to death, leaving her with no fight left in her. Her voice trembled. "I didn’t... You never believe me!"
On the verge of tears from the injustice, she sagged against his shoulder, her body shaking. "He’s the one who insisted on seeing me! I can’t just tell him to get lost. He’s part of the Rhodes Family—I don’t dare to offend him!"
"He’s always messaging me. Even when I block him, it’s no use. He sent so many... I was afraid you’d get angry, so I deleted them all."
"It’s him! He’s the one pestering me!"
As if releasing a floodgate, she uncharacteristically blurted out a torrent of words. "He said he’s going to tell his family he doesn’t want to marry Ivy Lawson anymore! He wants to be with me!"
"He said he bought a house in Aethelburg and wants me to live here with him."
"He even said that after we have a child, he’ll take me back to Elysian City!"
Her body shook violently, her voice sounding like a sob. "I’m scared. I’m so scared. If the Rhodes Family finds out... they’ll kill me."
"I can’t get away from him, and you... you keep forcing me. My life is meaningless!"
"Caleb, I’m so scared!"
...
With every word she spoke, Caleb’s expression grew colder, and his grip tightened, pinching her waist so hard she felt it might snap.
Finally, he asked coldly, "Do you want to be with him?"
Nina Wynn’s voice sounded choked with tears, but from an angle he couldn’t see, her eyes were filled with nothing but ice. There wasn’t a single tear in sight.
She clutched at Caleb’s shirt and whispered, "No. I don’t want to."
Caleb’s voice softened, as if luring her into a trap. "If you want to be with him, I’ll let you go."
He said the words, but the hand gripping her waist only tightened. She was sure the skin there was already bruised.
’If I dare to say yes,’ Nina Wynn thought, ’he’ll kill me right here and now.’
She wrapped her arms around his neck and said softly, "No. I don’t like him. I can’t stand him!"
’That much was true. She had found Zyler annoying from the moment she first saw him.’
’She didn’t understand why. Zyler looked a bit like Caleb, but she just found his face repulsive!’
’But Caleb’s face... she found it breathtaking.’
Hearing her answer, the pressure from his hand eased slightly, but his voice remained cold. "If you don’t like him, then who do you like?"
Nina Wynn fell silent, and her arms loosened around his neck.
Caleb narrowed his eyes, the chill in their depths intensifying. "Answer me."
Nina Wynn lowered her gaze, her voice a near-inaudible whisper. "There is... someone."
Caleb’s hand tightened instantly. "Who?"
Nina Wynn closed her eyes, her voice so faint it was barely a breath. "He... gave me a cat."
’He gave me a cat!’
It was like a needle to his heart—a sharp pang that was both painful and thrilling. In that instant, Caleb could hear the thunder of his own heartbeat.
Almost instinctively, he pressed her against the wall again.
But this time, his movements were devastatingly gentle.
Nina Wynn clung to him, her body rising and falling with his rhythm.
At first, it was just pain. But then, for reasons she couldn’t understand, it felt as though every one of Caleb’s thrusts struck a chord deep in her soul, sending her soaring, as if ascending to the heavens.
Caleb was acutely aware of her response. In that moment, he felt his control over her deepen, encompassing something more than just her body.
「By the time they emerged, it was well past noon.」
After they had cleaned up, Caleb carried Nina Wynn into a temporary lounge.
Though temporary, the room was impressively furnished and decorated.
Caleb laid Nina Wynn on the bed, covered her with a blanket, and pressed a kiss to her forehead before asking, "Are you hungry?"
The flush from their passion hadn’t yet faded from Nina Wynn’s face and body; even her neck was still pink.
She could hardly bring herself to look at Caleb.
The memory of the shameless scene made her grip the blanket so tightly she nearly tore it.
’She had actually lost control, begging him to go faster, not to stop.’
’Was that really her? How could she forget herself like that?’
’It had been so painful at first... why did it change into... that?’
’Things were spinning out of her control. She had to speed up her plans!’
At that thought, she lowered her head even further and mumbled, "I am a little hungry."
Caleb caressed her delicate cheek, his eyes filled with satisfaction. "I had food sent over. It’ll be here in a few minutes."
Just as he spoke, someone entered the outer office.
"Uncle, I brought the food you wanted."
It was Zyler’s voice.
Caleb’s brow furrowed. He got up and walked out of the lounge.
Zyler was standing there holding a large food container, his eyes darting around the office as if searching for someone. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢
His voice was frigid. "Leave the container there and get out. And from now on, don’t enter my office without my permission."
Zyler placed the container on the desk, his gaze instinctively flicking toward the lounge. "Uncle, where’s Nina?"
Caleb frowned, his voice turning to ice. "I told you to get out. Are you deaf?"
Zyler, undeterred, pressed on. "Is she not feeling well? Is she sleeping? I heard she was back in the hospital a few days ago. Is that true?"
"Oh, right, the beds at the hotel are much more comfortable. If you’re busy, Uncle, I can take her there to rest..."
He didn’t get to finish his sentence before he felt the temperature in the room plummet.
He looked up to see an ugly expression on Caleb’s face, his gaze as cold as if it had been forged in ice.
’Actually, he wasn’t surprised by Caleb’s attitude. He chalked it all up to Caleb finding out about the injustices Nina had suffered over the years and therefore being displeased with him and Crystal.’
’After all, Nina was with him now. It was only natural for him to be protective.’
’He wanted to explain, but he knew now wasn’t the time. With several hesitant glances back, he finally left.’
Caleb took the food container into the lounge, set it on a table by the window, then lifted Nina onto his lap. He picked up some food and began feeding it to her, piece by piece.
Nina Wynn whispered, "Uncle, I can eat by myself."
Caleb glanced at her little finger, then selected a piece of delicate white fish for her. "The fish here is quite good. Try it."
Nina had no choice but to open her mouth to accept it. But as she did, she accidentally bit her tongue, making her gasp in pain.
Caleb frowned, tilting her chin up to open her mouth and check for any injury.
The sight of the delicate skin inside her mouth made his expression shift.
Before Nina could realize what was happening, his mouth descended on hers, his kiss both domineering and forceful.
