Chapter 28: Chapter 28

Lately, Lily had become much more adventurous in bed, eager to try new things, and less inhibited. She seemed to lose herself in the moment, oblivious to our surroundings.

Right now, it was getting dark outside, but the living room was lit up bright with those white fluorescent lights. Lily was moaning under me, lost in pleasure, unaware that the balcony door was wide open. If someone across the street on the second floor looked over, they'd get an eyeful of our action.

Lily's pale, round butt and long legs were facing the balcony, and the iron railing didn't hide a thing. I imagined the slick wetness between us, visible with every deep thrust. The thought sent a jolt of excitement through me.

I remembered when Jack had humiliated Lily here, and the old guy across the street seemed to be peeping through his window. Even when I was just hanging at Lily's, I'd catch him sneaking glances.

Sure enough, after a few thrusts, I saw the old man's silhouette in the window again. I glanced back and saw his bald, skinny figure staring greedily at us.

The idea of this stranger watching Lily's naked, beautiful body gave me a weird sense of satisfaction. My sense of conquest over Lily grew, and I started thrusting harder into her.

I wanted to show off Lily's perfect breasts to the old man, but I didn't want her to notice him. Plus, just knowing he was watching was enough to drive me wild. Holding Lily's slim waist, I kept going, putting on a show for the voyeur, fucking her hard for over ten minutes before I finally came deep inside her.

Afterward, I collapsed on Lily's warm body, listening to her whisper, "I love you, Kevin."

Hearing that, I felt a pang of guilt for exposing her like that for my own kicks.

I gently stroked her smooth back and quietly closed the door while she was still basking in the afterglow. Even though Lily was usually tough, she got a bit scared of the dark when she was alone at night. So, I'd been staying with her lately. Tonight was no different, and we went at it again before bed. It wasn't until the next day around noon, when I got back to my place, that I pulled out the torn diary from my backpack.

Putting together the pieces of the diary was tougher than I thought, and it seemed like some parts were missing. It took a lot of effort to finally piece it all together.

Even alone in my apartment, a sense of wrongdoing lingered. I wanted to let it go, but I couldn't seem to find a reason to stop.

[America's air is clean and fresh.

Although it's not as developed as I imagined, it is indeed an advanced country. My advisor took me around the campus, which was lush with green trees and fragrant grass, like a vast park. Thinking about spending two years studying here feels like a real pleasure.] The first few pages of Lily's diary were all about her first impressions of America, filled with curiosity and hope for the future. I figured every international student probably felt this way, so I skimmed through a few pages.

[My roommate is a tall guy named Jack. Although living in the same house with a guy makes me feel a bit awkward, he seems to be a quiet and reserved person, probably easy to get along with. I hope we can coexist peacefully.] Quiet and reserved! He was downright sneaky, having checked your info before you even came to America, probably setting it up so you'd live together!

This was the first mention of Jack in Lily's diary. Seeing her being fooled by his act made me furious.

[Although Jack looks a bit ordinary, he's really tall and must be good at basketball. He seems a bit dull but is exceptionally kind to me, often offering me materials and inviting me to meals. Could he be interested in me? I've decided to focus on my studies for the next two years, and no relationships. I hope that's not what he's after.] I couldn't believe this guy was so manipulative. Seeing Jack's name pop up more often in Lily's diary made me regret not attending Celestial University a year earlier. Maybe I could have saved Lily from this predator.

[I didn't expect Jack to actually ask me out. This is...unexpected. He seems nice, but a boyfriend is the last thing on my mind. He's so passionate and sincere, I don't know how to turn him down. Should I talk to my advisor or call my friends back home?] I looked at the date; it was about a month after Lily had arrived in America.

It seemed Jack couldn't hold back any longer. Although Lily wrote that she wanted to refuse, it was clear from her words that she already had a good impression of Jack, which made me very uncomfortable.

[How could my parents be convicted? How could they! My heart is breaking. Jack has been so comforting. I don't want to talk about it, but the pain is so intense.

Crying in his arms felt...safe. I hope he doesn't misunderstand.]

That must have been when Lily found out her parents were imprisoned for embezzlement. It seemed that jerk took advantage of the situation to get even closer to her.

[I haven't heard from my parents for a while and can't get in touch with them. I'm really worried. What should I do? Jack has helped me a lot, practicing my English, and teaching me to drive. Now we often have breakfast and dinner together, almost like a couple. Is this...wrong?]
