Aaron gulped when he saw his gains.

Just one assist. One assist and he gained enough exp to shoot up 6 levels.

His mind refused to work for several moments, only snapping out of his daze when Scarlet talked to him and left.

He wasn’t able to check much of his rewards at the time, but a few of them were too eye-catching to simply disregard.

Aaron and his teammates made distance from the task administration desk, settling on the plush sofas of the waiting room.

Claire and Eva chose to sit on either side of Aaron, while the other three girls lounged on the sofa opposite them.

Lia and Katie were especially weirded out by Eva’s apparent clinginess with Aaron, but they didn’t bother to comment on it.

If even Claire wasn’t bothering to say anything about it, who were they to comment? Though they did make mental notes not to introduce Eva to their boyfriends in the future without ample preparation.

But friendly doubts aside, their biggest dilemma was how to divide the rooms.

The best method was to take three rooms with two in each, as Claire and Aaron could have their ’privacy’ without anyone else feeling betrayed either.

However, with the massive influx of raiders in Gammora and the apparent destruction and prowling monsters, the rooms were extremely limited.

So limited that their only option was to rent a small quarter in the UHRA building at an exorbitant price, or take two rooms in a 3-star hotel that was constructed near the UHRA building, sparing it from the dangers that were present elsewhere.

Obviously, taking the rooms was a much better choice since they were at least relatively reasonable in these difficult times.

Which then brought them to the next roadblock.

The split would have to be 3 to 3 in each room.

"Are you guys fine with Eva sharing the room with you?" Katie and Lia asked Claire and Aaron in particular.

Eva coughed inwardly, blushing beet red when she saw the cold apprehension in the gazes of her best friends. They weren’t even trying to hide it!

Claire hummed at the question, looking at Aaron and then Eva before sighing. "Yeah, it’s fine."

When Katie and Lia looked at Aaron, he simply nodded and said, "It’s fine," attracting some doubts from the two ladies.

But in all honesty, he couldn’t care less about their doubts anymore. His lovers knew the truth and that was enough for him.

He no longer had a subconscious weight weighing on him, dragging him down and whispering to him that he was a piece of shit.

With those finalized, the group wasted no time walking to the hotel, leaving their cars in the safe care of the basement, knowing that finding a parking spot at an overcrowded hotel was an unnecessary bother.

Especially when the said hotel was within walking distance.

Hungry for food, they made a stop at the hotel’s dining area and ordered a couple of dishes which they shared amongst themselves before heading into their rooms and retiring for the night.

"Tsk, those bitches." Eva grunted in annoyance the moment she was within the room.

Of course, she was referring to Lia and Katie as Jaq was the only one who didn’t care much about Eva’s clinginess.

In her eyes, if something did happen it would be free drama for her. Why bother ruining her entertainment?

"I mean, I can’t blame them." Claire shrugged carelessly, thoroughly enjoying seeing Eva so restless. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

Aaron only chuckled, stretching his limbs before looking at Claire and Eva with a slight smirk. "Threesome?"

They both shared an unamused gaze before looking at him coldly. "In your dreams."

"Ah... no, in my dreams we were already doing foursomes. Can’t leave my Nancy alone." Aaron shook his head and said calmly.

"..." Speechless, Eva and Claire shared another look, resisting the urge to giggle so as not to give him hope that there was a chance of it happening.

There definitely wasn’t.

"Let’s change first." Claire quickly changed the topic, beaming a suitcase out of her inventory.

Eva did the same, taking out a smaller pink-coloured suitcase which screamed of cuteness.

She sensed some gazes at her suitcase, making her furrow her eyebrows in displeasure. "This was the last one that was available at the shop. Stop being so judgmental, jeez."

"We said nothing though." Aaron said in a tone that suggested he was feeling betrayed.

"Your eyes said enough." Eva scoffed.

"Oh?" His ears perked up at her words, the thoughts of changing clothes thrown straight out of his mind as he shot up to his feet and walked closer to Eva with an amused smirk. "What are my eyes saying now, hmm?"

The busty black-haired beauty blushed at the reducing distance between the two of them, her eyes wandering all over his body and gait, avoiding his eyes like the plague.

"Uhm, I don’t know." She said softly.

"Really?" Aaron whispered, cupping her cheek and raising her head to look him in the eyes, staring into her gorgeous pearls as he wrapped his other hand around her waist.

"What about now? What are my eyes saying, hmm?"

With a firm yank, she was pulled right into his arms with a small yelp, their eyes locked onto each other and the distance between their faces reducing with each passing moment.

"T-They, uhm, they," Eva stuttered like a teenage girl confessing to her childhood crush for the first time, her lips puckering without any further stimulus.

"They are telling me that you want to, uhh, sleep with me."
