My Love Debts Are Everywhere!-Chapter 680: Arriving at the Destination
Chapter 680: Arriving at the Destination
As Leon’s attack landed, everything was engulfed in a blinding white light that obscured all vision.
Even Elina and the Sea Dragon Emperor were forced to shut their eyes—the light was too intense to bear.
After a minute, the brilliance gradually faded, and the two opened their eyes, turning their gaze forward.
There, the massive Kraken that had once appeared so ferocious was gone, leaving behind only fragments of its body drifting in the sea.
The water within a two-hundred-meter radius had turned pitch black, and its severed tentacles bobbed on the churning waves.
"That monster died that easily?" Elina gasped, covering her mouth with one hand.
She knew Leon was powerful, but to kill such a colossal creature with a single blow was beyond belief.
And it wasn’t just Elina who was stunned—the Sea Dragon Emperor looked genuinely shaken.
It couldn’t help but recall its foolish attempt to challenge Leon, a move that had nearly cost its life.
Thankfully, Leon hadn’t intended to finish it off; that was the only reason it was still alive.
Otherwise, it might have ended up as nothing more than another lifeless chunk of flesh like the Kraken floating before them.
Meanwhile, Leon stared at the Kraken’s remains, his expression unchanged.
To him, killing the Kraken had been effortless—hardly worth mentioning.
Without hesitation, he descended, hovering a meter above the water’s surface.
He reached out and touched one of the Kraken’s tentacles. Instantly, it glowed with a bright white light before dissolving into particles that flowed into the white ring on his middle finger.
A small nod followed, accompanied by a faint, satisfied smile.
"They’re high-quality ingredients," he murmured.
Most people believed monster meat was inedible. That belief wasn’t completely wrong—but it wasn’t entirely true, either.
Some types of monster meat were actually safe to eat, including the flesh of sea dragons and Krakens.
No one had ever dared to try it, but Leon had once come across ancient recipes that clearly mentioned its use.
In the past, he’d never had the chance to experiment. But now, those rare ingredients were right in front of him. There was no way he’d pass up the opportunity.
After gathering a few more pieces, he rose into the air and landed once again on the dragon’s head.
"Young master, just now..." Elina looked at Leon, confused. "What did you do? Did you take that monster meat? What for?"
Leon sat cross-legged and let out a chuckle. "For cooking ingredients, of course. I’ll make you a meal with it later."
"Cook food from monster meat?" Elina’s eyes widened in disbelief.
A wave of disgust washed over her—the thought alone made her stomach turn.
That octopus-like monster had looked terrifying—surely its meat was rubbery and foul.
Besides, she had never heard of anyone eating monster flesh. Just thinking about it made her stomach churn.
Seeing her reaction, Leon rolled his eyes but said nothing. Eating monster meat wasn’t exactly normal, but he intended to prove her wrong.
"In that case, let’s continue our journey," he said, gently patting the Sea Dragon Emperor.
The dragon didn’t dare protest and quickly resumed speeding forward.

Two hours later...
"Young Master, look! There’s land ahead!" Elina exclaimed excitedly, pointing into the distance.
Leon stood and gazed in the direction she indicated, then gave a quiet nod.
"You’re right. That’s land. We’ve finally arrived," he said with a faint smile.
From where they were, the shoreline was becoming clearer. It wasn’t the typical white or golden beach—it was covered in black sand, strange and out of place.
Beyond it, a towering cliff rose nearly eight hundred meters high.
Even from atop the dragon’s head, they couldn’t see its peak—clouds and thick white mist completely obscured it.
The land wasn’t just gloomy; the surrounding sea had also grown violent.
A massive wave, nearly ten meters high, crashed against the Sea Dragon Emperor, almost knocking Elina and Leon off balance.
Fortunately, they managed to grab hold of its horns just in time to keep from falling.
Rain began to drizzle, and the sky echoed with the low rumble of thunder behind the thick, dark clouds.
"Young Master... this place feels dangerous," Elina said cautiously.
Leon narrowed his eyes and nodded in agreement. "You’re right, Elina. This place is extremely dangerous."
Ever since they had crossed into this part of the sea—barely twenty meters back—the atmosphere had shifted, becoming heavy and oppressive. freeweɓnovel~cѳm
Leon was certain the change wasn’t without reason—something dangerous was waiting ahead.
Even so, he didn’t feel afraid. He had already prepared himself for the worst.
Fifteen minutes passed quickly, and they finally reached the black sandy shore.
However, due to the Sea Dragon Emperor’s massive size, it couldn’t get too close. They stopped roughly five meters from the coastline.
Leon didn’t mind. He picked Elina up and leapt into the air, landing smoothly on the dark sand.
The texture underfoot was rough and uncomfortable, completely different from the soft beaches of Nerivale.
"Wait a moment," Leon said, turning back toward the Sea Dragon Emperor.
He hovered in front of the dragon’s face, reached out, and gently stroked its snout.
"Thank you for bringing us here," he said with a warm smile.
The dragon gave a slow nod, as if pleased to be of service.
"Open your mouth," Leon commanded.
Without hesitation, the dragon opened its massive jaws.
Leon slashed his thumb, and golden blood trickled from the wound. Carefully, he let two drops fall into the dragon’s mouth.
"Swallow it after you leave this place. Find a safe spot to digest it. It’s a gift from me—hopefully, it helps you evolve and grow stronger," Leon said as he gently patted the dragon’s head.
What he had just given was the purest essence of dragon blood in the world.
Although the Sea Dragon Emperor wasn’t considered part of the true dragon race in terms of form or bloodline, it was still distantly related.
With the help of that dragon blood essence, the Sea Dragon Emperor before him was expected to fully develop its intelligence and grow significantly stronger.
The dragon couldn’t hide its excitement. It nuzzled Leon’s shoulder affectionately, almost like a spoiled pet seeking attention.
After a brief, wordless exchange, it finally turned and swam away with clear reluctance, retreating to its home territory.
Leon chuckled softly and shook his head. He hadn’t expected to befriend a monster—but as it turned out, it wasn’t so bad. In fact, it was rather enjoyable.
Without wasting time, he took to the air and landed beside Elina.
"Let’s go."
Elina nodded eagerly, raising her left hand with enthusiasm. "Let’s go!"
But suddenly—
*Roar!*
A thunderous roar echoed from the top of the cliff, and Elina instinctively jumped in fright, clinging tightly to Leon.
Leon: "..."
