My Milf Harem Conquest System In A Women's World-Chapter 37: Step Two...!
For some time, Jason had understood that observing a place over several days revealed more about its potential than any document or photograph ever could.
He began by listing what he needed for the short stay. The pantry was almost empty, containing only bottled water and a few sealed containers, likely stocked by whoever had managed the property before the system completed the transfer of ownership after purchasing it. He required food, cleaning materials, and several essentials to make the Villa comfortable during his evaluation period.
Jason unlocked his phone, searched for the nearest marketplace, and found a small commercial zone about thirty minutes away by car.
He stepped outside, locked the front door, and ordered a ride. When the vehicle arrived, he offered a brief greeting and sat quietly in the back seat. The road curved smoothly through dense vegetation before opening onto a paved highway bordered by modest buildings. Some displayed signs offering local produce, while others advertised household goods. He preferred exploring on foot rather than rushing through a checklist, so he paid the driver and continued walking once they reached the area.
Inside a small grocery store, the attendant greeted him warmly and asked where he was visiting from. Jason replied that he had recently moved into a nearby property and was settling in for a few days. The attendant, a young man about his age and notably talkative, seemed pleased to hear it. He began sharing details about the neighborhood, its calm atmosphere, the freshness of the air compared to the city, and how most visitors came only during the holiday season.
Jason listened carefully, occasionally asking questions about local tourism and rental trends...
When the attendant mentioned that most outsiders rented houses along the forest border for the scenery, Jason took mental notes. He then selected several items, including packaged food, bottled drinks, and cleaning supplies, before heading to the counter. As the young man bagged the purchases, Jason asked if there were any nearby construction or maintenance services. The attendant pointed him toward a small office farther down the street, explaining that the owner managed properties for tourists and seasonal residents.
Jason thanked him, paid, and carried the bags in the direction indicated. The building he reached had a modest sign that read Orleans Property Maintenance, with glass windows displaying posters of local rentals. Inside, a woman in her late thirties sat behind a counter, typing on her computer. She looked up as he entered and offered a professional smile.
"Good afternoon. Can I help you?"
"Yes," Jason replied evenly. "I recently acquired a property in San Gabriel and wanted to inquire about rental management options. I’m considering turning it into a vacation home."
Her interest sharpened at once. She asked for the property name, and when he mentioned the Villa, she gave a low whistle.
"That one’s quite well known among agents. It used to belong to a business consultant from Paris. Most people thought it was off the market."
’Paris? It exists in this world too? I thought some place names had changed along with everything else.’
Jason maintained a calm expression, letting her continue. She explained that vacation homes in the area performed best during summer and early autumn, with the most profitable ones offering a unique architectural style, consistent upkeep, and quick guest response times. He asked about the operational costs, from cleaning schedules to digital listings.
She brought out a printed chart and explained their pricing, which included a commission on each booking and optional photography services for promotion. Jason scanned the figures carefully and asked several precise questions about revenue management and local taxation. His tone remained measured, and the woman, realizing she was speaking with someone both analytical and perceptive, began refining her explanations accordingly.
After a thorough discussion, Jason requested her contact information and said he would review the numbers before making a decision. She smiled politely, handed him a business card, and offered to send a detailed breakdown via email. He accepted and left the office with his groceries in hand.
Back in the car, he replayed the conversation in his mind, dissecting every point she had made. Her agency could handle the technical side, but he needed to ensure that the Villa itself justified the investment. He considered that while the property held strong aesthetic value and privacy, its remote location might discourage short-term visitors. The solution, he concluded, was to create exclusivity rather than accessibility. Instead of competing with other rentals, he could market the Villa as a private retreat for professionals seeking calm environments.
When he arrived back at the Villa, the sun had shifted toward late afternoon, casting long shadows across the grass. He set down the groceries and began cleaning the main areas for evaluation. He wanted to determine how much upkeep would be required between guest visits. He swept the hallway, checked the plumbing, and tested the electrical fixtures.
As expected, everything functioned smoothly, though a few surfaces collected dust faster than he anticipated.
He noted these details in his notebook under the heading Operational Requirements. Below that, he added separate sections titled Renovation Options, Marketing Angle, and Potential Partners. He estimated costs and then adjusted them slightly higher to account for unexpected maintenance.
To be honest, he seemed like a fully pledged businessman now.
That evening, he prepared a simple meal and sat at the dining table reviewing the agency’s brochure again. He highlighted key lines and compared them with the estimates in his notebook. He also searched online for local reviews of the company and found that several clients had praised their transparency. A few negative reviews mentioned delayed communication, but none accused them of dishonesty.
With that, he added another note:
...To verify response time through test inquiry.
He finished eating, washed the dishes, and opened his laptop. After connecting to the network, he began constructing a basic business plan. He entered figures for projected income, operational expenses, and marketing costs. Once the spreadsheet displayed a rough profit range, he leaned back slightly, satisfied with the initial numbers.
The next morning, he decided to explore the surrounding area more deeply to assess its potential for tourism. He carried a bottle of water and his phone, then followed the main trail leading away from the Villa. The path stretched through a line of trees until the land opened into clearings where other houses stood. Some looked inhabited, others empty for the season.
At one house, a woman was trimming flowers by her porch. Jason greeted her politely and asked whether she lived there year-round. She smiled and said she stayed during summer but rented the house to visitors during winter. That confirmed his earlier observation about seasonal traffic. When he asked about the type of guests who usually came, she explained that most were families or couples looking for peace and privacy.
Jason thanked her and continued walking, analyzing the layout of the neighborhood. The spacing between properties preserved a sense of isolation while still keeping them connected by narrow roads. It was an ideal configuration for a retreat. He returned to the Villa an hour later and reviewed the notes on his phone.
By late afternoon, he had already drafted a schedule for improvements. Step one involved rebranding the property through better presentation. Step two required modest aesthetic upgrades, primarily landscaping and outdoor lighting to enhance the evening atmosphere.
He contacted a local landscaper recommended in one of the brochures and requested an appointment. The man agreed to meet him immediately since he was in the area. He arrived punctually, inspected the grounds, and proposed several practical ideas: trimming the surrounding foliage to highlight the pool view, planting low-maintenance shrubs, and adding pathway lights for nighttime visibility. Jason listened carefully and requested a detailed cost breakdown before agreeing. The landscaper promised to send the quote soon.
Once the man left, Jason returned indoors and updated his figures. The renovation expenses remained within his projected limits. He appreciated the consistency; unexpected variables often signaled oversight, but his current progress reflected steady control...
Night settled quietly, and Jason prepared to rest early. Before lying down, he reviewed the list of remaining steps. Step two was nearing completion. The property’s readiness, the surrounding context, and the market analysis all indicated a feasible business model.
He placed his notebook beside the bed and gazed briefly at the ceiling, calculating everything he had accomplished. The next phase would involve negotiation and formal establishment, yet everything was aligning precisely as he had envisioned.
For the first time since his arrival, he permitted himself a moment of quiet satisfaction. The Villa was finally becoming a controlled asset...
And tomorrow, he would begin Step three, so he could finally return to Downtown, where another matter awaited, one that demanded his time... and pleasure.

Hello, my wonderful readers. It’s BgDaddy speaking, or rather Bunny Great Daddy; that’s what my name stands for. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has read up to this Chapter, purchased the privilege, and supported me in so many ways. Your encouragement truly means a lot.
This has been an exciting journey, and I promise to make it even more worthwhile. Of course, I am still improving in my writing; I am not perfect yet, and I do make mistakes sometimes, but that’s part of the process.
I truly appreciate all the support and growth this story has received. By the end of this volume, I will be teasing my new book and also fully resuming work on AM, because yes, I never abandon any of my stories. A journey must be completed to be honoured, no matter the challenges that come along the way.
I hope you continue supporting MHCS and every other novel I write in the future. Once again, thank you all so much!
