My Wife is a Hidden Big Shot-Chapter 65 - 62: Got It?
The Principal’s Office
Principal Lawson had a headache just looking at the stubborn little girl before him.
The first thing she said when she walked in was that she wanted to drop out of school. It was so shocking he thought he must have misheard.
He quickly tried to talk her out of it, but she was dead set on dropping out and was even demanding her tuition money back!
"Leigh Miles, your sister studies at this school..."
"Principal Lawson, I already told you, I’ll be back next semester. Could you please refund the tuition fee the Sinclair Family paid?"
Aurora Sinclair and Jean Quincy, who had been called over by Leigh’s homeroom teacher, happened to be at the door and overheard her.
Jean Quincy turned to look at Aurora, asking in surprise, "Is our little junior sister short on cash?"
Aurora didn’t answer, quickening her pace instead.
When Principal Lawson saw them, his eyes lit up and he immediately waved them over. "Quick, talk some sense into her! Who drops out of school after just two days!"
The moment Leigh saw Aurora, her eyes reddened, and she pursed her lips, saying nothing.
Seeing her like this, Jean Quincy instantly realized she had been wronged. Her expression turned serious as she asked, "Leigh, is someone at school bullying you?"
Leigh remained silent, tears welling in her eyes.
Aurora quickly walked over, wiped Leigh’s eyes, and asked earnestly, "Why?"
"She called me a beggar and said Tiger is a retard..." Leigh couldn’t hold back and rushed into Aurora’s arms, burying her face and sobbing.
’If I weren’t bound by the first rule of our sect—never use our arts on ordinary people—I would’ve shut her up with a punch right then and there.’
’This is so damn frustrating!’
Jean’s temper flared. "Who said that?"
"Renee Gordon..."
"Just you wait! I’m going to teach her a lesson for you—" Jean gritted her teeth, rolling up her uniform sleeves as she prepared to find Renee Gordon and settle the score.
’Damn it, the Gordons are getting way too arrogant!’
She had only taken a single step before Aurora grabbed her arm.
"Aurora, let go of me! I swear, today I’m going to teach the Gordons some manners!"
Aurora didn’t let go. She turned to the principal and asked calmly, "How much is Leigh’s tuition?"
When Principal Lawson heard this, his headache intensified. He pinched the bridge of his nose and groaned, "Sinclair, please don’t you start this nonsense along with her!"
"I’m not. How much is the tuition?"
Aurora’s expression was cold and unreadable.
With no other choice, Principal Lawson stated the amount. Aurora bowed, thanked him, and started pulling Leigh out of the office.
"Senior Sister, I haven’t officially withdrawn yet!" Leigh glanced back at Principal Lawson, who was wiping sweat from his brow, but Aurora just flicked her on the forehead. "Go back to class for now."
"Senior Sister, I’m not going back! When I see her, I can’t help but want to break the sect rules—" Leigh dragged her feet, refusing to move, but Aurora flicked her again. "Focus on your class."
"I really can’t stand it..."
"Go to class!"
Aurora was surprisingly strong, and Leigh was no match for her. She was practically dragged back to Experimental Class A.
When Renee Gordon saw Aurora and Leigh, she scoffed dismissively. But when she noticed Jean Quincy right behind them, she couldn’t hide a flicker of apprehension.

Jean remained stone-faced as she scanned the classroom. The moment she spotted Renee Gordon, she stormed over.
Without hesitation, she slapped her hard across the face and threatened, "Renee Gordon, you’d better remember this: the name is Sinclair, not Gordon. This slap is for Leigh. Control that filthy mouth of yours. Don’t force me to teach you some manners!"
Renee’s pale cheek instantly flushed crimson. She clutched her face with one hand, glaring daggers at Jean, her eyes welling with tears.
Jean then swept her gaze over the rest of the class, chin held high, and announced imperiously, "Listen up, everyone. Leigh is my sister. If I hear anyone else gossiping about her, they’ll have me to deal with. And trust me, I don’t mind washing out a few filthy mouths!"
With that said, her eyes locked back onto Renee Gordon. The message was crystal clear.
Gossip again, and you’ll get another slap.
Renee Gordon, who had always thrown her weight around Experimental Class A thanks to her family’s name, was now the center of attention, a clown for all to see.
Meanwhile, Aurora firmly pushed Leigh down into her seat, then straightened up and began to walk slowly toward Renee Gordon.
Her expression was placid, her gaze serene, but both held a hint of danger.
Renee was so frightened she forgot all about her stinging cheek, stumbling backward. She’d heard her aunt and her cousin, Stella, say that Aurora Sinclair was a monster—strong enough to kill someone with a single punch.
"Wh-what do you want? Stay back..."
When Renee had no more room to back away, Aurora stopped two paces from her. Looking her straight in the eye, she said, enunciating each word, "The money will be returned to my uncle. My junior sister is not a beggar, and my junior brother is not a retard. Got it?"
A chill shot up Renee Gordon’s spine. An invisible pressure enveloped her, squeezing the air from her lungs. Her body went rigid, as if it no longer belonged to her, and she couldn’t move a muscle.
Her face was ghastly pale, and a cold sweat broke out on her forehead. The whites of her eyes were showing as her pupils rolled upward, and her legs trembled violently. She looked like she was on the verge of death.
Leigh was horrified. Her body began to tremble involuntarily as the Power within her surged through her meridians, instinctively trying to resist the crushing pressure.
’When did Senior Sister’s Power get this terrifying?’
’The only other person I’ve ever felt this kind of fear from is Master.’
The students nearby instinctively recoiled. An inexplicable pressure descended upon them all, making it difficult to breathe. It was especially potent for the boys who practiced martial arts; pure terror was now visible in their eyes.
They didn’t know why, but their bodies trembled uncontrollably as an intense sense of danger washed over them.
"Have you got it now?"
Aurora asked again, her voice dropping an octave.
The question terrified Renee so much she burst into tears, managing only a stuttered "Y-yes" sound.
The pressure in the air vanished instantly. Renee collapsed to the floor, her body shaking uncontrollably. Her bones and muscles ached as if she’d been crushed under a great weight. ’Aurora Sinclair must have done something to me.’
’A monster... She’s a monster...’

After school, Aurora went to Experimental Class A to pick up Leigh. This time, it was as if someone had hit the mute button on the entire class. They fell completely silent, their fearful gazes following the two until they were gone.
Aurora took her to the faculty housing at Arcadian University to pick up Titus.
This was the housing Arcadian University provided for its professors and their families. Both Chester Greene and Erin Archer lived here, in a standard two-bedroom apartment.
The two of them followed the address Beta Morgan had sent and went straight to the apartment.
Dean Morgan opened the door. His face and arms were covered in kids’ stickers, and he wore a comical paper hat on his head.
Leigh snorted with laughter.
Past a screen divider, they saw Titus sitting on the sofa, eating cake with chocolate smeared around his mouth. Beside him, Erin Archer was smiling from ear to ear. The two seemed to be getting along wonderfully.
When Titus saw them, his eyes widened, and a grin spread across his face. He hopped off the sofa and ran over. Aurora bent down, scooped him up, and poked his chubby cheeks.
"Senior Sister..." Titus offered the piece of cake in his hand to Aurora.
Feeling a little jealous, Leigh reached out and tweaked his ear.
Seeing that everyone was there, Erin Archer’s husband gave a grand wave of his hand. "Dinner’s ready!"
It was a simple round table with the simplest of dishes, but it was filled with the warmth of a home.
Leigh found herself missing her master, Aerion. She wondered how long he’d be gone this time.
At the dinner table, Erin Archer cheerfully placed a bank card in front of Leigh. "This is from Beta, for the medicine," she said kindly. "The PIN is six zeroes."
Leigh was stunned. She glanced at Dean Morgan, who simply gave a deadpan nod, leaving her completely at a loss.
Erin grabbed her hand and pressed the card into her palm. "You’re a good kid," she said, her voice full of warmth. "The healing medicine you gave Dixon worked wonders. Beta would like to buy some more from you."
"N-no, you don’t have to..." Leigh, normally so quick-witted, was suddenly tongue-tied. She stared at the bank card, her throat tightening as she swallowed hard.
Erin smiled. "Just take it! There’s no need to be such a stranger among friends. Besides, Beta will need your help making more medicine in the future!"

Later, Leigh was so excited her hands were trembling. Clutching the bank card, she stammered, "S-Senior Sister... guess how much is on here?"
Aurora shook her head. "I don’t know."
"Th-then... should we go check... what do you think?" Leigh’s eyes burned with excitement as she gazed at a nearby ATM.
She’d seen the richest man’s wife use one back in Sunstone Town. You just stick the card in, and a moment later, it spits out money.
Aurora nodded. With Tiger on her back, she walked with Leigh toward the ATM.
It was their first time using one, and they fumbled a bit, but they managed to follow the on-screen instructions and check the balance.
100,000.00.
"Wait... ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands... One hundred thousand? Senior Sister... Am I seeing this right? Is that really a hundred thousand?" Leigh rubbed her eyes in disbelief.
This was the most money she had ever seen in her life.
Aurora, with a deadpan expression, carefully counted the digits again. Then she turned to Leigh and gave a solemn nod.
Leigh burst into tears of joy. She grabbed Aurora’s arm and shouted, "Senior Sister, we have money now!"
"Mhm."
"Senior Sister, let’s first withdraw 2,000 to pay back your uncle. With the rest of the money, I want to move out with Tiger." Her voice dwindled as she spoke, her confidence wavering. She peeked at Aurora before quickly lowering her head to fiddle with the hem of her school uniform.
’She was afraid to see refusal in her senior sister’s eyes.’
Aurora looked at her for a long moment before reaching out to stroke her hair. "Alright," she said softly.
"Really?" Leigh looked up in disbelief.
"Mhm. And I’ll move in with you."
"That’s wonderful—" Leigh laughed and threw herself into Aurora’s arms, nuzzling against her like a happy kitten.

「Meanwhile.」
Beta Morgan closed his phone and turned to speak cautiously. "Master, Leigh Miles has accepted the bank card."
Alvin Morgan gave a slight nod and continued flipping through the sheets of rice paper in his hands.
"Master, should we teach the Gordon Family a lesson?"
"That won’t be necessary."
Beta was completely baffled.
’His master usually loved sticking up for Aurora Sinclair. Why was he staying out of it this time?’
’This was so unlike him!’
’Could it be? Is the "doting dad" going through an anti-girl phase?’
Just as the thought crossed his mind, Alvin Morgan’s deep voice came from the back seat.
"Beta, find a suitable apartment for girls near Arcadian University."
Beta Morgan: ...
’My mistake. I was completely wrong!’
