Naruto: I Have a Gravity Training Room-Chapter 432 - 431
The newly resurrected people were still a little dazed, not understanding what had happened.
Luckily, it wasn't long before the Allied Shinobi Forces rushed over. They'd originally come to check on the situation, but the moment they saw their comrades—who'd sacrificed themselves earlier—standing there alive again, they instantly broke down in tears.
Not long after that, it turned into singing and dancing, celebrating a beautiful new day.
"So, what's the situation right now?" the Five Kage gathered around.
"Let me explain. This is about the only thing I'm useful for at the moment," Tobirama spoke up on his own.
"Huh? Second Great-Uncle, you-you-you…!"
"We were revived by Uchiha Madara using Rinne Tensei. Everyone revived here is the same."
Then Tobirama gave them a rough rundown of what happened after the Alliance withdrew. The Five Kage learned that Uchiha Madara successfully activated the Infinite Tsukuyomi, only to be backstabbed by Black Zetsu; that Ōtsutsuki Kaguya was released; and then—after everything that followed—she was sealed again by Natsuki, Naruto, Sasuke, and Neji. Finally, Uchiha Madara came to his senses and used the Rinnegan's power to revive the dead.
Even after hearing it all, they still couldn't quite process it.
As for Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, the Five Kage couldn't grasp just how terrifyingly strong she truly was.
But she was the progenitor of chakra, and the Sage of Six Paths' mother—meaning she had to be unbelievably powerful. And yet she'd been defeated by four teenagers. For a moment, everyone felt both relieved…and complicated.
Especially the four Kage besides Tsunade, who didn't know what to say.
Because those four teenagers were all from Konoha.
In other words, Konoha now had four Six Paths–level powerhouses!
Add Senju Hashirama, Senju Tobirama, and Namikaze Minato being revived on top of that, and Konoha's strength had hit its absolute peak.
That meant for many years to come, Konoha would be the unquestioned top dog of the shinobi world. No one would dare raise their voice at them again. And if Konoha ever decided to unify the shinobi world one day…it wouldn't be impossible.
When that time came, how would the other villages and nations resist?
Over there, Orochimaru had arrived in front of Yakushi Kabuto.
Kabuto wasn't on the revival list, because he still had one last breath in him—somehow he'd held on until now without dying.
"Orochimaru-sama…"
Kabuto's voice was weak. "Did I choose wrong?"
Orochimaru shook his head. "I don't know either. I'm still searching for what my choices mean. But the process of searching is exhilarating in its own right—like every experiment. Every new discovery makes your blood sing."
Kabuto's lips tugged upward faintly. "That really is exactly what you'd say, Orochimaru-sama."
Orochimaru looked at his assistant, who was about to die, and for once softened. "Kabuto, don't grieve. Maybe you'll never find the meaning of your existence—but so what? Your foster mother, Nono, is probably waiting for you in the Pure Land. Even if you never find meaning, you're still her beloved child."
Hearing that, Kabuto forced himself to lift a hand and touch his glasses. His eyes were already wet.
Choking up, he said, "That's right… I've lived too long. I can't keep the Headmistress waiting, or she'll stop recognizing me again. Orochimaru-sama… farewell. I hope you can achieve your dream…"
In the end, Yakushi Kabuto closed his eyes, bringing his complicated life to an end.
Orochimaru only let out a long, deep sigh, looking down at the assistant who'd died.
And as Kabuto died, the people he'd revived with Impure World Reincarnation had their souls released from the seals—immediately drawing the attention of the Allied shinobi.
Natsuki saw it and nodded to Tenten.
Tenten immediately opened the Crimson Gourd and released the sealed Impure World army.
Konan was saying her final goodbyes to Yahiko and Nagato, but she was crying so hard she couldn't get a single word out.
Yahiko and Nagato exchanged a smile.
"Konan," they said, "the shinobi world is at peace now. Live well—for the two of us, too. We'll always be watching you from the Pure Land."
Konan's face was drenched in tears. She could only nod again and again, watching her two precious people fade away, crying until she could barely breathe.
Jiraiya stood off to the side, quietly patting his student's back, not knowing how to comfort her.
Neji saw his father.
Hyūga Hizashi stared at Neji's smooth forehead, so excited he almost danced. "Neji, my good boy! You finally broke free—you can fly as you please now!"
Beside them, Hyūga Hiashi hurried to add, "Hizashi, Neji isn't just the clan's Heavenly Shinobi now—his strength has reached the level of the Sage of Six Paths. The Main House and Branch House system has been abolished. The Caged Bird Seal is gone. Neji made it happen… and he's the Hyūga clan's Clan Head now…"
Hearing that stream of good news, Hyūga Hizashi looked utterly stunned—then immediately filled with pride for his son.
With time running short, Neji said quickly, "Dad, I'll be okay. You have to be okay too!"
Hyūga Hizashi nodded solemnly, then left with a smile full of relief and pride…
Tsunade met Katō Dan. After they poured out everything in their hearts, Dan pressed a kiss to Tsunade's forehead and then flew away.
Kurotsuchi met the Deidara she'd longed for. Naruto also said goodbye to Zabuza and Haku. And there were countless others—so many people meeting their family and friends again.
Whether living or dead, in that moment, it felt like everyone finally let go.
Yakushi Kabuto—the "dream-fulfillment master"—really did live up to the name.
Of course, there were still those who weren't revived—like Sarutobi Hiruzen, since he hadn't fought alongside them and thus wasn't on Uchiha Madara's revival list. And Uchiha Obito, too: Uchiha Madara understood Obito would rather stay in the Pure Land with Nohara Rin, so he didn't revive him. In its own way, it was a small kindness from Madara.
After that came cleaning up the battlefield.
Natsuki took Tenten with him to find the Amber Purifying Jar, choosing to return it to Kumogakure. Then they found the Uchiha Gunbai, snapped into several pieces, and Natsuki handed it to Sasuke.
Sasuke stared at the fan, conflicted. "Natsuki… it's broken this badly. Is it still useful?"
Natsuki snorted. "If you don't want it, give it to me. This fan was made from a part of the God Tree. It can deflect any attack. Even if it's too damaged to repair, you can still turn it into some pretty great ninja tools."
Sasuke immediately tucked it away. "Then I'll take it. The Uchiha clan still needs to be restored. We need good stuff like this."
Once the battlefield was mostly dealt with, the Allied shinobi started calling out to head back to Kumogakure and celebrate properly.
But Natsuki went with Tenten to find Tsunade.
"Tsunade-sama, Tenten and I are going home first to report we're safe," Natsuki said. "Otherwise my mom's going to worry herself sick."
Tsunade waved them off. "Go, go. Remember to report back to the village too. And don't forget—come back to Kumogakure tonight for the celebration banquet."
"You got it! We're heading out!"
Then the newlyweds vanished in a flash. Flying Thunder God always made people jealous.
When everyone blinked again, the two of them were already inside the ninja tool shop.
The owner was sprawled on the counter, bored out of his mind and low on energy. Hearing the sound, he assumed a customer had come in. Without even looking up, he waved a hand.
"We're not doing business today…"
"Dad, we're back!"
