Natural Disaster: I Started By Hoarding Tens Of Billions Of Supplies-Chapter 505: A Yu Is Priceless
As the car entered the estate, Yao Ran caught sight of a grand mansion in the distance. Judging by its size and appearance, it had been built fairly recently.
Once the driver parked in front of the main entrance, bodyguards wearing black combat suits stepped forward to open the doors for Yao Ran and Long Zhan.
Stepping out of the car, Long Zhan waited for Yao Ran before saying, "Young Lady, this way, please."
As they ascended the mansion steps, servants bowed to Long Zhan on both sides and greeted him. "Welcome back, Eldest Young Master."
Yao Ran’s eyes flickered with ridicule at the scene. Despite being a wealthy family for generations, even her Yao family never indulged in such pomp. Observing the servants’ thin frames, she suspected their wages were far from generous.
As Long Zhan walked into the mansion, he looked at the butler who had come to welcome him and asked, "Is Grandfather awake?"
The butler bowed slightly and replied politely, "Yes, Eldest Young Master. The Old Master has been waiting for the guest in the tea room."
Upon hearing this, Long Zhan said, "Go and inform the kitchen staff to prepare more dishes."
The butler glanced at Yao Ran and immediately understood that Long Zhan placed great importance on her based on his command. Lowering his gaze, he responded, "Understood. I will arrange it immediately."
After the butler left, Long Zhan led Yao Ran to the tea room. Knocking on the door, Long Zhan politely said, "Grandfather, I have invited the young lady."
A second later, a calm voice responded from inside. "Come in."
Long Zhan slid open the door and stepped aside. He smiled at Yao Ran and said, "Young Lady, please."
As Yao Ran entered the tea room, she noticed that Long Zhan did not follow her in.
Seeing her glance at the now-closed door, the old man smiled and said, "Young Lady, please have a seat."
At his invitation, Yao Ran turned around and sat down in front of him. While the old man poured a cup of tea for her, she observed him closely.
The old man placed the small porcelain teacup in front of Yao Ran and gestured for her to take a sip.
Following the etiquette taught by her grandfather, Yao Ran picked up the teacup, took a sniff of the tea, and then sipped it slowly.
After tasting the tea, she gently placed the teacup on the teacup coaster and commented, "The flavor is light, yet it leaves a lingering taste. It’s good tea."
Upon hearing this, the old man’s smile deepened. "The young lady is still quite young, yet she knows how to appreciate tea. You must come from a prestigious old family."
Yao Ran always adhered to a principle. She did not strike unless provoked. Seeing the old man sitting there drinking tea, Yao Ran decided to ask him what he wanted from her.

Making her decision, Yao Ran calmly responded, "My Yao family is still not as prestigious as the Long family, Old Master. Instead of discussing unimportant matters, why don’t you tell me the real reason you invited me here?"
Hearing her directness, Old Master Long chuckled.
He placed his empty teacup on the table and said, "Young people certainly prefer to be straightforward. Since you have asked, then I will get straight to business."
He then instructed, "Someone, bring the gift I have prepared for Miss Yao."
Following his words, three servants entered the tea room, each carrying a black suitcase. They set them down on the long table, opened them, and stepped aside.
Looking at Yao Ran, Old Master Long said, "Leave my grandson, and all of this will be yours."
Yao Ran was momentarily speechless when she heard what he said.
"..." Old man, do you think we are filming some kind of romance drama?
Seeing her silence, Old Master Long narrowed his eyes. Thinking that Yao Ran wanted more, he reminded her, "Miss Yao, don’t be too greedy. Take these and leave my grandson."
Yao Ran glanced at the light blue potions inside the suitcases and then turned back to Old Master Long.
She chuckled and said, "Old Master Long, you overestimate the value of these things. To me, A Yu is priceless. No matter how much you offer, I will not leave him."
Old Master Long’s expression darkened at her words. He slammed his black cane on the floor and said sternly, "Miss Yao, I am offering you these things out of gratitude for saving me before. Don’t be ungrateful!"
Yao Ran met his gaze and said coldly, "Considering that you are old and sick, I will let you die naturally. You should be grateful that I’m not killing you right now."
Old Master Long was furious at Yao Ran’s words.
"You—!" Old Master Long pointed at her angrily with a trembling finger but couldn’t say anything more.
Ignoring the furious Old Master Long, Yao Ran stood up.
Before taking a step, she glanced back and warned, "I’m warning you—if you dare plot against A Yu, don’t blame me for annihilating your Long family."
Leaving those words behind, Yao Ran calmly opened the door and walked out. As she made her way to the main entrance, she could still hear Old Master Long’s curses echoing behind her.
Her eyes turned cold as she thought, ’If not for the Long family’s supplies helping the military and the survivors, I would have killed them all today.’
Just as she was about to leave, a woman’s arrogant voice rang out from behind.
"You are the bitch clinging to my fiancé?"
Yao Ran turned around and saw a young woman in a white dress glaring at her with unmistakable hostility in her eyes.
Sensing that the young woman wasn’t an ability user, Yao Ran was too lazy to deal with her. Without sparing her another glance, she continued on her way.
Seeing this, the young woman grew furious and shouted, "Stop right there!"
When Yao Ran ignored her again, she snapped and commanded, "Guards! Catch her for me!"
