AN: Happy valentines. I took a break yesterday but now I am back. I hope you treated yourselves to the finest chocolates. Happy reading!! I also upload an image of Yu Xi on Instagram. Enjoy.
His fingers slipped past the hem of his pants, into the open fly. The cool air hit his heated skin, then his hand was pushing into his briefs, encountering the head of his cock slick with precum, Wet and hot. He wrapped his fingers around his shaft, his grip firm.
He imagined it was Yu Xi’s hand. Yu Xi’s clever, long fingers curling around him, giving one experimental, tight stroke. He imagined Yu Xi’s lips at his ear, his breath hot, whispering, "Do you like that, Gege? Do you like how my hand feels on your fucking cock?" 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢
"Fuck, yes," Jian Ci hissed, his hips jerking up into his own fist. He stroked, faster, his thumb smearing the wetness around the sensitive head with every upstroke. He pictured Yu Xi above him, in his mesh shirt, looking down at him with those dark, knowing eyes. He would lean down, his shirt gaping, and Jian Ci would...
Ding.
The soft, melodic chime of the private elevator arriving at his entrance hall sliced through the heavy, sex-thick air.
Jian Ci’s eyes flew open. Widened. "What the hell?" he whispered. No one came here. No one. His brothers never bothered unless they were looking for him. His heart slammed against his ribs, a frantic drum of panic.
He was on his feet in an instant, his hard-on throbbing accusingly. He fumbled with his pants, yanking the zipper up as he practically sprinted for the stairs to the loft bedroom, his movements clumsy with adrenaline.
Footsteps, light and familiar came up the stairs. Coming up to his room.
"Shit.... Shit shit shit," he cursed in a whisper.
He bolted into the ensuite bathroom, locking the door just as he heard the bedroom door whisper open. His hands were trembling slightly. He slapped the control panel for the shower, and water roared to life, steaming up the glass enclosure instantly.
"Ci?" The voice, muffled by the door, was unmistakable. It was Yu Xi. "Are you here?"
Jian Ci leaned his forehead against the cool door, squeezing his eyes shut. His cock was still hard, a persistent, aching betrayal. "I am here!" he called out, forcing his voice to sound normal, slightly bored. "Just taking a shower."
There was a short pause. He could almost feel Yu Xi’s hesitation on the other side of the wood. "Alright," Yu Xi finally said, his tone unreadable. "I will be downstairs waiting."
"Okay!" Jian Ci said.
He listened to the footsteps retreat, then the soft click of the bedroom door closing. Only then did he let out the breath he had been holding in a long and shaky sigh. That was too close. He looked down.
His cock stood out, flushed and angry, a wet spot darkening the front of his briefs where he had touched himself. He gritted his teeth, frustration a bitter taste in his mouth. The cold water from the shower did nothing to douse the fire in his veins. It was the thought of Yu Xi, sitting alone on his couch, that kept him burning. It had to be taken care of otherwise he wouldn’t be able to go downstairs in a long time.
Thirty minutes later.
Jian Ci stepped out of the shower, the faint scent of soap clinging to his skin. He slipped into his soft home clothes. His damp hair clung to his forehead, and as he padded to the top of the stairs, he froze.
Below, Yu Xi sat curled on the couch, the glow of the television flickering across his face. He looked relaxed, almost too relaxed, as if the world outside didn’t exist. Jian Ci’s chest tightened. His heart surged with a longing so fierce it nearly knocked the breath out of him. He wanted Yu Xi. He wanted him to be his, wanted to close the distance and never let go. The thought was dangerous, intoxicating, and it was already shaping into resolve.
But then Yu Xi looked up. Their eyes met, and Jian Ci’s breath caught. It was as if Yu Xi had read his mind, seen every unspoken desire written across his face.
Jian Ci’s throat tightened and when he spoke, his voice came out rough, betraying him.
"You didn’t have to come," he said.
Yu Xi’s gaze flickered away, his tone quiet. "I know."
Jian Ci cursed himself silently. Why had he said that? He descended the stairs, each step heavy with regret, until Yu Xi rose to meet him.
"I brought you food," Yu Xi said softly. "And... ice cream is in the freezer."
He looked like he was about to leave, his body angled toward the door. Panic surged through Jian Ci. He reached out, fingers closing around Yu Xi’s arm.
"I know you want to be alone," Yu Xi began, his voice careful, "but I just wanted to check if you were—"
"No!" Jian Ci’s voice cracked through the air, too loud and desperate. Yu Xi flinched, startled. Jian Ci swallowed hard, forcing his tone gentler. "No... I don’t want to be alone. Little Xi... please keep me company."
Yu Xi’s eyes lifted to his, holding his gaze for a fleeting second before silence fell between them. Jian Ci, unwilling to let it slip away, swayed Yu Xi’s arm playfully, his voice dipping into a childish plea.
"Pleaaaseee," he said, dragging out the word, his expression softening into something almost mischievous.
Yu Xi’s lips curved into a reluctant smile. He looked away, but the warmth lingered in his voice. "Alright. I will stay."
The relief that washed over Jian Ci was overwhelming. Without thinking, he pulled Yu Xi into his arms, holding him tightly. His heart swelled, sweet and aching, as if it might burst from the tenderness of the moment.
Yu Xi stiffened slightly, caught off guard, before murmuring under his breath, words Jian Ci almost missed.
"...You are impossible."
After they parted Yu Xi offered, "Let me go get the food."
But Jian Ci’s hand pressed firmly against his shoulder, pushing him down. "No. Sit here."
Yu Xi blinked, surprised by the insistence. He started to settle, but Jian Ci’s eyes flicked to the spot beside him, where Yu Xi was about to sit, and something unreadable crossed his face. He recalled what he had been doing on that spot minutes ago and felt so guilty.
Abruptly, he shook his head and said, "No. Sit here." He gestured to the other side.
Confused, Yu Xi didn’t ask. He simply moved and sat where Jian Ci directed.
Jian Ci’s lips curved into a small smile. "Good. Stay there." With that, he turned and left the room.
Yu Xi watched him go, the sound of footsteps fading into the kitchen. Moments later, Jian Ci returned, carrying two plates neatly arranged. He set them on the coffee table with care. "I think we should eat here. I don’t feel like going to the dining table."
"Sure," Yu Xi said, picking up his plate.
