Lin Huahua kept clinging onto Mu Qingyi causing everyone to be confused. Why did she suddenly look scared of the male, she had pursued her whole life?

"Why does he look so ugly?" Lin Huahua asked with concern in her voice.

Because she genuinely felt that the old Lin Huahua was very stupid to have choose such an ugly peacock over the men she had by her side right now.

She looked so innocent that Feng Yiren was the first to let out a loud laugh. None of them ever thought they would be alive to hear Lin Huahua call her precious male ugly.

Wei Ranshu who had been beaten up for 4 days straight glared at Lin Huahua. Not only was he beated up by Lin Huahua’s father but now he was also being called ugly by her?

"Lin Huahua, how dare you call me ugly! You’re finally back, untie me if you still want to be my female!" Wei Ranshu screamed with anger at Lin Huahua.

The only reason he was like this was because, the rat king was tired of seeing his only daughter harm herself everytime because of this peacock.

And to be honest, Wei Ranshu wasn’t naturally ugly, just like a peacock he was prideful and good looking. But he wasn’t any where near the males Lin Huahua had.

That was why it always made her father mad, that she kept choosing a mere peacock over the males beside her.

And to make things was not only was the peacock weak, but he never appreciated his daughter, always using her.

He finally gave Wei Ranshu a good beating and told him if his daughter wasn’t found he wouldn’t live to see the next day.

Lin Huahua slowly peeked out from behind Mu Qingyi "Why do I have to untie you? I am not the one who tied you up in first place.

Everyone froze even Wei Ranshu was dumbfounded. Weren’t the next words from Lin Huahua supposed to be: Father let him go now, if not I won’t be able to keep living.

Why was she suddenly being so different.

Lin Huahua looked at every body, including the three males her side.

She could not believe she pushed them away of a peacock that wasn’t even as half as preety as one of her males.

Humph, as far as I am still in this world, no one can make my mates feel unwanted again.

Lin Huahua was feeling a bit angry, She even felt like when she goes back. She was make her dad delete the simulation so that they wouldn’t experience any more pain.

"Hua’er, are you seeing well? This is Wei Ranshu. He is not one of us," Mu Qingyi said gently, looking down at her small frame clinging to him with protective affection flooding his chest.

"Yes, I know," Lin Huahua replied. "But he is not better than any one of you. Not even in looks. This is the first time I am seeing an ugly peacock."

The fox let out another laugh, he was not only amused by his little female’s words but also by her scent and body language.

She smelled like a little frightened rat trying to protect her territory, yet she looked like a soft dumpling clinging to her deer mate for comfort.

Feng Yiren flicked his tail with sly amusement, thinking that perhaps this version of Lin Huahua was more interesting than the old one.

Wei Ranshu’s eyes darkened. "You bitch, I look like this because I was beaten! If the rat king did not beat me, I would not be ugly!"

The males around Lin Huahua immediately tensed.

Hu Baiyu tried to step forward, but his ribs hurt too much. His blue eyes glowed with protectiveness.

Mu Qingyi held Lin Huahua tighter because he could feel her flinch at the insult.

Feng Yiren’s tail puffed in irritation, his fox instincts demanding he bite the peacock’s head off for daring to insult their female.

Before any of them could act, one of Lin Weishan’s guards slammed his fist into Wei Ranshu’s stomach, causing him to spit blood all over the ground.

Lin Huahua gasped. She knew it was not her fault, but she did not want anyone dying because of her. Her chest tightened with worry.

She gently unhooked her fingers from Mu Qingyi’s clothes and stepped forward with a soft but steady voice.

"Pa... please just leave him." Her words hit the males like a painful stone. They felt their hearts sink.

They had all hoped that their female was no longer blinded by her obsession and now saw them as hers, but instead it felt like they were wrong and too wishful.

Mu Qingyi thought she was returning to her old self. Feng Yiren narrowed his eyes, convinced she was acting.

Hu Baiyu lowered his head, deeply sad but too injured to move.

Wei Ranshu smirked slightly, thinking she still loved him and she as probably putting up an act earlier to get him back for not accepting to be her mate.

Thankfully this dumb rat princess has come come to her senses, and probably realized she couldn’t live without me.

Lin Huahua stood straighter and said, "Pa, you have two options. Either you take him away and hit him far from me, or you let him go. I do not like seeing blood."

Everyone stared at her in confusion, waiting.

She took a deep breath and continued, "From today onwards, I have only my males in my mind."

The atmosphere immediately froze.

Her father and everyone stared at her. But then instead of arguing with his daughter as usual, he decided to take her words for it.

Because for some reason, she looked really serious this time around. He hoped she wasn’t toying around again and will finally realized the men around her aren’t easy to get.

"I hope this time, you keep your word."

Lin Huahua nodded. "I will."

Of course I will keep my word, she thought. The moment I leave this world, I will make sure this simulation disappears forever.

Wei Ranshu who was still in shock finally started screaming as he was dragging away. "Lin Huahua what do you mean?! Lin Huahua are you crazy?! I will never forgive you for humiliating me like this!"

Lin Huahua stared at the badly beaten up peacock being dragged away and she stuck her tongue out mocking him.

Humph, think you can compete with my males? In your dreams!

She turned slowly toward her males, and all three stared at her with confusion, hope, and fear mixing in their eyes.
