Omnipotent Husband System-Chapter 565: Friction.

Hao Ren disposed of the Demon General who had just advanced in his realm, and he was swift about it. The situation didn’t last for long and Jana came over with a rather dazed expression. After Hao Ren exposed his saint halo, things were monotonously one sided. The demon general didn’t even have the time to react before his body was scattered to the winds by the onslaught of the sword intent.

When Hao Ren descended on the ground, Jana came over to stand before him and asked, "Why didn’t you tell me that you were a saint?"

Hao Ren found this question to be stupid and said, "You never asked how strong was I, so why should I boast about it? I came here to fight and comprehend the path, and that is all. Now, with the demon horde gone, would you mind stepping up and asking the people inside the camp to open the gate?"

Jana came to his senses, and realized that he needed to still check on his comrades inside the camp. He rushed towards the gates, and Hao Ren raised his brows, he said using spirit communication, "When you are inside, stay humble, and do not act overboard with anything. These guys are not shallow in their cultivation, they exceed us in the realm plain."

The people nodded and then they followed Jana, who stood before the huge gates of the human camp, or at least what was left of it. Hao Ren noticed damaged walls, and the gate looked so feeble as if a gust could make it fall over. Jana yelled, "Captain, I have returned with back up."

Hao Ren rolled his eyes and resisted the urge to say, "You lot are the back up here, you canon fodder."

Suddenly, he realized that he was getting rather agitated by how long winded these people were, usually he would just stand at the side, and watch them all do what they want with an amused expression on his face. A person appeared on top of the watchtower right next to the gates, and asked, "Jana, is that you?"

Jana replied loudly, "Yes, Big Brother Hal."

The man on the top was shocked, and then he went back inside before everyone heard a few clanking noises and the huge gate of the camp opened. Hao Ren and the rest looked inside and they found that behind the gates stood a complete city. Although it looked rather dreadful at the moment, but it was still a city with all the equipments.

As Jana led them inside, Hao Ren noticed that several dozen men came over to the gates with scrutinizing expressions. Hal was at the forefront, when he saw Jana, he didn’t rush over to greet the man but simply asked, "What happened out there? Where did the demons go."

Jana pointed at Hao Ren beside him and said, "He and his people handled them all."

Hal was shocked, Jana said, "We should get in and talk to the Camp Leader first."

Hal nodded and then he paused before he said, "You all need to go through a check for any traces of demonic energy before we let you in. If you have any complaint, then you can stay out till the morning and if you manage to survive, we will let you in."

Hao Ren raised his brow and looking at Hal, he said, "Ye!"

The Ye Generals all replied, "At your command!"

They all knelt down on their knees to take the command, Hao Ren said, "Camp out!"

That was all, he literally turned around to walk away from the place and when that happened, the people were all shocked, because didn’t Hao Ren tell them to stay low profile when they go inside the city so why the walk out?

Jana was shocked and he asked, "Brother Hao, wait, what are you doing, this is just the standard procedure."

Hao Ren turned to look at Jana and calmly he said, "Your comrades were evidently stronger than us in their realms, yet here they were sitting in like cowards and we fought those demons. Now they wish to check if we have demonic energy or not? Is this a joke to you? The pride of the Crescent Moon is not so shallow that anyone can trample it. Since we have the option of staying outside, then fine, we will fight and if we die, then that is it."

He didn’t waste anymore time and was already outside the city with his own people. Then he came to a distance and the generals set up tents. That wasn’t all, Ye Lin held her arrows and along with her disciples, she began to carve out arrays on the ground. Ye Si had her disciples set up the nodes and power the arrays. They had not created a single defense array, but it was all monitoring array. They wanted to know if the enemy was coming and they wanted to fight them.

Hao Ren sat in the center of the camp, and Yin and Jiro sparred with each other while Hao Ren guided them with subtle topics, Hiro on the other side meditated with peace in his mind. The situation didn’t appear anything out of an ordinary camp.

In the great hall, before an old man, Jana was arguing how Hao Ren was an indispensable asset but his disrespect has caused him to leave the city. The eldest among the people here was a Heavenly General, he took a deep breath and asked, "Jana, are you telling me that you found a prodigy who is capable of taking out several hundred thousand of demons on his own?"

Jana took a deep breath and said, "I detect a faint trace of sarcasm in your voice, how about this, you can sit here like you always have with fear in your hearts, while I go out of the city and stay with Hao Ren. I am done with your hypocrisy and tantrums."

The people were stunned, because they always found Jana to be the most docile among them and just now when he barked back at the Commander they wanted to retaliate, but suddenly, they found themselves suffocating and Jana said, "I have long reached the realm of a Commander, but have been holding back because I respected you as my elder brother, but enough is enough. Now, I am going out and I will come back to take the position that I deserve or start a camp of my own, this Eternal Battlefield is not lacking space for a city or a camp."

That said, he waved his hand and walked out of the camp directly.
