One Piece: Supreme Check-In System-Chapter 67: Eyes in the Shadows, Gods at the Table
Chapter 67 - Eyes in the Shadows, Gods at the Table
High atop the world, above the clouds and seas, lay the sacred and secret heart of power — Mary Geoise.
The Holy Land basked in cold, eternal sunlight, untouched by time or storm. Its marble towers shimmered in silence, and the hallowed throne room, forbidden to the world, lay deathly still.
But within its shadows... ancient red eyes watched.
A figure veiled in eternal darkness — a shape neither woman nor beast — loomed upon the Empty Throne.
Imu-sama.
Only his/her eyes shone — crimson, oppressive, ancient. Their very gaze seemed to weigh upon the soul, like staring into the abyss where time itself was born.
Before this eternal sovereign, the Five Elders, the highest authority of the World Government, knelt.
And even they — immortal, cruel, and unyielding — sweated beneath those terrible eyes.
One of them spoke, his voice strained, fear knotting his throat.
"Imu-sama... the battle at Voidreign Kingdom was witnessed by all. Each of the Voidreign Pirates... and the kingdom they've raised... have grown far beyond projections."
A heavy silence pressed upon the room like a tomb.
The oppressive red eyes narrowed in the dark, glimmering with something between fury and cold calculation.
When Imu-sama finally spoke, the words were like a curse whispered through a grave.
"Avoid them for now."
The Five Elders stiffened.
Imu's gaze never faltered.
"Do not allow the Celestial Dragons to near their lands. This is not the time yet."
His voice, deep as the void itself, sent a ripple of tension through the air.
The Five Elders, hardened by centuries, trembled.
"Y-Yes, Imu-sama," they murmured in unison, bowing until their foreheads pressed against the cold floor.
Imu's gaze lingered a moment longer, before withdrawing into the shadows beyond the Empty Throne.
The War Council
The Five Elders rose wordlessly, each face carefully composed, though sweat still clung to their brows.
They made their way through the sacred halls to a private chamber — a long, somber table of dark stone, encircled by twelve seats.
Upon four of them, already seated, sat the God Knights — guardians of Mary Geoise and executioners of divine will.
These were beings of terrible legend.
Figarland Shamrock, his crimson hair unmistakable, sharp amber eyes glinting like polished daggers. His aura alone thickened the air, a man whose presence could silence armies.
At his sides sat Gunko ,Shepherd Sommers And Romushfu Killingham, the executioner with eyes and dragon face.
Their power was equal to, if not beyond, the Five Elders themselves.
And they, too, were immortals.
Shamrock's gaze bore into the elders as they entered. His expression unreadable, yet his aura spoke volumes.
Without waiting for pleasantries, Shamrock spoke, voice sharp and decisive.
"We're going to Voidreign Kingdom."
The words hung in the air like a blade drawn in court.
A frown flickered across the face of the elder with the long grey beard.
"It's not your place to move without sanction."
Another elder, the one who'd spoken with Imu earlier, raised a hand, stopping the protest.

His cold gaze never left Shamrock.
"Do as you please."
Shamrock smirked faintly.
"I intend to."
The God Knights rose as one, their combined aura suffocating the chamber for a single, crushing instant. Then, in a swirl of shadow and light, they vanished from sight.
Secrets Long Buried
As their presence faded, the room lightened.
The remaining Five Elders exchanged uneasy glances.
Finally, one of them, the elder with the bald head and saber across his lap, muttered darkly.
"Shamrock... the twin brother of Shanks."
Another elder, stroking his beard thoughtfully, turned to the one who had allowed them to leave.
"Why did you let them go? They'll provoke the Voidreign pirates. You've seen what those monsters can do."
The elder's expression was cold, unreadable.
"I want to find their weakness."
A long, heavy silence followed those words.
No one argued.
They knew well — in this game of shadows and blades, information was a weapon greater than armies.
And if the God Knights sought battle, then so be it.
Better to measure the depths of this rising kingdom's power now... before the war inevitable came.
Elsewhere in the World...
Across the world, nations whispered of what they'd seen through the Den Den Mushi broadcast. The battle at Voidreign Kingdom wasn't a simple clash — it was a declaration.
From the East Blue to the treacherous waters of the New World, countless civilians, pirates, and governments alike spoke new names in hushed tones.
Kuina the Sword Saint.
Jessie, King of Voidreign.
The Voidreign Knights, who defied the heavens, five of them peak of admiral level.
And now whispers of God Knights on the move.
In the distant seas, upon a lone warship, Dracule Mihawk looking the distant sea.
Standing upon the bow, his sword slung across his back, his eyes scanned the endless horizon.
