Chapter 136: Chapter 136

Min-jae barely managed a nod, feeling the room tilt around him.

The delicious aroma that should have been inviting now clawed at his stomach. His vision blurred for a moment, and he swayed, gripping the chair tightly.

Meical quickly fetched a bowl from a nearby side table and positioned it in front of him.

"Here. Lean over. Let it out."

Min-jae did as instructed, gagging softly, the food abandoned completely.

His body shivered from the sudden illness, and he felt a flush rise to his cheeks, not from embarrassment, but from the physical shock.

Meical’s hand rested lightly on his back, steadying him. "It’s alright. You just need a moment. It’s normal—your body is adjusting.

Min-jae sighed, he didn’t think pregnancy was this stressful.

How the hell did women survive this.

"I think I want to lay down again.."

Before Min-jae could even ask Meical to lead him to the room. Meical had already bent down and scooped him into his arms.

"Are you in any pain my darling? Would you like a fruit instead?"

Min-jae shook his head, he felt like he should just lay down until his stomach calmed down. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

"No, I don’t need it."

Meical sighed as climbed this stairs, the madam Greya had made a healthy meal because Kaizar just recovered from his fever.

No one except Georgiana, knew about Kaizar’s pregnancy.

He guessed he’d have to make a formal announcement about it.

"When would you like to go pick out a land site? How soon do you want to plans to commerce?"

"As soon as possible. It shouldn’t be delayed.."

"I will send for Sebastian. Don’t worry, you can leave the ground work to me."

Min-jae nodded, in all honesty he wasn’t even concerned about that right now.

He just wanted to feel like himself again.

"Can you call Georgiana for me?"

She had read alot of Omegaverse books so she must definitely know alot about Omega pregnancies.

"Alright."

Meical beaconed at the maid who was cleaning at the stairs, asking her if she had seen Georgiana.

"Oh, you’ve missed her. Master. The young lady left the estate with Sir Saar."

-_-

"Did she say where she was going to?"

The maid shook her head. The lady was an eccentric one, it was already considered lucky to even see her leave.

"That brat! Just because she’s leaving with Saar doesn’t mean it’s okay for her to leave without telling me."

Where could she even have gone too.

Where else could an eighteen year old, who had barely been move around in her past life go too.

Yura had gone sightseeing and she had happily dragged the grumpy Saar along with her.

"Young lady, don’t you think it’s time we head back home? You didn’t tell your brother before you left. He must be worried.."

-_-

Yura snorted as she checked out the dress on the mirror "Why are you worried about my brother? You’re here with me Saar. So your focus should be on me."

-_-

"My focus is on you, young lady. What more do you want?"

Yura dropped the dress and turned to face Saar. "I want you to stop pestering me about my brother and help me choose which colour to buy. My brother won’t compian too much as long as I return home on time.."

-_-

Saar sighed, he couldn’t believe he let a little girl like Georgiana drag him around.

"I also need to buy some things for my brother. I didn’t come out here just for myself you know."

Pregnant omegas were very sensitive to smell, and since her brother was even carrying more than one. He would be overly sensitive.

Based on her knowledge on omegaverse, the food given to omegas were usually Korean but she doubt she’d see red ginseng in a place like this.

"Once I get my clothes. We will go out to look for things for my brother. That’s the real reason I’m here."

Saar pinched the bridge of his nose, exhaling through his nostrils. "Fine. But we should hurry. I do not want to be late returning to the estate."

Yura’s eyes sparkled with mischief. "Hurry, he says. As if we are the ones dragging this out." She picked up the dress again, holding it against herself. "What do you think of this one?"

Saar glanced at it briefly. "It is... acceptable. Now, move."

Yura rolled her eyes, laughing softly. "You are no fun, Saar. Fine, fine. Let’s go, then."

The two of them stepped into the street, the bustle of merchants and shoppers washing around them.

Yura’s focus was split between her brother and the items she needed to collect, while Saar remained alert, scanning the crowd as though the weight of responsibility rested entirely on his shoulders.

Yura tilted her head toward a stall selling fabrics. "I’ll just check the material here. It’ll be quick."

Saar’s lips pressed into a thin line. "Quickly, then. Do not dawdle."

Yura smirked, brushing past him toward the stall. "Dawdle? Me? Never."

Yura’s eyes darted across the crowded market, scanning the stalls with a sharp intensity. She held her small notebook tightly, flipping to the page with the list of herbs she knew would help Min-jae.

"Ginseng... jujube... ginger..." she muttered, reading the names aloud, hoping someone would recognize them.

The man shook his head repeatedly. "I do not know this one, little lady. Try another."

Yura frowned, frustration tightening her chest. "No, you don’t understand! It’s called insam! You have it here, right? It’s... it’s a root like this..." She held up a fist-sized bundle, trying to demonstrate.

The man blinked, then shook his head again, clearly confused. "I know not of this root. There’s is no such root called Insam here.."

Yura let out a sharp breath, her hands trembling slightly. "Yes! That’s why I’m asking you! But what do you call it here?"

He was showing her a completely useless herb.

Saar stood beside her, arms crossed, watching the exchange quietly. "Do not push too hard. If you exhaust yourself, it will be no use for him."

"I know.." Yura snapped, though her voice softened. "But I have to find it.."

She moved on from the first stall, walking quickly to the next, flipping through her notebook. "Daechu... dried jujube... have you heard of it?"
