Playing With Other Supernaturals-Chapter 1377 Pillar Gods part 4
The shadow that Regalzeva's body cast extended and expanded out behind him, and a second later, Kisuke, who had taken on Tiamat's form, emerged.

Kisuke was breathing hard, and there were various cracks on his body, but Regalzeva couldn't see that. 'This is consuming so much more power than I initially thought, and the strain on my body is crazy.' He had initially calculated that he would be able to last for at least five minutes, but as he used Tiamat's form that utilized Prima Materia, he adjusted that time down to two minutes at most.
Kisuke wanted to make sure to finish the job, but aside from standing still and looking around, he couldn't do anything else. He was already expecting some sort of overheat, but he didn't think it would come this early. 'Sadly, I can only gather data about Prima Materia while using it like this.'
His eyes caught the people within the barrier and noticed that their eyes were also glued to him and Regalzeva. Kisuke could tell that the Evies were shouting something, but their voices couldn't escape the barrier. Otherwise, it would defeat the purpose of the barrier with just simple echolocation. 'Phase 2 should start any moment now.'
Among the stares, two of them stood out, and they came from Indra and Shiva respectively, their expressions a mix of shock, anger, and horror. Kisuke wanted to grin at them, but even that simple facial movement was too much for him.
A few seconds later, the transparent barrier became opaque black as if ink had been dumped into it, breaking all the sightings of what was happening inside.
[Too bad. You couldn't kill him.] Tiamat's voice resounded inside his head.
It was Kisuke's biggest regret. Although he had managed to pierce through Regalzeva's defenses, it wasn't as easy as he thought. Even though he managed to split his head open, his blade made of shadow collapsed before he could do more damage. [Clearly, he won't go down with just that.]
Kisuke had the same opinion, and those thoughts became a reality when Regalzeva's head started melding back and his half-melted limbs started recovering. 'Do you think he'll give me 20 seconds to recover?'
[After what you did, I'll be surprised if he doesn't move to instantly kill you.]
Just as Tiamat finished speaking, Regalzeva's body started floating and shining. He immediately reached Kisuke's waist height before releasing a massive shockwave, pushing Kisuke away.
Kisuke was happy to gain some distance from his opponent, but that happiness was soon erased when he saw Regalzeva begin transforming, growing even bigger and sharper. '13 more seconds, but I guess that's asking for too much, huh?'
[You already failed the moment you weren't able to kill him before you overheated.]
'...Too bad. I didn't really want her to step into this.'
Regalzeva disappeared from his spot and reappeared in front of Kisuke, bearing his enlarged fist. With a single hit to his stomach, Kisuke bent like a bow about to snap. Thankfully, before Regalzeva could punch a hole through his body, Kisuke was sent flying into deep space at a speed tens of times faster than the speed of sound.
The ground beneath Regalzeva quaked before it was vaporized, and the shockwave raised countless valleys and mountains across half of Mars' surface.
Feeling this massive vibration, Riveria panicked and barely managed to secure the integrity of the barrier.
"Guahhh!!!" All the air in Kisuke's lungs was forcefully expelled, and although he didn't really need it, it was still painful to endure. Not to mention, his incredibly sturdy body was almost broken by that single punch, with several of his rib bones sticking out. 'Damn… That punch was on the same level as Issei's Apocalypse AnswerArms Revelation-whatever Blaster, and he dished it out so casually.'
[Unlimited Power Up, huh? It doesn't sound so ridiculous now.] Tiamat commented. Regalzeva was similar to Issei in a sense, with the main difference being the scale of their abilities. The amount of power that Regalzeva could amass was also limited to the strength of his body, but compared to Issei, Regalzeva's body was exponentially stronger. Worst of all, the time Regalzeva needed to accumulate his power was nearly instantaneous, whereas Issei would require several minutes or even hours.
[Will you force yourself to move?]
'I don't have any choice now, do I?' Kisuke asked back. 'And this is better… The more he accumulates, the more he'll be vulnerable to mistakes.'
He could actually start acting before the 20-second mark, but he wouldn't be at full power, and the amount of time he'd need to recover would be exponentially longer. Kisuke saw a bright light flash from the surface of the wrecked Mars that soon transformed into a hulking metal humanoid. Although there was no expression on his face, he exuded a dreadful atmosphere along with intense killing intent.
What caught Kisuke's attention, however, was the silver sword that Regalzeva was now carrying. 'Now that's dangerous.'
But Kisuke also saw an opportunity within that danger. Resolving himself, he decided to forcefully move and meet Regalzeva head-on.
Kisuke materialized the Prima Shadow within both of his hands and gathered as much as he could while also combining it with his Hollow ability, Cero. This attempt nearly twisted both of his arms off of his torso, but he held on. 'Dang it… I'm counting on you, Seraselbes!'
Regalzeva still couldn't sense anything, even though it was very obvious that Kisuke was gathering something. However, the unknown feeling of dread was very real, and he didn't want to give Kisuke another chance. 'I have to end him before he poses a threat to Melvazoa!'
When he realized where his train of thought had led, Regalzeva was surprised. He knew for sure that Melvazoa was untouchable, so it didn't matter how destructive Kisuke was. '…How did I even think of that?'
Nevertheless, there was no time to contemplate this, and he soon reached Kisuke. He only had one goal.
Regalzeva brandished his sword and poured all of his power into it, intending to reduce his enemy to nothing and deprive him of any chance to revive and regenerate.
Unfortunately for him, that was the mistake and the window of opportunity Kisuke had been waiting for.
Faster than Regalzeva's sword, Kisuke smashed his hands together, creating a black void that swallowed both him and Regalzeva.
