In the blink of an eye, tens of thousands of years passed in a fleeting moment.
During this time, Gu Chuan successfully transformed the remaining six Doomsday Books into his own natal supernatural books—The Book of Floods, The Book of Toxins, The Book of Puppets, The Book of Viruses, The Book of the Zerg, and The Book of Petrification, respectively.
"It worked."
Gu Chuan's eyes shimmered with excitement. Though the process had taken an unfathomably long time, it was all worth it. By transforming the Seven Doomsdays into his own natal supernatural books, he had not only greatly enhanced his original power but also gained a tremendous boost in combat strength.
He stared at the floating books before him. Each one radiated infinite supernatural might.

For instance, The Book of Floods contained endless types of special waters—such as Lifeless Water, Dao Water, and Doom Water—all born from the chaos itself. The entire book resembled a universe of water, where every page was an oceanic world imbued with a unique kind of water, each carrying terrifying and destructive power.
Within these oceanic realms, countless aquatic beings had evolved, all infused with the power of doomsday spells. These creatures possessed unfathomable strength.
Once the book was opened, a boundless flood of destruction would surge out, capable of submerging entire universes. All life would be drowned, leaving not a single trace behind.
Then there was The Book of Toxins, whose appearance was grotesquely vibrant, as if condensed from a psychedelic brew of poisonous mushrooms. It exuded a sinister, eerie, and utterly malevolent aura.
Toxic mists constantly leaked from its pages—mists so potent that even Saints might perish from a single breath.
Venom dripped intermittently from its body. These drops could corrode all matter, devour entire substances, and were laced with unimaginable toxicity—deadly even to Saints.
Each page recorded a unique and devastating toxin. In fact, every page represented a poisonous world, and with so many pages, it formed a vast toxic universe.
Within that poisonous cosmos, monstrous beings bred in droves—highly toxic, ever-evolving, and terrifying. Should these monsters escape, they would bring annihilation, poisoning all life and devouring their history.
But the most fearsome power of this book lay in the convergence of toxins—a colorless, odorless venom called the Doomsday Toxic. Once released, it would silently strip even a Lord of the Universe of their transcendent powers, reducing them to mere mortals with no chance of ever cultivating again.
When this Doomsday Toxic spread, the entire universe would plunge into an era of doom where no being could cultivate, and no transcendence would exist.
Unlike toxic, The Book of Viruses bore a black cover, covered in pulsating virus colonies that radiated a dreadful and insidious aura.
Although the words "virus" and "toxic" may differ by only a letter, their nature was entirely different.
Viruses were not inherently toxic. They did not directly plunder life. Instead, they were a form of special microorganism capable of altering genes and bloodlines—triggering various evolutionary mutations.
If a creature could endure such mutation, it would be enhanced—stronger, more refined, undergoing incredible genetic evolution.
However, if it failed, the mutation would break the gene chain, resulting in death.
More than 99.99% of all lifeforms—even Chaos Demon Gods—could not withstand such rapid genetic transformation. Evolution that typically required hundreds of millions of years was forced into mere hours or days.
Each page of the virus book contained one type of virus, and with billions of trillions of pages, it held an unimaginable number of viral strains. Every page was its own viral world, teeming with infectious life, constantly warring and evolving like a massive experiment—an apocalyptic breeding ground for the ultimate virus.
Once The Book of Viruses was opened, waves of viruses would erupt, infecting all beings. Some might instantly evolve, while others would perish in agony.
The Book of Puppets was perhaps the most grotesque of all. Its cover was adorned with blank white masks—faceless, yet infinitely expressive. It represented both void and boundless potential.
Upon opening it, a terrifying puppet world would unfold. All living beings in this world lacked their own identity, donning cold, expressionless masks.
The puppets within were maddened with desire for freedom. They sought to escape the book, to replace real-life beings and usurp their identities.
This was the true horror of The Book of Puppets. The puppets could devour souls, memories, and power, fully replacing their victims.
Once consumed, the soul would be trapped forever, enslaved within the book for all eternity.
Then came The Book of the Zerg—a boundless tome resembling an entire starry sky. Each page represented a miniature universe, filled with countless stars.
Every star housed countless Zerg insects. These bugs were elite warriors of the Zerg Race, divided into countless trillions of species.
Even within the book, these Zerg species were locked in eternal warfare—fighting for resources, territory, and survival. Death held no meaning to them.
Once the book was opened, endless Zerg armies would pour out, forming hives and broods, devastating entire worlds in pursuit of energy and conquest.
Lastly, there was The Book of Petrification. Dull gray in color, it radiated a chilling aura of lifeless stone.
A single gray eye adorned the cover, and anyone who met its gaze risked instant petrification—turned to lifeless stone statues.
If any being not recognized by the book dared to touch it, they would be cursed and frozen in stone for eternity.
Upon opening, an endless wave of petrification would surge forth—turning all matter, all life, all energy... into lifeless rock.
