Chapter 140: Breastfeeding child

Chapter 140

Daphne POV

I lean back down onto the pillows and cover my face with both hands, trying to collect myself.

I can’t fucking believe it.

My legs are still trembling.

I just came.

Like—actually came.

I’ve always been the one in control. The one who takes the lead. With Yuxi, with Evelyn, with lovers from my first life I can’t remember I was the one who set the pace, who guided everything.

And now?

Now I just got absolutely wrecked.

I literally saw stars.

It was going well. Soft. Heated. Teasing.

Until Estela my sweet beloved—was suddenly possessed by a sex demon from hell.

There is no other explanation.

Her body. Her chest. The way she looked at me like I was hers to break apart and put back together. The way she used me, rode me, let herself lose control.

It was too much.

Too much and too good and now my brain has short-circuited trying to process any of it.

I’m going to have an identity crisis.

Haaa.

I uncover my face, eyes blinking up at the ceiling, and turn to glance at her.

Estela drops onto my chest like a woman thoroughly spent. Which, to be fair, she is.

Her cheek presses right over my heart. I know she can feel it still thundering.

You know what? I like being in control. I love being in control. It’s what gets me going.

But I think my life has just been changed.

We really should get up. Shower. Change the beddings. Act like normal functioning people.

But instead, I start to doze off.

I never thought I’d experience the infamous "put to sleep by sex" phenomenon. And yet... here we are. Just a couple of minutes. I tell myself. Just a quick nap.

---

I wake up a little later. Not sure how long. The light outside the window has dimmed, golden and lazy.

I feel sticky.

Okay, time to move.

I gently lift Estela off me. She mumbles something—either Spanish or sleepy English. Hard to tell. Whatever it is, it’s adorable.

I suppress a grin as I carry her over to the couch, careful not to wake her. She curls against the cushions like it’s second nature.

I strip the sheets, toss them aside with the grim determination of someone who knows full well she owes the hotel staff a truly heroic tip.

Then I grab a warm cloth, clean myself quickly, then move to wipe her down as gently as I can.

Her lashes flutter, but she stays asleep.

I climb back into bed with her.

Don’t do it, Daphne.

Don’t be that person.

She needs rest. You need rest.

Just sleep.

Just—

But I’m only human.

And she’s right there.

I give in.

Estela POV

What time is it?

Who am I?

I blink one eye open.

I feel... relaxed? Like I’ve had the best sleep of my life.

My limbs are heavy, the bed is warm, and there’s something... pressing down on me. A weight. A familiar scent. A subtle vibration from slow, even breathing.

I shift slightly, and curiosity wins over comfort. I peek beneath the covers—and promptly forget how to breathe.

There she is.

Daphne Castellano.

Naked.

Sprawled across my chest like a very expensive, very chaotic blanket.

Her messy bedhead is somehow charming, tufts of dark hair curling at odd angles. Her long lashes cast soft shadows over her cheeks. One arm flopped across my stomach.

And her mouth?

Firmly latched around my left nipple.

Like an oversized, battle-hardened baby.

I blink again.

Is she fucking serious?

Oh. It gets better.

A very visible, very shiny line of drool glistens against my skin. From her slightly parted lips... straight down my boob.

I blink again.

Ha.

What is she, a child?

I stare at her for another second, torn between outrage, horror, and hysterical laughter.

My nipple twitches indignantly.

She sucks in her sleep.

I throw the cover off us with a dramatic flair, flinging it to the floor like a soap opera diva.

She jerks upright instantly, the instinct of a trained killer snapping her out of sleep. Her eyes dart around wildly, hair a frizzy crown of disorientation, mouth parted, a smear of drool on her chin.

"What? What’s going on?"

Not very threatening, all things considered. Especially with her hair looking like she lost a fight with a blow dryer and the drool making a shiny trail.

I bite my lip.

Too late.

A laugh bursts out of me. Loud. Uncontrolled. Real.

She stares at me like I’ve lost my mind.

"Estela? Are you—"

I can’t stop. I flop back against the pillows, clutching my sides.

"You—you were..." I gasp between wheezes, "you were drooling on my boob!"

She blinks, still groggy.

Then looks down.

Then back up.

Then finally, she groans.

"I told myself not to do it," she mutters, dragging a hand over her face. ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com

"But it was right there. Like a pillow."

"A pillow?"

"A very comforting one!" she defends, snatching a blanket to cover her embarrassment.

"It was soft, I was tired, and okay—maybe I wanted comfort."

I roll to my side, smirking.

"So you decided to breastfeed?"

She glares at me over the edge of the blanket. "It wasn’t like that."

I just laugh harder.

She groans again and flops onto her stomach, burying her face in a pillow.

The fact that she’s so embarrassed makes me laugh even more, I can’t breathe. I’m wheezing. Actually wheezing.

"You done?" she mutters into the pillow.

I wheeze out, "Not even close."

Embarrassed, Daphne grumbles and suddenly bolts upright, grabbing the sheet to wrap around herself before storming off to the bathroom.

I keep laughing.

The sound of the shower turns on a moment later.

---

She returns—immaculate. Pressed suit, face wiped of all drool and shame.

But I can’t get the image out of my head.

She’s so cute.

She pretends not to notice my amused smile as she adjusts her cufflinks and picks up her phone.

"I’m off to be the middleman with Raffaele and those guys. I’ll see you later."

She makes it halfway to the door, pauses.

Then turns back.

She sits on the edge of the bed beside me.

"And I’ll see you later," she says in a low voice.

Her hands cup my breasts again—gently. Reverently.

She gives them a soft squeeze. Then another.

"It’s okay even if she laughs at our relationship," she says to them, not me. "She would never understand."

I gape at her.

Then she leans in, presses a kiss to my cheek.

Smiles.

And walks out.

My heart is racing.
