"Haaaahh. Finally, some privacy. Peyton and Melissa wouldn’t let me go anywhere alone and kept telling me to at least wait for Chadwick to come back with my official Permit."

"But even after he did, they all still didn’t want me to go anywhere alone and Chadwick even insisted that Peyton follow me everywhere instead, to protect me. Even Sakura, the free spirit that she was, was surprised by that. It was only after they got an emergency call about some urgent matter they had to handle and them basically forcing me to promise to call them if something happened that they finally let me go."

"But now that I’m alone, I finally get to do this... Enter Item Space!" 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

As soon as I said that, my body started to break down and fade away in the form of orange colored pixels.

Last I checked, I was in my hotel room but in an instant, my vision had turned blank. All I could see was darkness.

"Where am I?" I thought. "I can’t see anything, I can’t hear anything. I can’t even feel anything."

My senses were working fine. There was just nothing for them to pick up on.

"So this is the inside of my Item Space. How dull. Will everything I put inside it come out if I think about it?"

I thought about First Dawn and it immediately emerged. Pixelating right in front of me.

"Awesome."

I could see it clearly too, despite all the endless darkness surrounding me.

I then remembered. "Hold on... I still haven’t checked out how much my Stats have increased after that fight with Melissa. You’re up System."

"I knew it. It was just a sparring match but because I fought an A-Rank and was even forced to break my limits, the gain was insurmountable." I thought, looking at my Stats.

"Now as for the Item Space. I have absolutely no idea what I’m supposed to be doing. Does it need some time to process its new developments?"

I wondered as I kept floating through the empty space with First Dawn in my hand.

"Hm...it’s odd. I’m able to move freely despite not having a surface to stand on. And if I merely think about it, I can float around and pretend as if I’m flying. There’s no gravity so there’s no sense of up or down. I don’t even sense any Mana so I don’t know how it’s possible for me to manifest my items anytime I want. Come to think of it, I haven’t even been breathing ever since I came in here and yet I’m still fine." I kept thinking while playing around launching slashes with First Dawn.

While I was lost in thought, a message finally popped up.

[Report. Subject has entered the Item Space. The Formless Power has successfully synergized with the Subject.]

[Subject. Welcome To Your Item Space.]

[The Item Space is the Blacksmith’s Sanctuary. A world in his image. It is owned by him and no one else. It follows no other laws except his own. Hence it is currently without form, and will continue as such until its Master gives onto it shape.]

"So the reason it’s nothing but an empty endless space the way it is, is because I have to give it form? Hmm... Interesting."

I activated all my Skills A-Rank and above. Then I activated Craft, Improve, Trigon Element King and all three of its Sub-Skills. It was strange. For some reason, in the Item Space, I felt like I could do anything. A power I had never felt before was surging within me.

"Okay then... Time to Genesis this son of a bitch."

So I did.

The world was formless. Lacking shape. A void, one that stretched deeper than anything imaginable. There was no gravity. No sense of direction. No sign of life, other than myself, as I hovered over the face of this endless darkness.

And so I spoke. My voice echoing throughout the entire space.

"Let there be light!" And there was light. I saw that the light was good.

And I separated the light from the darkness. And the light would be day, and the darkness, night.

The dull darkness from before was no more. Instead what permeated the space was a luminescent dark glow. It was Mana. Pure beyond measure. The light I created wasn’t exactly singular in a sense, it was in the form of countless sparks of light. They were stars. I was pleased.

And so I spoke.

"Let there be endless water!" And there was water. I saw that the water was good.

And so I spoke once again.

"Let there be an expanse in the midst of the water! And let it separate water from water!" And so it was. The expanse separated the water from water. And there was water above the expanse and there was water under the expanse. And the expanse would be the sky.

I then used Tetrax and Ifrit to turn the water above the expanse into clouds that surrounded the water from under the expanse.

And then I spoke again.

"Let the water from under the sky be gathered onto one place evenly! And let earth emerge from within the water!" And it was so. The water gathered into a single large ball and earth emerged from within it. I saw that the earth was good. And so was the water.

I had made an earth. An entire planet, twice the size of the Earth I know and with continents shaped very differently. And so I named my earth Kairon.

And so I spoke again.

"Let Kairon bring forth grasslands, the herb yielding seed of their kind, the fruit trees yielding fruit of their kind and the fruit yielding seed of their kind upon my earth as well." And so it was. The grass formed from the earth, garmenting over most of its entirety. The herb yielding seed of their kind, the fruit tress yielding fruit of the kind and the fruit yielding seed of their kind. I saw that it was good.

And so I spoke once more.

"Let there be lights gathered into one. Let there be many fragments of earth gathered into one. Let the fragments of light and the fragments of earth hover upon the firmament of the sky. And let them divide the day from the night. Let them be for signs, and for the passing of seasons, and that of days, and that of years. Let them serve as lights that illuminate my earth." And it was so. The light fragments gathered into one. And the earth fragments gathered into one. And the result became two great lights. The greater light made from the light fragments to rule the day. And the lesser light made from the earth fragments to reflect the greater light’s glow and rule the night.

I had gathered a large sum of the small stars I had made and merged them into a single large ball of fire. Not in the classical sense. Using Ifrit and Tetrax along with other Skills that helped with the circulation and supply of a large quantity of Mana, I created a nuclear fusion reaction and formed it into a core. The core radiated an intense heat and light energy that just kept growing. Is was a sun. A much larger star. It was twice the size of Earth’s Sun. The earth fragments, I had also gathered into one and merged them, creating a large round rock. It was a moon. Also twice as big as the Earth’s Moon. The stars that remained in the firmament of my sky, uncountable in sum, would stay there, giving endless light onto my Kairon. Ruling over both day and night, dividing the light from the darkness. And I saw that it was all good.

"Yeah... This is all good."

And so I descended unto Kairon.
