As they came to a stop, they quickly made their way out of the car. Walking towards them was Vanessa, looking absolutely lifeless at this point.

Upon seeing her, Rowen and Fiona ran towards her, Rowen immediately taking her in his arms.

"Get her! Don’t let her run away!" a group of men were chasing vanessa as Rowen immediately gave signals to his own men and they charged towards the men in black as a huge fight broke out.

Soon the police arrived, and the men were all taken, "that’s not all of us, we have one more. Biri, he is among us." One of the men revealed as vanessa just frowned.

"don’t listen to them officer, Biri was the one that helped me escape. He shouldn’t be in bars, instead they should all rot in jail."

He said as the police took the men away. Turning around, vanessa saw Biri standing in the shadows as she gave him a slight smile.

He had let her go despite the fact that she was a one-way ticket to riches. She was happy to know that at least good people still existed in this world today.

Just then George approached Rowen as he said, "We have been able to track Miss Mo’s whereabout. She is about to board a flight to willows." He revealed as just hearing her name made Fiona’s face turn cold.

"Go and get her, she must not leave Graceland at all.. she will spend the rest of her life jail.. she will not escape." He instructed as George nodded and did as instructed.

With things settled, Rowen looked at vanessa as she stared back at him, he didn’t even know what to say at this point. He wanted to ask her where she had gone and how the hell the whole kidnaping shit came about.

But before he could say anything, vanessa said, "thank you for helping me, I really appreciate.. but is’t today your engagement, why are you here instead of there?"

Vanessa asked as though clueless about the whole video scheme. Smiling, Fiona happily answered on Rowen’s behalf, "you may not know but turns out his little fiancée is a bitch who even dared to hurt Tara. If not for the amazing angel that reveled her true color, he would have made the biggest mistake of his life."

Fiona said with a satisfied smile as Rowen then took vanessa in his arms, taking her to the car. "We should go to the doctor to check your wounds."

He said as they entered the car and made their way straight to the Quinn mansion.

Meanwhile,

Just as Eunice was about to board the plane, she was immediately surrounded by the police and Rowen’s men.

"Stand where we can see you. Miss Mo, you are under arrest for the kidnap of Mrs. Owen. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law,"

They said and upon seeing them, Eunice immediately made a run for it, running as fast as she could but the police men were faster and caught her just in time before se he could escape.

"I am innocent, you have no proof, let me goo... I am innocent."

She refused to be taken as she tried to break loose but the police officer then said, "don’t worry, we have nough evidence to send you to prison for a long long time" they said dragging her away.

Vanessa and the rest arrived at the Quinn mansion s she was immediately taken to her room to rest as the doctor was then called t check up on her.

As soon as the female doctor was done, she looked at vanessa with a worried expression, at that time only she and vanessa were in the room.

"Miss, you need to take care of yourself more. All these unnecessary stress is not good for either you or the baby. I have to inform Mr. Rowen on things he should do to help."

The female doctor said as vanessa immediately panicked, "please don’t, umm I’ll tell him myself and pls when he asks you how I am, don’t tell him anything about the baby, I would really appreciate."

Vanessa pleaded as her word made the doctor confused, "why don’t you want your husband to know."

Sighing, vanessa said, "it is my personal business so I would suggest you refrain from asking me such questions."

She said as the doctor nodded, just then Rowen walked in and the doctor didn’t mention anything about the baby and just left.

With her gone, Rowen then focused on vanessa as he informed, "Eunice has been taken to custody. The evidence you gave me was very useful. Now she has no excuse."

He said as vanessa smiled and nodded, "I knew she hated me but i never knew it had gotten this ugly. I guess we never just know the amount of hatred or love present in someone’s heart until they do something that leaves you absolutely speechless."

She said as Rowen nodded, then he asked the question that has been in his mind for a while, "Vanessa, do you have something o do with videoe that had played during my engagement?"

"and what if I did." Vanesssa said her eyes fixed on him. Her word immediately placed a slight smile on Rowen’s face, "you never wanted me to marry her, you were just pretending."

"I wasn’t pretending, all I did was just expose who she really was to you. If you still wanted to marry her then I wouldn’t stop you so far my daughter’s life wasn’t affected."

Hearing that, rowen just chuckled slight. But just then, loud noises could be heard from downstairs, it caught the attention of them both as they made their way downstairs to see what was going on.

And to their shock they saw Erin, tying to break free from the guards as upon laying his hands on vanessa, he immediately shouted.

"vanessa! Vaness!" seeing hm, vanes approached him, confused o why he was here but upon getting near him she was immediately pulled into a tight hug as he hugged her tightly.

"I heard what happened to you, are you alright. Im sorry I came to late, I shouled hve never let you leave the apartment. Im sorry."

He said hugging vanessa so tightly that she couldn’t even breathe. Seeing this, Rowen at the other end just frowned, his expression surely not an happy one as Fiona came in from the kitchen, confused on what the whole scene was for.

Breaking free from Erin’s tight grip, vanessa sighed, "don’t worry, I’m alright now.. you don’t need to think to much." She said awkwardly.

Looking up at Rowen, Erin said, his face stern, "thank you for saving my fiancée but I’ll have take her away now... I’m sure you have your own business to take care of."

He said as he took hold of vanessa’s hands, ready to take her away but Rowen’s words, placed him to a stop.

"stop!" Rowen shouted as he came down and walked towards them. Taking hold of vanessa’s other hand, "she is yet to be fully healed, it would be best she stays here with me and when she much better she will decide if she want to leave or not."

Rowen sais as he ahd erin stared at one another, their eyes trying to devourer themselves as they then turned to avnessa, awaitin her rresposne and at this situation, vanessa just felt like digging a hole and falling into it. What was with them both? She thought as Fiona on the other hand was just watching thelittle show with bliss. 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

"vanessa are you coming with me or not?" Erin asked already running out of patience and with that, vanessa removed her hands from Rowen as she turned to him and said, "I have over stayed my welcome, its better for me to return home.. this isn’t my house After all."

She said her words hitting Rowen sharply as he just remained quiet though, pain visible in his eyes, "thank you once again for helping me but I will have to return home now."

Saying that, vanes removed her hands from Erin and made her way back as Erin grinned in victory.

As they reached the parking lot, Erin then said, "c’mon, let’s go to the police station."

His words, placing vanessa to a stop, "police station? For what" she asked confused.

"Why else, to release Eunice. I’m sure everything was a misunderstanding, all you will just do is tell the police the truth and everything will be solved in the blink of an eye."

He said smiling stupidly as his words just made vanessa turn red in anger, "Eunice kidnapped me, and tried to get some men to sleep with me and put it on camera and here you are calling all these a misunderstanding? What the hell is wrong with you?" vanessa shouted. She was sick if him, absolutely sick of him.
