Reborn As A Ghost: Time To Build My Undead Army!-Chapter 1313: Schemes
-----
The existence of this mysterious barrier blocking the Nightmare Doors from entering the area of the Academy and killing all the possible candidates for future Dream Warriors was a big deal for the Nightmare Demons, and something that could potentially severely slow down their plan.
They had planned to take this island as one of their greatest reserves of Dream Heart Cores, but at the end, they had yet to be able to harvest a single core since the barrier appeared and now it had been completely expanded towards most of the city, barring some port city areas, where the Dream Warriors usually never wandered around anyways.
The clown-nosed demon girl glanced at her two siblings with a bored expression, despite everything, she was working hard for the plan to work, and seeing these two goofballs acting so relaxedly really frustrated her.
"Okay that's cool of you to say brother but what do we do now? The Academy Island has the best quality of Dream Warriors, we need all of them!" said the demon girl. "The plan won't work properly if we can't harvest the thousands of hearts within their island! Also we would be taking out all those young Dream Warriors, which would quickly reduce the threats we would have to face in the future."
"Well, just attack them from outside, right?" the demon boy asked. "Can't you do that or not?"
"Eh? From the outside?" wondered the demon girl. "But that's… Hmmm."
"Eventually, no matter how strong, that barrier will crumble down~" laughed the lanky demon. "And once that happens, we can get inside and have an all you can eat banquet… I mean, not for us, but for mother."
"We could spare a few for ourselves, I bet she wouldn't mind or notice," said the demon boy with a giggle, showing his sharp teeth.
"So you're saying that leading a large group of Nightmare Demons and letting them all spawn outside of the barrier and then making them break it could work?" wondered the demon girl. "Hmm… Okay, we could try doing that. However, this Transmigrator is still an issue. Someone as powerful as them has never appeared before. Capable of creating such a mighty barrier out of nowhere… that's just seems like fantasy to me, yet it was all real."
"For the first time we get competent Transmigrators," laughed the demon boy. "And they just happened to appear after the last loop. It's as if whoever is sending them and making them replace the lost people really went all-out this time."
"Transmigrators or not, they should be dealt with easily as long as we gather a large army of Nightmare Demons," said the lanky demon. "Sister, I'll volunteer myself for the cause, just because I want to stretch my legs for once."
"Okay then," nodded the girl, writing things on her tablet. "I'll assign you several teams of Nightmare Demons… How many though?"
"Fifty should be enough," said the lanky demon. "More and it becomes messy to command them."
"F-Fifty's a lot already…" said the girl. "But okay. It's done. When do we do this?"
"As soon as possible, of course," said the lanky demon.
"Oh? It seems that something else is happening!" said the demon girl, checking her artifact. "A lot of students are… moving to the surrounding islands! They are unprotected! We could start by killing those children and get their cores, should that work well?"
"Ooh! Are they going to the Nightmare Fields? Hahaha! Then it's much easier like that!" smiled the lanky demon. "It'll be fun~"

"Hey that's not fair! I'm going too!" the bratty demon said.
"Fine… but will you join me or…?" asked the lanky demon, rubbing his pointy chin.
"Nah~ I'll do it my own way. I am not someone that does organized stuff," smiled the kid. "Hehehe… It'll be so fun to finally do something!"
"Hah… Alright, but please don't bet too reckless okay? If the Transmigrators are strong enough to make such a powerful barrier then-"
"Don't worry, girl, we got this."
"Yeah, we'll come back with a big haul!"
Her two big brothers smiled confidently, winking at her and giving her their thumbs up.
She couldn't help but nod, sighing.
"Okay…" she sighed, her eyes turning deep red, as she smiled. "Please, don't let any of those students alive by the end of the day…"

"Alright you two, take care on your way to the academy! I've heard pretty nasty Nightmares are appearing sometimes… So take care!"
Amelia waved her hand inside the house as Maria and Arthur walked out of the manor, the two smiled back, waving their hands as well.
"Byeee! Take care sis," Maria smiled cutely.
"Yeah," Arthur said, before checking his smartphone again. "No news about Nightmare Realms or Doors today in the island as well."
"That's a relief~" Maria said. "Let me check… Oh, yeah, nothing in here but outside… It's total chaos."
"It's frustrating, we are sheltered in this island, but we can't really help the rest of the world…" Arthur said. "Thousand of Dream Warriors dying every day, they really just want to completely demolish humanity."
"Yeah, I also wish we could go save them, but this world, if its as big as Earth, won't be easy to traverse," said Maria. "I mean! We are super strong and I kind of got the hang of teleportation magic, but I still need to reach a place physically by flying, and that'll still take some hours to do, time we can't waste."
"Can't you send your other bodies, sister?" Arthur wondered.
"I had already considered it, but I would prefer to keep them all here so I can protect everyone else from the danger that could come," Maria said. "Sorry…"
"Ah, no, it's fine," Arthur nodded. "Once we stop this entire Nightmare thing, maybe we could help this world a bit?"
"Ahhh, I was just planning on leaving it on its own, hehe!" Maria giggled innocently.
"Really?! But we could help and stuff…" Arthur was considering such a thing.
"Listen, brother, I know you want to help people, but the scale of this world might be beyond what you're capable of doing," said Maria. "And if I end up helping them too much, they'll become too dependent on me, and that wont help humanity rise on their own either. Sure we can help if we can spare the time, but… not enough that'll slow us down."
"I guess that… makes sense," Arthur nodded.
