Reborn as the Sweetheart of a Paranoid Boss-Chapter 447: My Body Is Full of Your Scent
"Hmm."
Sterling Norwood’s calm voice came through the phone.
Yet there was a hint of gentle affection in his tone.
Selena Kensington smiled, "Are you about to leave?"
Tonight, Sterling Norwood would set off for The Northern Realm.
"Nine o’clock departure."
Selena glanced at the clock hanging in the hotel room; it was just past eight.
"Then remember to bring more clothes. Hmm... I’m not sure what the climate is like outside The Northern Realm..."
"Also, if any of those enthusiastic beauties from outside try to chat you up, don’t respond!"
"If I find any other woman’s perfume on you when you get back... hmph!"
Selena was nagging Sterling with a few trivial words.
As she went on, there was a hint of threat in her tone.
But to Sterling, it seemed very endearing.
Listening to Selena’s constant chatter over the phone, Sterling’s lips couldn’t help but lift slightly.
It drew a joyful arc.
"Okay, I won’t respond."
"There won’t be any other scent. On me, it’s all your scent."
When Selena stopped, Sterling slowly replied to her.
His tone was gentle, with a teasing allure.
Especially on such a night, it carried an indescribable charm.
Selena was fine hearing the front part, but her face suddenly turned red at the latter part.
"You... don’t say such things!"
Selena said shyly.
Then she heard Sterling let out a light chuckle "Heh..."
The husky, sexy voice made Selena even more flustered.
To prevent herself from being further seduced by Sterling’s voice, Selena said, "That’s it! Remember to contact me when you arrive!"
Then, she quickly hung up the phone.
After hanging up, Selena took a moment to calm her mood, gently patting her face.
Once she settled down, she walked into the bathroom.

And just this afternoon, Sarah Sutton finished her part-time job and headed to Mount Nimbus.
Mount Nimbus was towering and most of it covered in a shroud of mist.
From the foot of the mountain, only the lush trees obscuring the mountain could be seen.
Along the pebble path carved through the mountains, Sarah Sutton entered Mount Nimbus.
At first, there were still signs of development around.
Pavilions, paths, rest benches, and tourist information signs, etc.
Sarah didn’t pay attention to the surrounding scenery but walked straight ahead.
The further she went, the fewer people there were, until no one was around.
Ahead, veiled by various trees and weeds, a path faintly emerged.
Sarah walked in.
At the entrance of the path, there was a sign that read ’Unexplored Area, Do Not Enter.’
Then Sarah bypassed the bushes and weeds, continuing on.
She didn’t know how long she’d walked before she faintly heard the sound of running water ahead.
When she pushed aside the trees, she saw a small waterfall in front of her.
The waterfall cascaded from the top, crashing into the rocks below.
The air was filled with a fresh scent.
Beside the waterfall stood some wooden cabins.
Smoke curled up above the cabins.
Next to the cabins, some poultry were kept.
In front of the cabins, there was a small vegetable patch.
The vegetables grew lush and green, looking vibrant.
Sarah walked in, and an old man came out of one of the cabins.
The old man, with white hair and a beard, wore a navy blue martial arts uniform just like Sarah.
He leaned on a cane, seemingly having difficulty moving.
But his eyes were exceptionally bright and spirited.
"Sarah is back."
Seeing Sarah, the old man immediately beckoned her over, "Come here and rest for a bit..."
Sarah smiled and approached him, "Grandpa."
She looked around and saw no one else.
"Grandpa, where’s Timothy?"
Sarah asked curiously.
The old man stroked his white beard, "He went to The Sanctuary again this morning."
Sarah nodded with some disappointment, "What a shame..."
She originally wanted to ask Timothy if he knew Selena, after all, there were very few with the Heavenly Master Bloodline these days, and maybe Timothy knew her...
But if that woman is from the Clan of Celestial Masters, she should know about them...
That was what puzzled Sarah.
The old man saw Sarah was preoccupied and asked, "What’s on your mind?"
Sarah pursed her lips, thought for a moment, then said, "Grandpa, I met a Heavenly Master today."
The old man was also a bit surprised, "Is it from the Goodman Family?"
Sarah shook her head, "She is a female Heavenly Master..."
A flicker of shock flashed in the old man’s eyes.
"A female?! She’s really appeared?"
Sarah nodded.
"Yes."
"......"
The old man was silent for a long while.
At last, he sighed heavily.
"No wonder, karma has begun to move."
"Will she be the lock or the key..."
After lamenting, the old man continued to ask Sarah, "What is that person’s name?"
"Selena Kensington, like the ’K’ in Kensington Gardens."
"...Strange, the currently remaining Clan of Celestial Masters doesn’t have anyone with the last name Kensington..."
The old man said, puzzled.
Suddenly, a male voice sounded from behind them, "What did you say? Selena Kensington?!"
The grandfather and granddaughter turned to see Timothy Jennings standing behind them.
He was also dressed in a navy blue martial arts uniform, appearing more composed and steady than he had a year ago.
But hearing ’Selena Kensington’ made him unable to contain his excitement.
Even his voice rose by a few decibels.
Sarah quickly asked, "Timothy, do you know her?"
Timothy Jennings had a complicated look in his eyes at her words.
"...She is my cousin."
The old man stroked his beard again, "So she’s Julian’s daughter... no wonder..."
Sarah wasn’t so optimistic, "So she really is..."
The few present exchanged glances, finally, the grandfather and granddaughter looked at Timothy.
"Yes, and they’ve already met."
Timothy Jennings spoke heavily.
Only he knew how heavy those words were when he said them.
Six months ago, following the guidance of the Rivers Family’s ancient books and Grandma Jennings, he arrived at Mount Nimbus.
Since then, he had been searching for answers at The Celestial Sanctum on Mount Nimbus.
Now, even fate had drawn Selena Kensington here.
"I’m going to The Sanctuary again!"
With that, Timothy Jennings turned and left without delay.

Afterward, Selena Kensington spent another two days on set directing the filming.
On the third day, Selena went to the set and spoke with the assistant director about a few things.
"I have some matters to attend to and will leave for a while. During this time, you’ll oversee the shooting on set."
The assistant director was a bit puzzled, but he knew Selena wasn’t the type to just leave suddenly.
So he nodded, "No worries, Director Kensington."
Then Selena briefed Hope Norwood and Lea Dutton on some things.
"I have to go to Mount Nimbus for something; you two stay with the crew."
