Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 760: Observation Pool
Out of all the rules the Highest Will had set, this one was one of the most important.
Although it wasn’t as significant as going back in time or travelling the multiverse, it was still significant as going against the rule could tamper with the balance of reality.
"The Highest Will seems to be all-knowing and all-encompassing, but it actually isn’t.
We just need to ensure it can’t see us when we start to crystallise reality," Alexander said.
Phestus sighed, Alexander had already put the idea in Kael’s head, he might as well add something.
"And we can only do it once... for now." He said.
"We’ll create Heavenly Beacons that lead to different heavens and Horror Heaven as well as Hive Heaven will be one of them."
"Okay," Kael liked the idea. As for offending the Highest Will? It couldn’t be avoided. He also was going to wait until he was strong enough, if not, that time might never come.
"But we’ll have to wait until you are a little bit stronger," Gabriel said at this time, stunning Kael.
"How strong?" He asked.
"Not too strong, maybe low level Immortal is best."
"That would take a while," Kael said.
"Don’t worry, you have time.
Besides, this place is saturated with Origin Essence, why not make use of it?" Azeus said.
For him, a few hundred years or a thousand years could come and go in the blink of an eye. It might even pass in the same time it took him to have a nap.
It wasn’t that Kael didn’t want to get stronger, he definitely did. He just didn’t want to wait for so long.
And since he now somewhat had the backing of these powerful kings, he felt that he could outsource the power level required to achieve what he wanted.
"Strength is always important," Azeus said, "It should never be ignored."
"I’m not ignoring," Kael talked back, "How long will it take?"
"Based on your talent, it shouldn’t be that long.
Conquest can wait a little. You need to have the strength to back your actions, or you are building a kingdom on a shaky foundation." Azeus said.
Kael went silent, that was true. He shouldn’t rush.
Horror Heaven, Hive Heaven, Original Heaven, the Ancient Felines, The Highest Will, the Dragons, the avatars.
All of them would eventually fall under the paws of the king as long as they had the power and strength to do that.
If not, they would just be playing around and hoping that things worked out.
Kael still needed to structure his power here in Original Heaven and explained his influence.
"Okay," He agreed in his mind. It wasn’t like they would be able to do any significant damage to the bees right now.
But he didn’t forget to monitor the recovery of the lions.
Kael decided to use himself as a way to measure the recovery rate of the Lion Hegemony.
The rate at which cubs would be born in the next few years would skyrocket. Having a large population was one thing, having strong individuals among that population was something else entirely.
That was the main reason why they wanted the honey from the Bees in the first place. The Honey could be used to boost their power levels and help them evolve fast.
The honey was so precious that even the bees had a hard time producing it and they had only started production after the war between the Destruction Dragons and the Lions.
Without the honey, the lion would have to settle on their tributes.
Thankfully, there was an excess amount of tributes coming from the vassals these days. The ratio of clans to vassals had changed and fewer clans that had inherited the vassal forces of their dead kin now received a whole lot more vassals than usual.
These tributes should be more than enough to kickstart the lion economy and recover some power for the next few decades but that was it.
If they wanted to recover their original might in less than a thousand years, they needed the Honey, or something else that could boost them.
Kael would have recommended that they migrate to Original Heaven so that they could use the environment to become stronger, but that wasn’t an option with the current state of affairs.
"Where are we going?" Kael asked as they began to pick up speed.
Now that they were done with those dangerous discussions, Kael brought his mind back to where they were going.
Alexander was flying in front with a powerful stance, tearing through the air walls and sound barrier in a casual manner.
"The observation pool," Gabriel answered.
Jordan turned his attention back to the lion system as he began to privately chat with some lions including those new Immortals.
He might as well start interfering in whatever way he could.
Of course, Jordan didn’t intend on causing Chaos. He was just fascinated that after so many years, he could finally have some direct interactions with the lions from the outside world.
All because of this lion system. 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞
Surely, he was going to abuse the hell out of this lion system in adherence to his demonic nature and Kael was hoping for it.
"What is the observation pool?" Kael asked.
He had heard that term before but had not asked how it related to what they were saying or what it meant, although he could guess.
Emperor Zain had also not said anything about it.
"It’s our only way of observing what happens in the mortalverse," Phestus explained.
"It’s quite limited. So many planets and stars in the mortalverse but we have only one observation pool..."
"I’ve never heard of an observation pool before," Kael said.
"You wouldn’t," Azeus said, "We don’t have any technology that we can use to tap into the warp signals from the mortalverse.
So we have to rely on it. Not all factions have a way of looking at the outside world but at least, we have the Observation Pool." Gabriel said.
"How does it work?" Kael asked, interested.
Just then, Alexander exclaimed, "Kael, someone at the observation pool just spotted something.
Your consorts, they’re under attack!"
