Quick little question here, just to help me with something...

I’m doing my annual start a new book and hope it sticks thing, and this time I have two that feel nice but also... I’ve said that about the others too; as another quick aside Isekai Eroge wouldn’t be getting stopped but I would also not be updating it as frequently, probably only like three or four a week.

Anyways the two are :

1) A Dual Cultivation novel with a reincarnated protagonist who wants to smooth sail through life and tries to avoid all of the tropes in a Cultivation novel, like the nine generations of people coming to hunt down the MC for daring to breathe too loudly and whatnot, making it a novel more focused around schemes and conversing instead of over the top fighting.

That would be the first, and the only ’problem’ I have with it is obviously trying to match the style since Cultivation tends to be overflowing with idioms and overly flowery language on top of being from a very different literary ’world’ compared to what I am used to.

2) An ’Omegaverse’ esque novel with a futanari MC who was ’lost’ at birth and gets summoned back to the uber overpowered family that took in another girl to ’soothe’ their hearts a little and whatnot, where she would then go from living a life like ’ours’ to being amongst the top of society.

Since it would be somewhat following Omegaverse shenanigans I thought it’d be nice to play around with the angst and drama that comes from the genre as she navigates upper society as best she can while also being pursued/pursuing some pretty intriguing people.

A little more ’me’ since its not only something that can be written in a style similar to mine but also another interaction heavy novel that has some stuff I really want to write about...

I’ve been getting ads on insta about all sorts of crazy ’disgraced’ mates getting back at their ’Alpha’s’ and whatnot, and thought it’d be pretty fun to write about with a more ’normal’ MC instead of the idiotic choices that those MC’s tend to make for the sake of lengthening plot by hundreds of Chapters.

Anyways both of them have a dozen Chapters already, and I was going to pick one of them for mid April to have another book contracted and earning some more money to just help with some bills and whatnot - and obviously because I want to write something more - but just found myself curious what people would be more intrigued in of the two.

Again sorry that this happens like every 6 months lol but it’s what helps keep things moving in my head, even if it ends with some of these novels getting dropped early or taken in routes I didn’t want them to be.

(Isekai Eroge is one such ’route’ that happened with the System and an Academy setting that I really don’t find all that interesting, so that’s why that one has just sort of teetered off for me in terms of drive, though only just barely - I quite like Natalie and her own shenanigans, but now I have another focus lol)

Just let me know if you find either appealing or if you think I’m a bit dumb for doing this yet again, but I figured I’d let everyone know in advance that it’s happening again and that I don’t know which to choose right now, so yeah~!
