In her earlier confrontation with Hyudo, Shizu had unknowingly ran up to a secluded place from Class-5's base. In short, she was alone, and Riyana took advantage of this fact to her cause.

Shizu recalled the name of her opponent. It appeared she knew her, or atleast her name. But then again, she also had memorised all the details of every potentially strong freshman.

Reflecting over the earlier slip up, Shizu turned the muzzle of her run, almost bearing resemblance to an assault rifle, toward Riyana.

Riyana, too, conjured her icelances, and turned their tips toward Shizu.

For a brief moment, a tense silence drifted between the two. The silence was broken by a sudden noise.

"«Healing Prayer»!"

Suddenly, Shizu received an unexpected healing, recovering her entire HP. She had required no answer to who could be that reinforcement. And just as she had expected, in the distant spot behind Riyana, she saw a carriage stopping. It was her master.

Though healing wasn't the only gift she had been receiving. Promptly making a follow up, she saw four giant shimmering blades of light ornating the sky.

Riyana, noticing something was amiss, turned around, and... was rooted to the ground. She didn't care for anything the next moment, and tried to escape from the spot.

Riyana sharply turned on her heel, and activated her unique skill. Ice started to accumulate on the spear she held, and within a few moments, it had taken the shape of a huge lance. The lance had to be as big as Lamda's Holy Sword in its manifest state.

Riyana trained its aim at Shizu. Though it packed a punch, it also helped Riyana in creating a makeshift hiding spot in its shade, while the large size acted as a shield.

She had realised her disadvantage, and knew she would have to play big. So, immediately after firing it at Shizu, Riyana turned in the carriage's direction, and was about to launch in their direction. But she couldn't.

it turned out, her ace move rather fell shot.

"Unique skill—«With Elegance and Precision, the Suppressive Fire»!"

Shizu, too, reacted with her own unique skill. There's no way she would let anyone approach her dear master as long as she breathed in the same air. There was no holding back.

Shizu uttered as she glanced at the giant, golden swords cutting through the air, targeting Class-5's base.

Under the ranged attack of Lana, and Karua's unmatched agility, as well as Shizu and Ester's burst of skill, it took merely a few moments before Class-5's base fell to its knees.
