Overall, we had made it to the 10th floor of the dungeon by 10 AM. Then, by noon, we took the shortcut—teleportation circle—to return back to the intermediate-high dungeon's entrance.

We didn't leave immediately, but stopped to take a break. It was just the correct timing. Then again, I had made sure we were back by this time.

I split with the team, visited Renka-senpai of «Let's Become Bomber Together» guild to reset the usage of «Ocarina», and then joined them back at the cafeteria to have our lunch.

"...There's no apple curry."

"Well, endure for today, Karua. The curry's on tomorrow's menu."

"A pity....."

Karua muttered in disappointment, while helping herself with the extra-large serving of curry. I barely stopped myself from jabbing 'you're just eating curry too!'

Oh well, she will get her curry tomorrow. The «Curry Pot» shall finally see the shine for another day since our summer vacation.

I was having deep fried taro, grilled mackrel, and rice along with miso soup. Oh, and believe me when I say it's one hell of a tasteful combo. Today, too, the menu was on fire! That's why I made sure visit the school cafeteria regularlyI—i was on my mission to taste every last bit of menu of the academy—and would check out on latest menu.

The school cafeteria's menu would change each month, so I couldn't afford to miss out on any. No taste of «Dungeon Activity» was going to be left out.

Lana, Ester, and Sierra meanwhile were having chestnut rice, autumn special menu—it gets refreshed every ten days between. It looks tasty, I must say.

Typically, everything could be obtained from dungeons regardless of the season, so there were no season specific ingredients, but the academy ran the menu based on a ten-day period. On a side note, I learned the chef here was a graduate of this academy's «Cooking Department». I was pretty grateful with how delicious every dish came out to be, truly. The taste was also why I try to visit the school cafeteria during lunch and dinner.

"What will you do in the afternoon?"

Sierra inquired, having finished her meal, now gracefully wiping her mouth.

"The usual, isn't it? Levelling, clearing dungeons, and mastering our advanced job. We've everyone required, and the earlier dungeon run was a pretty nice warm-up, so I was thinking of «Ogre Dungeon». What do you say?"

I suggested visiting «Rank 8» dungeon—«The Demon Mountain of the Mighty»

We had already cleared 20 floors with the present members, so we could start from the 21st floor. Advancement was just as important, after all.

However Lana shot down my suggestion.

"Nuh-uh. We're going for another run of «Apple Dungeon»! And just so you know, I already know you've given the «Ocarian» for repair!"

Damn. Maybe I should've waited before doing that. She was completely intent on diving for another round. Of course, she only had one reason to do so. But didn't we just get three drops of juice?

Well, this wasn't a bad idea per se. Each one sells for a sky-high price, and they would make for pretty nice earnings. But, that's only if we get to sell them. I could tell neither of them would be able to make out before we drink everything. I had wanted to keep some in our stock as well.

"Hey, Karua, I have heard you can find even more delicious apples in the depths of the dungeon. Maybe, they might make the curry even more tasty!"

"E-even more tasty? I will!"

Hey, hey. Now that's a foul to entice with a false promise, girl. See, now Karua's eyes were completely shining with determination.

But I couldn't retort it aloud. I had no idea if they even tasted that exceptional or not. I might have every bit of knowledge regarding «Dungeon Activity», but there's no way I could have tasted them from outside the game. Though I do know the potency of fruits found in deeper floors were much richer, and using them for potion would make those bitter potions taste rather good, like fruit juice. Frankly, I was a bit curious too.

"Hmm-mm..."

"Where would you like to go, Ester?"

"I will be where Lana-sama is."

"And there, I have the majority!"

What a pity. Lana easily gained the majority of vote by luring Karua and Ester away. Was that how the royalties acted? She sure knew how to play around the situation, didn't she? I fear for the future. *Shudder*.

Anyway, I wasn't completely against the idea, so I guess we might as well conquer it. I had been wanting to do so.

"Fine, I don't really mind. What about you, Sierra?"

"Likewise, I am fine with either."

"Then, it's decided!"

Sierra was like that athlete who only needed a place to exercise, so she had no opinion on specific dungeons. And this way, our afternoon schedule was set to dive into «Apple Dungeon» once again.

Finishing the last bit of my lunch, we had reached «Intermediate-high Entrance» when the unusual gathering of people caught our attention.

"Hn?"

"What might be the case, I wonder."

Sierra seemed to be curious about the situation as well. Oh, I think I just heard some squeals, too. Hmm, had we walked on the arrival of some famous person?

Just as the guess crossed my mind, my gaze locked on to the gaze of a certain familiar face.

"Hey, if it's not Zephyr."

"Lamda?"

The person—«Caliburn Paladin» Lamda of Class-5, the sole person to unlock an advanced job, aside from «Eden» in the first year, a promising young one—cut through the human wave, and approached us.

I returned the handshake as he extended his hand toward me.

"It's just yesterday since we last saw, eh? So you're going to the dungeon?"

"And I guess, you, too? Heh, so you also know sunday means dungeon."

"Haha, maybe? I can't fall behind, after all."

We exchanged some pleasantries. We had some conversation yesterday, after the award ceremony was over. I was already curious about Lamda, who managed to acquire «Caliburn Paladin», and then we kind of hit off. He really was a nice guy, just as his impression gave you. He was also strong, and promising enough to receive an «Advanced Job Ascension Ticket» from the guild. There really was nothing to dislike about him.

Despite the pressure, he even boldly upheld his feelings. Though I had to say, you wouldn't expect such a friendly persona to exude a leadership aura I had seen in him during the finale. I guess, this was his true self.

"I assume they're party members?"

"Yup, the party members I was proud!"

Lamda inquired, his eyes fixated on the team members behind me. I nodded, stretching my chest.

For some reason, Lana's face turned red as she slightly coughed.

"H-hey, Zephyr. Aren't you embarrassed to say that?"

"Embrassed? Why would I? I mean, it's my true feeling."

"Like I said, it's, err, you know, can not be so... blunt......"

Heh, I didn't know she was the type to get embarrassed at honest praises. Then again, I wasn't lying. I really was proud of each one's achievement. We all had started from ground zero, acquiring jobs, raising level, researching for perfect builds, and so on. There had been so much we had done together.

Maybe they'd felt my conviction conveyed to them via words, everyone seemed slightly fidgety.

"I see. You really are being trusted by your party members, aren't you?"

"It's pretty normal. Anyway, and your party members?"

"Oh, right."

Each of my party members were famous for one thing or another, and Lamda wasn't some hermit, so we skipped the introduction. I was more interested in Lamda's party members. After all, after rising to prominence, he was immediately taken into a certain S-rank guild, and became a member of their 2nd team along with his ascendance to advanced job.

And since he was here, the S-rank guild should be—

"Lamda."

"!"

Lamda turned around at the voice for him, and the crowd parted ways to make way for that person. As soon as that person fell into our gaze, Lana hid herself in my shadow.

The newcomer—a strikingly handsome young man—was donning a golden armor, a red mantle fluttering behind it. He shared the similar silvery hair and ocean blue eyes as Lana, but the regal air clinging to him would make you unable put them together.

I know him. He was the guildmaster of academy's strongest S-rank guild «King Absolute». Hailing from «Royal Lineage», bearer of «Crown Prince» title, and the holder of 4th strongest job in the official advanced job ranking—«Hero King». And last, but not least—

"E-Esteemed brother..."

Lana murmured from behind my back. Indeed, he was her older brother, none other than Prince Yuri.
