While the gang Alex were getting to know each other, a new arrival came in. Dr Selly holding a clipboard ready to do a check up on Alex came in to find her patient not only awake but also appear to be quite healthy without any sign of her ever being sick before.

"Well look who is awake after a week of beauty sleep. Welcome to the land of the living kid"

Selly said as she put on her stethoscope and put the other end on Alax’s heart.

Seeing the beauty, long legged, Slender beauty with curly hair and light brown skin. Got Alex’s heart racing as if he just got off a marathon. Though he looks like a child. In heart he is still that 27 year old man standing tall on top of the world.

"Wooh kid, are you ok? This readings are quite abnormal for someone who just woke"

When she spoke, her silky smooth voice near his ear got him red as a tomato. The warmth of her breath had him stiff in all places. His young body, still freshly pumped with hormones, made it hard for him to control himself.

"Mam, when he woke up just now he was drenched in sweat, I think perhaps whatever he was dreaming must have scared him a bit."

Miley’s voice came in from the back.

"Ow, that makes sense. Well I got to make some last minute check ups before I can let you go. Before I leave. Can you tell me your name?"

Alex finally regaining some control over his body was now clear minded again.

"My name is Alex Mam"

"Alex, you got a last name"

Alex thought for a moment. Then I looked at Selly.

"That’s all I got, when the waves of attack took place years back, I was separated from my family. I have been leaving a bunker I found while running from some fallen, Unfortunately the food supply ran out, I was forced to go out for some food, that’s when I came across the fallen"

Everyone listened with intensity. Trying to understand the mystery behind the boy.

"Ok, Alex only then, let me go do some check ups"

Heard Researcher Heinz’s eyes got more and more animated by the second. In his hands was literally his chance to prove himself and serve humankind. While General Malkov was currently lost in thought. To him this was just something of interest at first, something that could perhaps be minor or forgotten. But this was beyond his imagination.

A knock on the door disturbed the General of his thoughts when he looked over, It was the Doctor.

"He is awake sir"

The general quickly stood up without notice. Even Heinz was surprised that there is actually something that could be of the General’s interest in this day and age.

The General was about to walk out. Then he remembered he had a visitor as well. Right now Alex was an anomaly he wasn’t planning on revealing to anybody till he was sure he didn’t pose threat to the settlement

Suddenly an explosion rang out not far from the settlement. The shockwave was felt immediately. Without uttering a word the General opened a portal to the gate. Upon arrival he was met with what appears to be a mushroom shaped cloud of smoke from afar.

Seeing the General appear right next to them the soldiers straightened their backs.

"Report"

Malkov said without even turning his head.

"Sir it would seem Bruce’s team met a type 6 fallen. They are currently engaging with it"

"Only a Type 6, bruce shouldn’t have a problem with it"

"Well Sir, It appears to be a special type"

Malkov’s hand rubbed his chin upon hearing that. He then kneeled down for a moment before an explosive strength in his thighs suddenly burst. The General leaping over to location 0 of the explosion.

"What the hell was that!!! Trister take the back position I think we have a special type in our hands"

"Did you just say special type!! Finally I have been waiting to get my hands on one of these. I hear they are strong"

A bold headed man with a hammer in hand wearing a short and vest. When Bruce heard his battle loving teammate of his, all he could do was shake his head. He knew whatever he said wouldn’t get through to him. So he could only say one sentence.

"Marcelous don’t be stingy with the kill."

"Don’t be a buzz kill Bruce. This one is all mine"

The smoke finally cleared and what appeared was an 8 armed beast with a 7 meter body like that of a praying mentis and a head like a human But one eye in the middle. It was an unknown creature never recorded before.

Marcel started walking calmly towards the creature. The creature had its attention on Bruce then turned to look at the approaching opponent. It felt no threat or bloodlust from Marcel. It was as though he was walking in nature.

Mountain Spike

The hammer suddenly hit the ground and underneath the beast came out a 5 meter spike. Launching the creature in the air. Seeing that it was in a compromising position the creature opened and closed its eight hands in a prayer position. Upon opening them light came out. Then targeted its attacker.

Like a snake in the grass Marcel was able to dodge the pillars of light while he was closing in to the creature. He wanted to make sure the creature doesn’t put all its hands together at one time. Or the same attack will be launched once more.

The creature’s attacks seemed to have no target to connect. The moment the creature touched the ground. It disappeared from where it was. The next thing Bruce and Trister saw was Bruce flying back and the creature where he was with its fists out.

"Damn how can something so big, be so fast. Marc..."

"I said stay out of it!!"

A few meters away, Marcel was getting out from fallen trees. His grip on his hammer got firmer.

"I think I can go all out, It won’t break hahahahah Finally, Something fun"

Speaking like a deranged man, blood dripping off his head didn’t discourage him. He quickly charged towards his enemy.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Attack after attack of lasers swiftly dodged. Upon arrival Marcel swung his hammer. His attack unfortunately didn’t find its target. Behind him the beast was swinging its fist.

"Won’t fall for that again"

Crack!

With a round swing Marcel was able to counter the fist, breaking the hand in the process. The creature stepped back. It swung another fist, this time the fist had some sort of energy imbued on it.

Earth Swipe!

Marcel swung his hammer once more this time the earth along the path protruded. It got to the fist before the hammer.

BOOM!

An explosion ignited as soon as the two connected. Before the beast could catch a breath the hammer followed close after. Taking out another hand.

"Senior Jumper Bruce! Why are you playing with an enemy?"

Suddenly a voice came out of nowhere. When Bruce checked above. The General just touched the ground.

"You understand we stand a chance to be attacked at any moment. We need all hands on defence. Defeat this monster and return immediately!!"

Not once has the general looked at Marcel. Looking on the side Marcel understood that his recklessness had gotten his group leader in trouble.

Taboo Skill: Planetary formation

Brice leaped up in the air, spun the hammer then came down hard. The moment the hammer hit the ground, Everything in the 3 kilo radius started to shake. The beast was startled by the sudden explosion of power. In an attempt to equalise the thread, it used the remaining 6 hands and put them close together.

Seeing this, Marcel didn’t even try to stop it. The rocks and rubble within 3 kilometers started to levitate. Suddenly light metal to a magnet, they flew towards Marcel. One after another. They gather around him. A few seconds later he turned into a rocky giant.

Boooom!

The creature released its attack towards him. The attack wasn’t as powerful as the first but this time it was focused on one person. Thinking it finally did damage. It saw two giant rocky hands held together coming down like a hammer. It didn’t even have time to charge its legs for the explosive speed as before.

Plat!

Like a mosquito, it was flattened by that attack!

"Come see me once you return."

The General said before he turned and left
