Reincarnation Of The Strongest Spirit Master-Chapter 1507: The Fox Guild Faction Leaders’ Fierce Response!
"Oh, he said so? Amazing!" Anjie was the first to speak. There was no hesitation in her voice, only a spark of renewed purpose.
"Let's spread the word immediately. We'll prepare a batch of our spears for those who haven't joined us yet—not too many, but not too few either. Just enough to let them know what they're missing."
"I'll arrange the logistics of the spear distribution," Elena added, her eyes already scanning the production manifests. "Leave the numbers to me. I'll make sure to pick a quantity that keeps our face solid in front of any criticism, while ensuring the price of admission remains clear."
"I'll also spread the news from my side," Lara said casually, as if she were discussing the weather rather than the dismantling of the world's old regime. "And we should be firm.
Anyone who doesn't want to follow our rules and join our new order will be denied entry to the safe zones. They will be escorted back to their homeland right away to fend for themselves with whatever spears we've gifted them."
"That's the right thing to do," Lina chimed in, her voice cold. She was already mentally drafting the new administrative laws that would govern the annexed territories. "I'll prepare things at our end as well. We need a standardised set of laws for all incoming survivors. As for those who'd try to make trouble or incite rebellion within our walls..."
"I'll simply crush them!" Ro fiercely roared, her eyes flashing with a predatory light. She slammed a fist into her palm, finally finding a role that truly suited her volatile nature. In the shadow of the past days, she had been a fish out of water, but as the future enforcer of the new world order, she was exactly where she needed to be.
"You..." Seeing all this made Fang speechless for several minutes. He looked from one face to another, searching for even a flicker of doubt or a trace of moral hesitation. He found none.
No one ever questioned William's decision. They were all smart enough to read through the risks involved—the potential for civil war, the expected attempts to tarnish their reputation, and the sheer weight of governing a planet—yet they didn't see it as a burden.
They saw it as a challenge, something they didn't flinch away from, but warmly welcomed with open arms and bared teeth.
"Hahaha! That William, he really did gather more interesting masters by his side than I first thought," watching all this unfolding in front of him, the old master couldn't help but laugh heartily.
He reached out and patted Fang's shoulder with a heavy, sympathetic hand. "Told you, there is nothing to worry about! Your people are just as crazy as he is. They don't need a saviour; they need a leader who is as ruthless as the world they live in."
"I like this William the more I see his people," out of the blue, Anna suddenly said these surprising words. She had been watching the faction leaders with a keen, observant gaze. "He reminds me of my father—firm, decisive, and ruthless when necessary, yet always for the good cause. He doesn't waste time asking for permission to save people."
"Exactly!" the old master nodded with a beaming smile on his face, clearly proud of his disciple's insight. "He is just more eccentric than your father, but that's how geniuses are! They must have something loose in here," he tapped his temple, "to end up wanting to change the entire world, and actually succeeding in it!"
The others around didn't give much heed to any of that chatter. As if a bomb had exploded and cleared the air, all the tension that had swelled up inside their spirits over the past few days evaporated, simply like that! The uncertainty was gone; they finally had a roadmap.
"Let's bring the right people to spread the news over!" Anjie shouted, her voice booming through the hall as she began gesturing to her aides. "We need to be far ahead of everyone. We need to be faster than the rumours. In terms of propaganda, we must be absolute!"
"We are the Fox Guild," Lara said with similar excitement, her posture radiating a new kind of sovereignty. "We are the ones saving the world, so we are the only people who have the right to reshape it after our victory!
Bring me all the most capable masters from the newly arrived groups. Give my orders to form law-enforcing master forces immediately. We need to keep things stable back at my city and the surrounding areas!"
"I'll also do the same," Ro evilly laughed, her mind already picturing the look on the faces of the greedy clan lords when they realised their titles meant nothing here. "And I'll lead this force myself to make sure things are done right. Anyone who thinks they can maintain their old noble status while eating our food will have to answer to my spear, hahaha!"
Fang watched them all without saying another word. He felt like all his worries were groundless after seeing how seamlessly everyone reacted to William's crazy orders. They weren't being forced; they were being unleashed.
"Hahaha, that's what I really call the true spirit of a real force," Becky came closer, laughing in pure amusement. She leaned against a pillar, watching the girls bark orders and move maps. "Now let's pull up our seats and watch the show. I'm quite interested to see how the great other forces in the world will react to these new changes."
"I hope nothing truly bad will happen," Fang sighed, still fearing the potential backlash from the big names and ancient forces that still clung to existence in the far reaches of the world.
"William said it right," Becky's eyes gleamed with a fierce, cold light. "The world is now under immense danger thanks to the failure of the old regime. It's only natural for a new one to rise after the end of this apocalypse.
In the worst-case scenario, if they want to play the part of the stubborn king? We'll just close the gates. We'll leave them to fight for their own lives and watch to see how they succeed in doing so without our help. Hehehe!"
