Chapter 122: Chapter 122 Watching the Show (Additional for Alliance Leader PureRedApple) (Third Release)
"Fuck off! Just because you’re from Class 2 doesn’t make you special!"
Obit immediately punched Chen Qi in the face.
"Damn, they hit our class leader, let’s beat them up!"
The students from Class 2 instantly charged forward, and the students from Class 9, fearless, rushed in as well.
Without any surprises, the two groups of students started fighting; the surrounding onlookers quickly backed away.
"Wow, a fight’s broken out, they’re really going at it!"
Su Ming and the others watched the brawl with keen interest.
"Su Ming, what are you guys looking at?"
Just then, a curious voice rang in Su Ming’s ear. Following that, a hand reached over and stuffed an orange into Su Ming’s hand.
"We’re watching Class 2 and Class 9 fighting."
Su Ming instinctively accepted the orange and replied.
However, he quickly realized what had happened and turned his head in astonishment, only to see that at some point, Teacher Mia had arrived, holding a bag of yellow oranges.
"Teacher, you’re here?"
Rhein and the others also came to their senses and greeted her in surprise.
"Mmm, have some oranges!"
Mia took out oranges one by one from the bag and handed them to Rhein, Allu, and the others.
"Wow, oranges! Teacher, you’re so generous, treating us to oranges."
Rhein and the others joyfully accepted them.
Su Ming looked at these oranges and his eyelid twitched, then he asked,
"Teacher, where did you get these oranges?"
"Uh, I bought them."
Mia took a segment of orange and put it in her mouth, replying somewhat guiltily.
"Liar, there’s a leaf in your hair."
Su Ming said with a stern face.
"Is there?"
Mia hurriedly touched her head, indeed finding a leaf.
At that moment, Angel hesitantly said,
"These oranges look very familiar; they seem just like the ones from the ornamental orange trees planted by the school’s main building."
"Teacher, did you pick the ornamental oranges?"
Su Ming and the others were speechless in an instant.
"Oh, I only picked a few. Besides, they’re sour as hell, me eating them is doing them a favor."
Mia said nonchalantly.
Rhein and the others looked at the oranges in their hands and, after hesitating, said,
"Whatever, they’re already picked, let’s just eat them! They’re a bit sour, but at least we have something to eat – fruit is ridiculously expensive these days."
Su Ming sighed, then started peeling the orange and broke the segments apart to give to the other students.
"Don’t throw away the orange peel, we can soak it and drink it later tonight."
Angel and the others said to Su Ming’s group.
"Alright, here you go!"
Su Ming and the others passed the orange peels to Angel and her friends.
"Su Ming, who do you think will win this fight?"
Mia asked, clearly relishing the chaos.
"Teacher, is it really appropriate for you to be asking that? Shouldn’t you be trying to break up the fight?"
Su Ming asked, resigned.
"Break it up? Why? It’s not you guys fighting, just let them fight."
Mia replied carelessly.
"Stop fighting, not allowed to fight!"
At that moment, a soldier in Exoskeleton Armor rushed up hastily and separated the fighting students.
Meanwhile, the teachers from Classes 2 and 9 hurried over and scolded their own students; the brawl soon began to subside.
"What a drag, how much longer do we have to wait?"
Mia asked while eating an orange.
"There are still several classes ahead of us; I guess we’ll have to wait until it gets dark."
Su Ming estimated the time and said.
"Ah, it’s going to be that long?"
Zhang Yi and the others complained upon hearing they’d have to wait so long.
Mia glanced over and said helplessly,
"Alright, quit your whining. These days, just being able to queue is a luxury, at least we can get in line."
"Why doesn’t the school just get more training mechas?"
"You think training mechas don’t cost money? And the more you have, the higher the maintenance costs. Our school has so many training mechas; that’s pretty good already. If you went to other schools, you’d realize how lucky you are."
"What’s the situation at other schools?"
Zhang Yi and the rest asked curiously.
"The number of training mechas at other schools is pitifully small. Plus, the senior students in our academy have their own mechas; they won’t come over and compete with you newbies. At other schools, it’s a bunch of seniors fighting with the newcomers for the mechas. They might not even get a turn once a week. Some schools with insufficient funds even frequently find various excuses to not open the training grounds."
"That bad?"
"So be content, and wait patiently."
Mia’s few words left Rhein and the others without any counter.
Everyone could only wait patiently.
Two hours later.
On the training ground, one mecha after another dashed along the runway, followed by the activation of their jets shakingly taking off.
"Maintain your balance and keep your power output smooth."
One teacher after another yelled at the students controlling the mechas.
"Ugh, how boring! This is so boring, this training is worthless."

Mia leaned against the wall, yawning, watching other class teachers instruct students on flying mechas, bored to the extreme.
At that moment, Su Ming and the others were all unnaturally looking at Mia. She had been the one telling them to wait patiently, and now she was sighing more desperately than anyone, leaving them with nothing but helplessness.
That’s when Rhein suddenly had an idea, his eyes lighting up. He hurriedly approached Teacher Mia and asked,
"Teacher, why don’t we go to the competitive arena for training? There aren’t many people there, and it’s spacious, too."
Hearing Rhein’s suggestion, Su Ming and the others all looked at Mia, chiming in,
"Yeah, we could go to the competitive arena; no one’s there, and they have mechas."
...
Mia, upon hearing this, was also a bit troubled and looked very conflicted. However, she saw the hopeful eyes of the many students and looked back at the dull training of the other classes. Then, she braced herself and said,
"Follow me!"
"Yeah!"
Rhein and the rest responded excitedly.
They quickly followed Mia as she left.
Before long, they arrived at the outskirts of the training ground when Mia stopped in her tracks.
"What’s up, teacher?"
Su Ming and the rest looked at Mia with confusion.
Mia turned to Rhein and said,
"Rhein, go buy some liquor, no need for it to be brewed from pure grain, just the regular kind, and get lots!"
"Okay, wait here."
Rhein took off running.
It didn’t take Rhein long to return with a box of white liquor.
Mia took it and instructed Su Ming and the others,
"Wait here for me outside."
Once Mia finished giving instructions, she headed towards the competitive arena alone, holding the liquor.
Su Ming watched as Mia bargained with old man Angus at the entrance, unsure of what they discussed, only seeing the two of them enter the arena.
Meanwhile, they waited outside patiently.
About an hour later, Mia emerged with a flushed face and without old man Angus in sight.
"My god, did the teacher knock the old guy out?"
Zhang Yi exclaimed in shock.
"Looks like it, but who knows if it worked?"
Rhein and the others were nervous as well. If they couldn’t use the competitive arena, then they really would have to queue up.
