Diamond’s eyes sparkled with great interest. Feeling very blessed, she couldn’t help but shove the spoon into her mouth before eating the remaining breakfast with gusto. It was finished so quickly.

After the meal, Diamond didn’t have the luxury to take her time and check the reward in private, so she decided to do so in the car.

This morning, Diamond was going for an appointment with Tiana, a not-so-close friend of hers since they barely interact even on the phone. But Tiana belonged to one of the six big families and was the CEO and founder of PACE sportswear she dearly loved.

She didn’t know what the other wanted from her suddenly but since money could be made, she decided to have a look.

Ivy was going out with her this time and she was the one driving while being assisted by Andrea.

Seeing her driving, Diamond was reminded that Ivy hadn’t actually left the villa since her arrival. Ivy needed to buy her own car for use. She couldn’t really give Ivy one of hers. Each of her cars was very precious, and she bought them with so much love. How could she spare them?

Ivy could borrow them now and then, but permanent use was not allowed.

On this day, Diamond picked the Khaleesi sedan she hadn’t driven yet. The number plates were now fitted, and the car was suitable for the road.

Diamond sat in the backseat with the tablet in hand while looking at the estate she had been given, enjoying the luxurious comfort of the Khaleesi. The car was very stable, and the seats felt very awesome to sit on. That was the greatest motivation she had when she picked this car, plus the RV she planned to use during the concert.

Anyway, returning to the matter of the estate. Diamond was surprised to know that it wasn’t the usual estate she thought she was going to see.

She expected to see some huge mansion, horse stables, a golf course and the like. But to her surprise, it was different. In her own words, Diamond could proudly say that it was a huge farm.

So large that her two farms combined couldn’t match it.

As she looked at the pictures of the estate, the smile on her face never faded.

There was a house, a villa to be exact, and it didn’t look as modern as she expected, but it was there. If sold in the market, it should cost millions.

On this estate, there were several orchards and a variety of fruit trees which made her eyes lit up.

With the beverage factory, she was in the middle of purchasing. These fruits would come in handy and would provide a cover when she takes out the fruits from her space as well.

Country G was known for plantain. She saw a lot of banana trees there. Another delicacy that couldn’t be missed.

She also spotted a lot of palm trees. The kind that produced palms which can be processed further into oil. She had never used or eaten palm oil before, but she was confident that it was something that she was going to like.

She would give it a try and see how it goes.

There was also a piece of land used to grow yams and other root crops. She didn’t know if that was for personal consumption or for sale. But she could see that the piece of land was smaller compared to the others she had previously seen.

Lastly, there was a fishery. She didn’t know if they were still rearing fish there, but the fish was good and she liked it.

In other words, looking at the estate, Diamond could see money shining in her eyes and this asset could be said the second money making asset the system had given her. The kind she only needed to give a little effort before getting results.

Satisfied with the reward, she sent an email to the person currently in charge and instructed him to send her all the relevant documents and reports related to the estate. She was curious to see how much she had to do before she could enjoy the fruits of the pervious owner’s labor.

After finishing with that, Diamond enjoyed the rest of the trip comfortably.

Meanwhile, at the PACE sportswear offices, Tiana was sitting inside her office with her assistant plus four other people, seriously discussing a matter.

"Do you think that she will agree to the deal?"

"She is very easy to talk to. As long as we show how serious we are about the matter. I don’t doubt that she will not work with us."

"The songs are good for our programs and people like them."

"Moreover, we might attract her fans to watch and that will be a mega win for us."

"If it fails, then we check on the songs submitted. We can still find something suitable, right?"

"We will, but the punch will be different."

Tiana listened in and contributed to the discussion now and then.

Amidst doing so, her phone started ringing, and she excused herself before answering with a smile, "Did you arrive?"

"Okay. I am coming down to pick you up," Tiana said as she pushed her chair to stand up.

Tiana shook her head helplessly as she pictured what the other was like right now.

Tiana looked at the director, who had just asked and nodded at him with a smile. "Um, I am going down to pick her up. I will be back in a jiffy!"

"This ... how about we go down with you?"

The two ladies briefly hugged each other and exchanged pleasantries before introductions were made in the lobby.

"These are directors and producers working at the family media station."

Tiana introduced them one by one to Diamond. And she was glad to make their acquaintance. In fact, her heart was racing wildly at the thought of acquiring knowledge in this industry. She was going to run an agency of her own, after all.

Diamond returned the favor and introduced Ivy to Tiana and the directors.

"This is Ivy, my manager. She will be helping me with some matters in the future."

And Ivy and the others got to know each other before they all went upstairs for some private talk.

Of course, Diamond’s appearance there caused a lot of discussion and some even posted the photos they sneakily took of her.
