After making a grand entrance, Diamond went to the prepared table where she sat down on a comfortable chair and picked up the prepared mic.

"Hello, Diamond!" came the deafening response which brought a smile to her face.

"I can see that everyone is in a great mood!"

"That’s good to hear," she was happy to hear that from them. "Before we start the concert which everyone is eager to enjoy. Let me take this chance to thank you once again for coming from all over the globe to attend this fan meeting. For your great love to come and support me. I am truly honored."

If they didn’t love her that much, they wouldn’t have taken so much time from their schedule to come and see her. There was so much that they could be doing but for the sake of supporting her, they all came. How could she not be touched?

Diamond looked affectionately at these fans who had given her a sense of security, comfort and made her feel very confident again in life.

Diamond made a speech which was all about thanking the fans actually but didn’t go deeper. That speech took at most ten or so minutes before the first event officially started.

For the first event, it was a handshake, autograph and selfie moment. Of course, the fans wouldn’t be taking the selfies themselves, but her special drone will be in charge of that. The photos will all be posted online later and each fan can go there and pick his or her photo.

That was done to save time and avoid unnecessary problems.

The fans were pretty cool with that. After all, they were getting a lot to be honest.

When it was announced, the offsite fans were very envious and showed their sourness in the barrage which made Ivy who was monitoring to chuckle helplessly.

When the event started, Diamond’s favorite playlist was played, and she got busy. The fans were very obedient and didn’t cause any fuss.

Doing that with one thousand people was not a joke. The event lasted for two hours or so, making Diamond’s friends feel sorry for her. But the person in question was very energetic and her arms weren’t hurting at all.

Diamond had no idea about what was happening in other countries, but on her side, after the first event was done. Lunch was served and everyone sat in their chairs to enjoy the meal. She didn’t care about what other people might think but this time, she wasn’t in the wrong. If Agatha had not caused a scene inside the office, she wouldn’t have made the bodyguards drag her out.

[Q: Are you not afraid of how people would perceive you?]

"People should be afraid of the people who dare fan the flames. In just a few hours, the story escalated so badly. Even a blind person could tell that there were some evil forces at play there. When you are innocent, you won’t even fear a tyrant. Moreover, such incidents simply show how much some people are burning with envy because of the support that you guys are giving me. They feel threatened but seriously, rather than thinking of evil ways to deal with others. They might as well reflect on themselves and work on wherever they are lacking."

The fans laughed heartily when they heard that. Although they weren’t sure who was being targeted, they felt proud knowing that other people were jealous.

Waylon felt his heart grappled when she said that but then the memories of last night flashed in his mind and he felt much better.

"Yes, eight of them," she answered and stunned everyone.

[Q: Aren’t they a lot?]

She smiled sheepishly and shook her head but didn’t answer any further.

The session continued with various questions being asked.

[Q: When you started on this path, have you ever regretted it?]

"Nope. You all have heard me talking about my past. After what happened with that ex and former best friend of mine. I lost all my confidence. I felt as if I didn’t deserve to be loved and for a long time felt guilty of all the love that my family ushered me with," Diamond smilingly said as she cast a glance at Ruby who was holding a poster, the smile in her eyes vivid to her.

"I was spoiled when growing up and definitely not talented. When my baby sister was born, she was different and clever than me. And that should have been my parents’ cue to favor her more than me but nope, they didn’t change.

In fact, Ruby grew up knowing that she should give in more to me, her older sister. Something that I feel guilty about. After all, she should have been the one to be given all that love and yet she had to give it up for me."

Ruby choked as she listened to her sister.

She was reminded of the times she felt indignant because of Diamond. Diamond forced her to become better and do better every single time. In her mind, she thought that as long as I did better, Mama and Papa would praise me more. But alas, that proved her wrong. Her parents had a filter which made her wonder if she should just apply to a faraway city after graduating high school and never come back.

It was only after Diamond returned and spent time with them that she finally understood why her parents had such a filter.

She might be annoying at times but she was filial. That love had never made her complacent. She knew to return the love and favor. Even when she was struggling, she still sent money back home. When she became rich, she shared that with the family.

She no longer hated her sister. In fact, her sister had become her idol. It was all worth it.

Sean patted her hand and she smiled at him before raising her poster to support her sister more.
