Sinner System-Chapter 473: Bring About the Extinction of Humanity
"We can have our Ace Teleporters teleport into as many Boss Rooms as possible, and then target the Dungeon Bosses and conquer the Dungeons right then and there.
If we do manage to conquer all, or at least most, of the Dungeons within the week, we can spend the remaining three weeks facilitating the training of the X-Aces, as most of you have requested."
"Yeah, that could work. After fighting Sky, I can’t see myself struggling against Calamity Level Monsters, she was so far above any Monster I’ve ever fought before," Remarked Jaden with a nod.
"I’d say that’s an understatement, that Monster was on a whole other level," Added Iseul in agreement.
"Frankly, as things stand, none of us can solo the Sentinels if they’re all as strong as the three we fought today. I’d say we’d need a minimum of two X-Aces against each one, ideally three or four.
And since there’s seven of them, well...we don’t have the manpower to pull that off. At least, not if we end up in a situation where all seven need to be fought at the same time," I responded with a grimace.
"Would Aces be of any help against the Sentinels?"
"To be blunt, no...at least, not head-on. They could prove to be effective in support roles, but the problem is that we won’t be able to guarantee their safety. Frankly, they’d be liabilities if those Monsters target them," I replied after mulling it over.
"Yeah, I’d say that’s accurate. It took everything I had just to keep up with the one I fought, there’s no way I’d be able to fight something that strong while also having to split my focus on protecting someone else," Added Aria in agreement.
"Mhm, what they said. Except for maybe sneak attacks, if anyone below X-Ace level tries to fight one of the Sentinels, they’re almost certain to end up dead," Nodded Jaden in response.
"I see...well, if nothing else, at least we can see our path to victory now. Naturally, it’ll be tough, more so than any challenge we’ve faced before. But our defeat is far from assured, at the very least."
"We should take as many precautions as possible. We can’t fully rule out having to contend with multiple Stampedes, so we should also work on boosting the Sanctuaries’ defenses," Suggested Aarav prudently.
"Oh, we’re already working on that. Our research departments are developing powerful protective barriers, and we’ve also been working on Mana cannons, remotely controlled weapons that fire powerful blasts of Mana. They’re still at the prototype stage, but developed enough to be put into use."
Not sure how effective those will be against the more powerful Monsters, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to have as many options as possible.
"Alright, so, to sum up everything we’ve discussed so far...we’ll have our Ace Teleporters set Teleport Points in the Boss Rooms of the highest Threat Level Dungeons, while the rest of the Teleporters continue to investigate the Dungeons with Detectors. We’ll have you X-Aces deal with the Calamity Level Dungeon Bosses once the Teleport Points are set.
After that, we’ll keep it up for the rest of the week. If we’ve conquered enough Dungeons that the number of Stampedes by the end of the week aren’t too overwhelming, we’ll focus on preparing to raid the Fortress, perhaps five days to a week before the barrier over its entrance fades and a Stampede occurs."
"Right, if it does work that way, we should have the time we need to work on our respective training objectives," Replied Jaden with a nod.
Hm...yeah, it definitely sounds like we’re making good progress with our plans, and yet...I can’t help but feel like things aren’t going to go as we’re hoping. The Demon Lord has had so much time to prepare and plan things out, there’s no way he doesn’t have at least a few more tricks up his sleeve.
<I’m inclined to agree, though ideally, you’re just being paranoid>
Yeah, it’d be nice if that’s all it is. But I doubt it’s going to be that easy. We’re still lacking in information, there could easily be a major factor we’re missing that changes everything...

"Are we really going to be stuck in here for a whole month, my Lord? Or however long it takes for the humans to make their move," Sighed Spektar, floating around the space in boredom.
I wanted to assign him in the Boss Room of one of the Calamity Level Dungeons, as the humans call them, but he instead ended up here in the Final Dungeon with me.
"Actually, the humans have already made their move."
"What? Already? That’s rather surprising."
"Well, they have not attacked yet...it seems they are scouting and investigating the Dungeons. Some of them even came here to the Final Dungeon, I briefly sensed a few new presences up here a short while ago," I informed him.
"How-...oh, Teleportation Magic. How troublesome, this means they can skip the rest of the Final Dungeon and teleport straight to this floor," He responded warily.
"Yes, or at least...that is what they will assume. But it won’t be long before they find out that it is not going to be that simple. I shall exterminate their Teleporters soon, and in doing so, crush what little hopes of victory they may harbor. They will feel the greatest depths of despair before they die," I declared, clenching my right fist with a sense of determination.
This world that put me through hell, and I fully intend to repay that pain a thousandfold. Most of them will die, and the rest will suffer a fate worse than death, an eternity of enslavement for them and their descendants, until they eventually die off.
Just like what happened in the other world, the last of the human slaves died a few months ago. This world will meet the same fate...everything I’ve done since I reincarnated as a Demon, it has all led up to this.
It was all a means to an end, and now, at long last, that end is finally within sight. After all these centuries, I have returned to this world, with but a single goal...to bring about the extinction of humanity...
