Sinner System-Chapter 507: Final Dungeon - First Floor (Part 6)

Th-That was way too fast, I could’ve even react-...

I instinctively leapt across to my right as an immense blast of sound erupted, gasping in agony as I felt his claws tear through the left half of my stomach, my upper body slumping across slightly as he ripped off a large chunk of my flesh, before I unleashed a concentrated burst of lightning around myself.

As my stomach regenerated, I extended out my Mana Claws and shot towards him, driving the spikes of murky Magical energy over my right knuckles towards his chest as I closed in.

I tensed as he grabbed my wrist, before whipping my left arm up and across as he simultaneously fired out a sharp sonic screech, dazing me as I inflicted shallow diagonal cuts across his chest.

As he drove his claws towards my face, he quickly twisted his body across as I shifted the Mana Claws over my right hand into the Mana Blade form, piercing through the right side of his torso, missing his Core.

He hurled me away as I began to shift the Mana Blade across and in towards his Core, the blade getting wrenched out of his torso before I spread out my wings and unleashed a burst of wind behind myself to bring myself to a halt.

My eyes widened in alarm before I quickly veered across to my left as he blasted himself towards me again, ripping through my right elbow, my forearm falling off and thudding against the ground.

I flew up towards the ceiling as my arm regenerated, my glove flying off the severed arm and slipping onto my regenerated hand, before I zipped across as he blasted himself straight up towards me with immense speed.

I narrowly avoided a serious blow, as he inflicted shallow gashes across my left hip, before spinning around and unleashing a devastating sonic screech towards me.

I blasted myself down with a burst of wind while forming walls of ice in front of myself, his screech shattering the walls but steadily weakening with each one, right as he swooped down with immense speed, propelling himself with a sharp burst of sound and driving his claws down towards my heart.

He narrowly missed as I twisted my body across, his claws plunging into the middle of my chest, before driving me down and slamming me against the ground, my back crashing down with a jarring impact, as I let out a sharp gasp.

He yanked his claws back out with a sharp twist, my body seizing up in pain before I wheeze in agony as he stomped down on the middle of my stomach, blood bursting out of my mouth as he crushed several organs upon impact.

As he lifted his foot back up and began to drive it down towards my chest, he quickly zipped back with a flap of his wings as I fired out my petrifying beams and a cloud of poison smoke, narrowly evading my attacks.

I stumbled back as I shakily got back onto my feet, keeping my gaze locked onto him as I took a moment to catch my breath.

This is bad...I don’t have much time left before Monstrification wears off. And that aside, having to regenerate so much in such a short span of time has seriously sapped my stamina, it’s getting hard to focus.

And it looks like he’s noticed too...

"It seems you’re almost at your limit, human. Now, die," He uttered, a deafening blast of sound ringing out before I seized up in agony as I felt an excruciating wave of pain erupt across the left side of my chest.

I shakily lowered my gaze, to see his claws plunged into my heart, before heaving and coughing out blood with an agonized wheeze.

"D-Damn it...!" I gasped sharply, as he twisted his claws maliciously.

"Goodbye, human," He smirked, before unleashing a fierce thrust of his left arm, his claws bursting through my forehead and piercing into my...brain...

"What?!" He blurted out as my consciousness returned, flames roaring and swirling around me as I resurrected.

I’m on the ground...oh, I must have collapsed after he killed me.

He began to back away as I got back onto my feet, a stunned look on his face as I rose up...

"<Command: Don’t Move>."

"N-No!" He stuttered through gritted teeth, straining desperately.

"<M-Monstrification>," I chanted shakily, fighting through the immense fatigue side effect of Phoenix Resurrection, transforming right as he broke free of the effect of Command.

I...I don’t have much strength left, I-I’m running on fumes. Th-this is...this is my last chance!

My vision blurred slightly, a wave of dizziness hitting me as he lunged forward, before I quickly twisted my body across as he thrust his claws towards my heart, before seizing up sharply in pain as his claws plunged into the right side of my chest, bursting through my ribcage and puncturing my lung.

I bit down hard on my lower lip to keep my focus before grabbing hold of his forearm before he could pull his claws back out, digging my own claws into his flesh before I channeled lightning through my hands, his body stiffening up with a stuttering cry.

I bit into his calf with the fangs of the snake head at the end of my tail, pumping Basilisk venom into his bloodstream, spasms and convulsions erupting across his body.

I then extended out my spider legs, driving one towards the middle of his torso with all the force I could generate, a concentrated mass of Negative Energy and lightning intensely swirling around it.

He shuddered in agony, letting out a gutteral, excruciating roar of pain as a sharp crunch rang out, my spider leg piercing through his skin, tearing into his flesh before colliding against his Core, shattering it upon impact.

As I pulled the spider leg back out, we both stumbled back and collapsed onto our knees, right as I lost my grasp over Monstrification, the transformation wearing off as I reverted back to my normal state, a thud echoing out as Sonic collapsed onto the ground, a pool of blood forming around him as he lay there lifelessly, slumped against the dirt.

I...I did it. I actually won, I...I’m alive! I-...huh?

W-Woah...crap, my stamina is completely drained, I-I think I’m falling. Everything is...starting to...go...dark...
