Slowly Falling into His Love Trap-Chapter 263:
Evelyn trembled as she looked at Caden Lockwood.
At this moment, his eyes were closed, his expression both lazy and alluring, yet his actions were so domineering, leaving her no room to refuse. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
Forward meant surrendering to his embrace, backward was a hard wall, and Evelyn was trapped in the world Caden had built for her. She was like a little rabbit, obedient, only to be devoured by him.
"Ugh... no..."
She struggled to maintain her rationality to resist.
In her heart, she knew she mustn’t lose herself.
She still retained her whole self, and she could still strive for the love she desired.
The soft, slippery foreign object in her mouth teased heavily, her entire body trembled fiercely, realizing that if this continued, she surely wouldn’t be able to hold herself back.
Having no other way, she tightly closed her eyes and bit down hard on Caden Lockwood’s lips.
Caden winced in pain and released Evelyn, looking at her flushed cheeks with great irritation.
"I’m sorry!" she apologized cautiously, "I... I... we..."
She was so confused, looking at Caden Lockwood through her blurred vision, seeing the shade darkening on his cheeks, she was at a loss, not knowing what to do.
Caden’s large hand clenched into a fist, Evelyn stood before him, her whole demeanor filled with panic and helplessness, looking especially pitiful.
Her delicate cheeks were suffused with a blush, her watery eyes were faint and filled with resentment, her little mouth had been kissed and bitten until it was plump, making her even more alluring and enchanting, causing the man’s blood to boil.
"Don’t be afraid, I’ll be gentle."
"Afraid!" Evelyn’s voice was soft and tender, "And..."
Moreover, it was more than just fear?
Sniffing, she mustered the courage to meet Caden’s gaze, and softly said, "I haven’t fully considered whether I can be Mrs. Lockwood."
Caden’s dark brows knitted tightly as Evelyn continued, "I don’t have a high education, I can’t help you when you face difficulties; I also don’t have an outstanding background, taking me out won’t make you feel proud; our life circles have been completely different since childhood, we really have nothing in common!"
Reaching this point, she opened her mouth, wanting to say more, but her mind was too chaotic to think of more words.
She looked at him earnestly, sincerely hoping he would consider her feelings.
"I don’t want to absent-mindedly give myself away like this," she lowered her gaze, "really... I don’t want to."
Meeting Evelyn’s gaze, Caden could feel her current conflict and fear.
He took a step forward, standing in front of her, his fingertip gently brushing her cheek.
"You didn’t say you dislike me, nor that you don’t love me, just that you feel we don’t match," Caden sighed, his eyes carrying a deep tenderness that couldn’t be dissolved.
"..."
He softly parted his thin lips and continued, "Erin Morgan, don’t you know? Just existing in my life is already your greatest contribution."
His tone was so domineering, not as if he was trying to argue, but more like stating a fact.
Otherwise, why would he, out of countless women, have feelings only for her?
Why would he, for her, repeatedly compromise and lower his standards?
His sharp and determined gaze locked onto her, he proudly declared, "You were born to live for me!"
