SpiderGwen: I have a system?!-Chapter 159 - : The Third Artifact

[3rd POV]

Looking over the characters she had gotten, Gwen's eyes almost immediately snapped to the characters "Rogue" and "Doctor Doom". Both of them existed in her current universe, and both of them were incredibly powerful. By getting these characters, she would get an incredibly big boost in magical power from Doctor Doom, as well as some more memories and knowledge, even including things she didn't know herself, mostly magical in nature.

Whereas Rogue would strengthen her absorption ability even more, making it more proficient, work faster, and work just through touch, instead of through tentacles or whatever. Not only that, but she'd be able to absorb the power of stronger beings, and it would absorb things that she couldn't before, like conceptual leveled stuff.

She also noticed the various Naruto characters, which would all strengthen her eyes by a large amount, as she would now have the Kokugan, new Rinnegan powers, and just overall strengthening her eyes and it's various abilities.

The two Viltrumites were nice too, with Conquest being pretty strong, and Anissa being decent, even if she herself was an awful person that she would kill if she ever met.

Mori Jin and Mori Hui would increase her martial arts knowledge, as Mori Jin had knowledge in techniques that the current her did not have. While it would also strengthen her "Bloodline" and the powers she got from being Sun Wukong.

The Star Wars characters were all appreciated, as they would give her more and more knowledge in regards to the Force, and even more than that, they would increase her connection to it. Her connection to the force was already far beyond any other person, but this would increase it even more. Especially with a character like Anakin Skywalker being added.

Human Torch was also great, as his power over fire was incredibly strong, stronger than a lot of her own abilities in that area. While Amethyst was a Lord of Order on Pre-Rebirth, so she would be giving Gwen a big boost in magical energies.

'Speaking of Lords of Order, it looks like they'll be waking up soon, probably in a week or so. I wonder how much stronger they've become' Gwen thought, a pleased smile on her face as she assimilated the new characters, new knowledge and power beginning to flood her being. Her eyes glowed ever so slightly as she felt her vision expand even more than it already did, as she felt her eyes grow stronger by a decent bit.

The assimilation was over in a few moments, as Gwen heard the door to her office open, a clone walking in. It was one of the clones that had played blackjack with the others, said game had went on for a long time thanks to each of them being just as smart as one another.

"You're back, boss!" The clone said in surprise as Gwen raised an eyebrow at the reaction. She had only been gone for around 3 days, so it wasn't really that long. But she guessed that 3 days was a long time to a clone like hers.

"Yep! Anything happen while I was gone?" Gwen asked, as she couldn't see through them while she was gone, being in an alternate multiverse, and not having all of her power would do that.

"Uh well...a bit yeah. We started working on plans for the Eye of Harmony. We've continued to train and grow our connection to the force. Um, we continued to train the students at Xaviers school and do our hero duty. We've also focused on wiping out secret Hydra bases here and there. And more than that, a couple of us had found one of the artifacts you were looking out for, the Dark one" Her clones responded as Gwen blinked, as she began to go through the memories of her clones.

"And the uh girls are not very pleased right now...like at all" Her clone said, cringing as she knew that the "Boss" would have to deal with that rather quickly.

Gwen sighed at this, knowing that they had the right to be displeased with her, she just hoped they didn't get too angry over it. It wasn't her fault that she was dragged away by the Web of Life and Destiny, and it wasn't her fault that Knull was trying to escape his prison through controlling Symbiotes of another multiverse.

"I'll have to talk with them after I see this artifact. You put it in the Tower of Fate with the other two, right?" Gwen asked as her clone nodded. The Tower of Fate was one of the safest places to hold any artifact of power, especially with Nabu growing in power, and Gwen placing all sorts of wards and other defenses around the place.

"Yep, behind over 12,000 wards, runes, and various other magical defenses of various powers. Even with how powerful it is, not even that thing can escape from those bindings" Her clone responded as Gwen smiled, as she opened a portal to the Tower of Fate, and walked through, her clone following her.

"Are we going to start on Project Domination and Project Rebirth soon?" Her clone asked, as it didn't know about what happened in the other universe, due to them not being connected at the time.

"Yes, I'll make a few thousand clones to focus on it. Some...things happened in the other multiverse that makes these projects an immediate concern" Gwen said, as they walked deeper into the "Vault" as she walked through the wards and defenses, and came upon the new object.

One of the darkest objects in the entirety of the Marvel Multiverse. A dark object that was the originator of many spells, and was one of the most corruptive, vile, evil objects there was. The object known as...

The Darkhold

The book itself was found deep in Europe, trying and failing to control some magic user, only to fail as Gwens clones came in, found it, and took it. Had she not done that, then it would have likely continued to corrupt people, until it eventually found itself in the hands of Wanda Maximoff, aka the Scarlet Witch.

Staring at the book, Gwen smiled "Good job on finding it. With this, another part of Project Domination will be completable" Gwen spoke to her clone who nodded, knowing what Project Domination truly was, and how important it was to Gwen. It was a project that would allow her to fight off against higher beings like Knull, and was detrimental to her growth as a person, just as much, if not more so than Project Rebirth.

"Go ahead and go back to whatever you were doing. I'll be doing some things on my own for a little bit" Gwen said to her clone as it nodded and teleported off, leaving Gwen alone as she stared upon the book.

'Chthon and Cyttorak, two incredibly powerful entities. Both of them being possible additions to my "Group" of entities that I am an avatar or champion of. Chthon is especially important thanks to his Chaos magic, which should theoretically work together with the Chaos Magic from DC that I can use' Gwen thought, gazing upon the book.

Had she not have placed thousands of wards around the thing, she'd have likely felt the book try and tempt her, but thanks to that, it couldn't extend its influence towards her, nor could it be summoned to another place, not without breaking into the Tower of Fate itself, which was next to impossible.

'There's still otters that I must gather in the coming months to years, but this is a good start' Gwn thought with a pleased smirk, as she turned and walked off, leaving the three artifacts behind her, as the ancient wards slammed the vibranium and adamantium coated doors behind her.

Walking off, she had one final thought on her mind as she teleported off.

'Time to go calm down a bunch of irate girlfriends...this'll be fun'

That's the end of the Chapter!

Next Chapter will be some moments with the girls that have been...missing for a while now. But as said before, this fic isn't a romance focused on, so it's in the background for the most part.

Basically just a Chapter of talking and planning. And mentions of some very important Projects of Gwen's that will all come to a head in the future.
