SSS-Rank Harem Sword: My Lustful Life With Legendary Maidens-Chapter 37: The Dormitory of the Chosen
Adonis walked in a quiet serenity.
The academy grounds spanned endlessly before him, paved with polished stone pathways and lined with towering trees that shimmered faintly with embedded magical crystals.
Even the air here felt different. Cleaner. Denser. Alive.
Tina walked a step ahead, her posture though slightly stiff.
"Th-this way," she said softly, pointing toward a distant cluster of buildings.
Adonis followed, his crimson-tinged eyes scanning everything.
Students moved in groups, their uniforms pristine, their auras sharp. Some carried swords openly, others staffs, bows, or strange artifacts that pulsed faintly with energy.
No one paid attention to Tina.
But many glanced at Adonis.
Not because they recognized him.
But because something about him felt... off.
"Good, let them wonder. Let them know their common sense is about to be broken," he whispered to himself.
After several minutes, they reached it.
The Nova Class Dormitory.
Tina stopped.
Before them stood a structure that looked less like a dormitory and more like a noble estate.
White marble walls. Tall glass windows infused with magic arrays.Golden trims reflecting the evening light.
And a fountain stood at the center of the courtyard, its water glowing faintly blue, circulating Ether through the surroundings.
"This is it, Adonis" Tina said in a low voice.
Adonis raised a brow.
"It’s a dormitory?" he asked.
"Yes. It’s only for Nova Class students. No one else is allowed here," she replied.
Adonis nodded in understanding. "Ah, that explains it then."
He stepped forward without hesitation.
Tina remained behind.
She did not dare follow further. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶
"Thank you," Adonis said without turning back.
"I-it’s nothing," she replied quickly.
Then, after a pause, she added softly, "Good luck... Adonis."
He did not respond.
But a faint smile touched his lips as he entered.
---
Inside, the atmosphere shifted immediately.
Cool air brushed against his skin.
The interior was vast, open, and absurdly luxurious.
Soft carpets, crystal chandeliers, and gagical lighting that adjusted itself naturally.
This was not a place for ordinary students.
This was a place for elites.
At the reception stood a middle-aged man dressed in formal attire.
He has harp eyes, and a rigid posture.
Authority radiated from him.
He was the Director of the Nova Dormitory.
Adonis approached calmly.
"Hello, Sir. I’m here to check in," he said, placing the invitation letter on the desk.
The Director glanced at it casually.
Then paused.
His eyes narrowed.
He picked up the letter slowly.
His gaze shifted between the parchment and Adonis.
Once.
Twice.
Three times.
"Adonis Kingsbane?" he read aloud.
"Yes."
The Director looked at his face again.
Black hair.
No visible noble traits.
No overwhelming aura.
A null.
"This is a Nova Class invitation," the Director said slowly.
"I am aware."
"..."
The Director’s expression became strange.
"This seal—" he muttered.
It was unmistakably the Royal Academy’s highest authority.
100% Authentic. 100% Undeniable.
And yet, he looked at Adonis again.
Confusion flickered in his eyes. But he didn’t erupt in rage.
"Wait here."
He turned and walked toward a crystal terminal embedded in the wall.
His fingers moved across it, activating a record system.
Soon, glowing lines of data appeared, showing Names. Ranks. Admissions.
Then suddenly, he froze.
"Impossible."
There it was. Adonis Kingsbane.
Listed and Verified. Under Special Admission. To Nova Class.
The Director stood still for a few seconds.
Then exhaled slowly.
When he returned, his expression had changed.
No longer dismissive.
Now it was cautiousness.
He replied calmly,
"Your admission is confirmed. You are assigned to Class S-7. Classes begin tomorrow at ten in the morning."
Adonis gave a polite nod. "Understood."
The Director turned and called, "Rian.".
Quickly, a young staff member stepped forward immediately.
"Yes, Director."
"Escort him to Room Eleven."
For some reason Rian’s eyes turned fearful at once. Adonis didn’t miss it.
"Room Eleven? Are you sure director?"
"Yes."
Rian glanced briefly at Adonis, surprise flashing across his face, but he quickly bowed.
"As you wish."
---
They walked through a long corridor.
The floors were lined with soft carpets.
The walls displayed ancient paintings of legendary Swordmasters.
Rian stole glances at Adonis occasionally.
Then finally asked,
"Um... you’re a new Nova student?"
"Yes."
"You came alone?"
"Yes."
"Why is your hair black."
"I’m special."
"I see."
Silence settle for several minutes.
Then Adonis spoke.
"How many students are in the Nova Class?"
Rian hesitated.
"Not many. Usually about twenty per division."
"And S-7?"
"One of the main divisions," Rian replied. "It contains... some of the strongest among the Nova intake."
Adonis nodded.
"What about the academy structure?"
Rian seemed surprised by the question.
"Well... there are multiple classes based on Sword Souls and Combat potential. Three mains are: Standard classes, elite classes, and then Nova Class."
"What about Hierarchy?"
"Strict," Rian answered immediately. "Strength and Background decides everything here."
Adonis smiled faintly.
"As expected."
They turned a corner.
"What about the teachers?" Adonis asked.
"Each Nova class has assigned instructors. Most are high-level Swordmasters. Some are even retired war veterans."
"Good."
Rian blinked again.
"Good?"
"I prefer competent teachers."
Rian didn’t know how to respond.
After a moment, he asked carefully, "Um... what tier is your Sword Soul?"
Adonis did not answer immediately.
Instead, he looked ahead.
"That depends on how you define tiers."
Rian felt a chill.
"I see."
They finally came to a stop.
Room 11.
The door of large, with strong metallic frame
Rian handed him a key.
"This is your room."
Adonis took it.
"Thank you."
Rian hesitated, then said, "If you need anything, you can call the staff."
Adonis nodded once.
Rian left.
---
Adonis opened the door.
Click.
The room revealed itself.
It was elegantly decorated, and spacious enough for four people.
But suspiciously enough, there was only two beds.
There was also a personal training area, a balcony overlooking the academy grounds, and a private bath infused with Ether circulation.
"It’s not too bad," Adonis muttered.
He stepped inside and closed the door.
Silence.
For the first time since arriving, he was alone.
He walked toward the balcony.
The night sky stretched endlessly above.
Lights flickered across the academy like stars fallen to the earth.
"So this is it."
"The Royal Academy."
His fingers tapped lightly against the railing.
Tomorrow, his classes would begin.
There will be new people, new rivals, new opportunities.
"Let’s see what kind of monsters this place hides."
Behind him, the faint aura of his Chaotic Harem Sword pulsed once.
As if it too was in anticipation.
And somewhere within the academy walls.
Other eyes had already begun to notice him.
The game had entered a new stage.
And Adonis Kingsbane had just stepped onto the board.
"Click!"
Just then, the door opened.
Who could it be?
