Star Odyssey-Chapter 3504: Qing Yun
Chapter 3504: Qing Yun
Rules were rules, but there were many times when it was impossible for a battleship to truly have no communications with the Spirit Nidus before stopping at the Ascendant Hall.

Elder Zi Yi had fought in the Consciousness Megaverse once before, and when returning, there had been a considerable amount of communication between the people returning from the war and people in the Spirit Nidus. The law of isolation was not strictly enforced.
This was why he could not understand why this particular battleship had been so strict in following the rules.
The people aboard this vessel genuinely knew nothing about the Grandverse Manor. Upon returning to the Spirit Nidus, the ship had headed straight to Ascendant Hall. They had never expected to run into someone like Lu Yin.
This encounter was something that no one could have predicted.
No one was able to predict where the Third Boss would go next, so naturally, no one had anticipated this particular encounter.
The battleship was on its way to report to the Ascendant Hall, where naturally, someone would have informed them of recent events. It was just a surprise that the battleship had run into the Third Boss before they reached the Ascendant Hall.
Fortunately, it was not yet too late.
The various organizations whose people were watching Lu Yin’s entourage warned the battleship, which would prevent a collision.
This might be the first time in history that two battleships needed to avoid crashing into another. Such things simply did not happen.
Everyone on the vessel was frozen in place. Things were strangely silent as they all stared at the sedan passing by.
The young people were frustrated and reluctant, while the older people were cautious. All of this was noticed by Lu Yin.
His expression was calm and completely relaxed.
However, this calmness was perceived as unmatched arrogance by those aboard the battleship.
“He has to die!” The glowing young man clenched his fists.
One by one, people’s bloodlust spiked as they glared at the sedan. Even so, not one person had the courage to make a move.
No matter how arrogant the returning warriors might be, Lu Yin’s battle record forced them all to take a step back. He was as strong as a Seraph, and facing him was no different from facing a Seraph.
The older powerhouses were all staring at Palace Master Yao and Cai Keqing. These older experts were just as frustrated as their juniors.
In one corner of the battleship, a woman was watching the sedan pass by. Her eyes were bright, and she stared fixedly at Lu Yin.
"Sis, that guy’s ruthless! And he’s young too—just the way you like them," a young man beside her whispered.
She gave no response, simply staring at Lu Yin. Unrivaled dominance... Was this what it looked like? Was this the aura of someone who could stand above the entire megaverse?
Suddenly, the sled stopped, and Lu Yin turned his head. His eyes locked onto the woman. His hand rose, and he pointed a finger at the woman. "You, come here."
The woman was stunned. Me?
The young man beside her was taken aback. Is he looking at us?
Everyone aboard the battleship turned and followed Lu Yin’s gaze, seeing the woman, but they did not understand why he had suddenly focused on her.
Her face was quite ordinary, and there was nothing about the woman that made her particularly stand out from anyone else aboard the vessel.
From the sedan, Lu Yin continued to stare at the woman, and a smile crept across his face. "Come here."
The young man beside the woman immediately stepped forward, blocking her while glaring at Lu Yin. "What do you want?"
Lu Yin ignored the young man and remained focused on the woman. "That’s a very nice disguise. It appears that someone powerful has helped you. I’m curious to see what your real face looks like."
With that, he casually waved a hand, though the movement caused the void to tremble. Before anyone could even react, a fierce blast of wind swept over the battleship, aimed straight at the woman.
Her hair was blown back, and she staggered a few steps before grabbing the wooden railing of the ship. She looked up in astonishment, exposing a breathtakingly beautiful face to everyone.
At that moment, the universe seemed to grow brighter.
It was impossible to describe the young woman’s beauty. It was as though a beam of light had shone down from the heavens to illuminate her while causing her surroundings to grow darker.
Even Lu Yin was briefly stunned. While breathtaking, the woman's beauty was only equal to women like Palace Master Yao, Ming Yan, Bai Xue, and others that Lu Yin was familiar with.
However, at the moment, with the starry sky as the backdrop, the woman’s beauty was magnified endlessly, and that caused even Lu Yin to be taken aback for a moment.
"Qing Yun?" someone gasped.
Everyone aboard the battleship was stunned.
Even the older experts were shocked. No one had expected the woman who had accompanied them to the Consciousness Megaverse and spent a significant amount of time there would actually be Qing Yun.
On the sedan, Lu Yin was caught off guard. "Qing Yun?"
Old Tao was surprised. "One of the Ascendant Hall’s Absolute Duo? Qing Yun? Is she actually here?"
Lu Yin arched a brow. "Oh? She’s one of the Ascendant Hall’s Absolute Duo?"
He turned to look at Palace Master Yao. "She’s the one who holds that title with you?"
Palace Master Yao replied, "It’s a title given by well-meaning people, but if you look at the entire Spirit Nidus, there are many women who are comparable to us."
"Then why were you two singled out as the Ascendant Hall’s Absolute Duo?" Lu Yin asked out of curiosity. Qing Yun did not seem to be particularly powerful.
Palace Master Yao frowned. "Because of an old woman's twisted interest."
Lu Yin was not particularly concerned with titles, but Qing Yun could clearly serve a similar purpose as Palace Master Yao.
On the ship, Qing Yun was breathing heavily. Sweat beaded across her delicate features. For just a moment, she had momentarily believed that she was about to die.
She had not experienced that sensation even when fighting in the Consciousness Megaverse.
A Seraph had personally created her disguise, which was why she had believed it to be foolproof. Unexpectedly, she had still been exposed. With a simple wave of a hand, the Seraph’s illusion had been broken. This person was clearly someone on the same level as the Seven Seraphs, and he was certainly qualified to fight against Seraph Bao Qi.
Qing Yu was still in shock as she stared at Lu Yin.
In front of her, the young man grew concerned. "Sis, are you alright?"
Qing Yun shook her head. "Little brother, don’t be rude."
"Sis, he actually attacked you!" the young man protested angrily. His name was Qing Xiao, and he was Qing Yun’s younger brother.
Someone nearby stepped forward. "Miss Qing Yun, are you alright?"
"Miss Qing Yun."
The young man shrouded in light, who gave off an impression of overwhelming arrogance, pushed the others aside to look at Qing Yun with great concern. "Are you alright?"
"I’ll tell you again, come here," Lu Yin’s voice rang out.
Everyone looked over at him, and Qing Yun frowned. "Are you are the Grandverse Manor’s Third Boss?"
Lu Yin was still lounging on the sedan, and he smiled at the woman. "That's right."
"What do you want with me?" Qing Yun asked.
Lu Yin reached out, and he casually set his hand on Palace Master Yao's head.
Everyone aboard the battleship was startled by his familiarity.
Palace Master Yao reflexively wanted to move away, but she did not dare to try. She clearly remembered her time in the Champions' Stage Purgatory. She never wanted to endure that hell ever again. On top of that, she had already been abandoned by the High Seraph. Her only path forward was to follow Lu Yin.
"Do the same as her and become my maid."
Qing Yun was stunned. "A maid?"
Qing Xiao’s mouth fell open, and then he furiously shouted, "You’re courting death!"
The nearby cultivators who had all been suppressing their anger started cursing, their hatred for Lu Yin boiled over. They wanted to attack the brazen man.
The young man shrouded in light moved to stand in front of Qing Yun. "Are you the Third Boss of the Grandverse Manor? I don’t care if you—"
Before the man could even finish speaking, the space before him shattered in multiple layers. An old man intervened, dragging the young man away and saving him from certain death.
The old man glared at Lu Yin, though he also grew wary. "You are going overboard."
Lu Yin sneered. "I’m looking for a maid. Anyone who doesn’t want to die should just move aside."
The light-shrouded young man’s eyes flickered. For a moment, he had truly felt death’s touch.
He may have fought in the Consciousness Megaverse, but there had always been guardians protecting him. He was from the Daquan Domain’s Chamber of Commerce, and his family was highly regarded. With Seraph Yi Shang behind him, the young man’s service period in the Consciousness Universe had been nothing more than a formality.
On the other hand, the Third Boss had genuinely threatened the young man’s life.
The light dissipated from around the man. It had been produced by a protective treasure, but that item had instantly shattered.
The young man looked back at Lu Yin again, this time with fear filling his eyes.
This Third Boss clearly did not care about the young man’s background.
The old man’s expression fell. "Third Boss, do you know where this battleship is from?"
"Why should I care? If you’re able to, send the High Seraph after me," Lu Yin said with a shrug. He then reached out with a hand to grab Qing Yun. As the hand stretched forward, it turned white and grew massive.
Lu Yin had easily learned this battle technique from watching Sage Qian. It was the Qian Sage's Hand.
The battleship was part of the Spirit Nidus’s expedition in their war against the Consciousness Megaverse, but Lu Yin was from the Tianyuan Megaverse. The other conflict had nothing to do with him.
The old man blurted, "The Qian Sage's Hand? What is your relationship with Sage Qian?"
Sequence particles filled the region, shooting toward the hand. They belonged to the thirty-eighth ranked sequence technique: Annihilation.
Lu Yin’s expression shifted. Again, he was facing Annihilation. It was the same sequence technique that Hu Wu and Tian Ya cultivated.
When the couple had used their sequence technique independently, it had been far from enough to deal with Lu Yin. However, when the couple worked together, they could merge their sequence particles together and reach a level of power that was even capable of threatening someone like Lu Yin.
The Qian Sage's Hand slammed down, scattering the sequence particles and continuing forward towards Qing Yun.
The old man tried to block the hand, but it was impossible for him to do so. He spat out a mouthful of blood. He could do nothing.
How could the Qian Sage's Hand obliterate his sequence particles so easily? Not even Sage Qian could do that.
Two more people aboard the battleship took action, both of whom were impressive sequence powerhouses.
Two streams of sequence particles tried to stop the Qian Sage's Hand.
Neither sequence techniques nor battle techniques accomplished anything as people tried to overpower Lu Yin.
He sneered at them as a purplish-black substance spread across his jade-white Qian Sage’s Hand. Lu Yin’s Wielder - Indestructible battle force made the white hand far more terrifying.
Boom!
A deafening sound rang out, and the battleship shook. Many people lost their balance, and several were nearly thrown overboard.
The two sequence powerhouses spat out blood as they were sent flying backward.
They could not block the hand. Not even slightly.
Lu Yin had only reached out with the Qian Sage’s Hand so far.
The strongest people aboard the battleship were the three sequence powerhouses. Everyone else was far weaker than those three, which made it utterly impossible for them to even shake Lu Yin.
The nearly black Sage Qian’s Hand slowly dropped down. It did not move particularly quickly or slowly.
Qing Yun watched as the black hand descended upon her in panic. A maid? In her mind, someone as domineering and peerless as this Third Boss should be her match for life. She had never expected anyone to desire her to merely serve as a maid.
"Team up! Attack with consciousness!" a red-faced old man shouted.
Elder Yi Zi, the Misery Gate’s Si Kong, and several others quickly tried to warn people, but no one was listening to them any longer.
The cultivators quickly arranged a spirit treasure formation, which was centered on the three sequence powerhouses. A consciousness attack shot at Lu Yin.
This consciousness was powerful enough to warp space, and it gave off an incredible pressure.
Old Tao and the others with Lu Yin sneered at the attack. You want to attack the Third Boss with consciousness? Who gave you such arrogance?
Three consciousness attacks shot at Lu Yin. The people aboard the battleship stared at him. This Third Boss was doomed. Their consciousness had been honed in combat against conscients.
However, even as they stared, nothing occurred.
The three consciousness attacks passed by Lu Yin like a light breeze. There was absolutely no effect whatsoever.
Sage Qian’s Hand continued to descend until it seized hold of Qing Yun and pulled her off of the ship.
No one could stop Lu Yin. His overwhelming power had been fully demonstrated in but a moment.
In the vessel’s lower decks were the captured and surrendered conscients. They were also watching events play out. They had seen a human ignore the bombardment of consciousness. This person had to be an incredible consciousness cultivator.
Elder Yi Zi, Si Kong, and the others were all left speechless. In the past, they had all believed that the Third Boss was a powerful conscient, which would have explained his strength. However, that understanding had been rectified, and everyone now knew that the Grandverse Manor was from the Tianyuan Megaverse.
How could someone from the Tianyuan Megaverse have achieved such heights with their consciousness? It was completely unbelievable.
The three sequence powerhouses on the battleship were also stunned, but they did not give up. "All conscients, attack!"
