Stolen By My Billionaire Brother-In-Law-Chapter 66: Blissful Punishment -2
Rivana’s breath hitched, her hands clutching the sheets instinctively. Azrael climbed up the bed, his hands unbuttoning his sleeves and rolling them up. He loomed over her and Rivana pressed her knees to her chest, her head sticking to the headrest. The way he was staring at her, ravishing her just with that intense look, Rivana knew she’d be doomed tonight. And oh, why was she excited about it?
"Open them, baby girl," Azrael ordered. And when Rivana was too dazed to think what he meant, Azrael placed a hand over her left knee, opening her legs that were blocking his way to her.
Rivana’s heart skipped several beats, his touch sending tingles down her spine. Azrael didn’t let go of her knee, his low smile telling he had something even crazy in his mind. And before she could process what it was, Azrael grabbed her other leg and yanked her closer, their bodies colliding against each other.
Rivana gasped out loud, her hands landing on his chest. Azrael smirked, his fingers caressing her legs before he wrapped them around his waist. He locked her ankles and made sure she didn’t move, causing her heart to thud against her chest.
’Fuck!’ Rivana cursed in her mind, feeling her entire body heat up. Though they were still fully covered, she could feel his taut muscles against her legs, making it even harder to stay sane.
Much to her horror, Azrael pressed his lower even closer. Rivana felt his member poke against her entrance and her cheeks turned even red. She bit her lip, caught between the urge just to rip their clothes and make out or push him away and flee.
"Don’t torture yourself, sweetheart," Azrael murmured in a low voice. His fingers caressed her lip, forcing her to stop biting it. When Rivana looked at him, his face was now just an inch away from her. Locking eyes with her, Azrael added, "It’s me who’s gonna do it tonight."
And the next second, his lips crashed against hers. Azrael kissed her relentlessly, sucking, and nibbling her lips, leaving Rivana breathless and craving for more. His mouth moved against hers skillfully and she tried to match his intensity. Her legs around him tightened while her hands wrapped around his neck, pulling him closer to deepen the kiss.
Azrael opened his eyes and glanced at her. Her expression brought a smirk to his lips and he bit her lower lip. Rivana winced against his mouth, but the pain died as his tongue soothed it. She felt his hand slide slowly up her spine, fingers grazing her skin with a feather-light touch, sending a shiver through her.
Rivana arched into him instinctively and in response, Azrael dipped his tongue inside her mouth. He savored every inch, clashing with her tongue that made her shudder in pleasure. And just when she was losing herself completely in the moment, Azrael broke their heated kiss and pulled slightly back.
Rivana opened her eyes in confusion, panting for air. She frowned at his smirk, realizing this was the real punishment. Just when she thought they’d be doing more than just a kiss, here he was torturing her.
"You must be tired," Azrael murmured with a smile. Wiping her lower lip with his thumb, he looked up at her to find Rivana fuming out loud. Leaning closer, he pecked her cheek gently. Pulling back, he caressed the area and added, "Rest well. Good night."
Rivana glared at him. Her chest rose up and down, partly from the lingering sensation of their kiss and frustration. "You are a total jerk!" she barked.
Azrael laughed, the voice was daunting and even more frustrating. "Oh, I have been dying to hear that.... from you." He replied, making her scoff out loud.
Reaching over to her legs that were still locked tightly around him Azrael released them. With a smirk, victorious and daunting, he moved back and got down the bed.
Rivana huffed out loud as Azrael walked out of the room. She crawled down the bed and walked into the bathroom. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw her lips red and swollen from his torture.
She then looked at the coat she was still wearing, one that belonged to him. Taking it off, she held it in front of her. "You think it’s funny, huh?" she grumbled at the coat. "Fine! I will play along and show how annoying it is!" She sneered at the black coat. Throwing it on the counter, she washed her face, trying to calm herself down.
Wiping her face, she grumbled, "Ah, I need a cold shower!" Glaring at the coat one last time, she picked up her bathrobe and walked toward the shower room.
After a couple of minutes, Rivana finished her bath. Wearing her comfortable nightgown, she dried her hair and walked out of the room. Her mood instantly soured seeing her sweet husband sitting on the bed. He seemed to have taken a shower too, his hair still slightly wet while he wore a loose tee and black trousers. His legs were stretched on the bed, and he was scrolling through his phone, waiting for her so they could go to sleep together.
"What do you need now?" Rivana grumbled, crossing her arms.
Azrael leaned back on the headrest and blinked in response. Crossing his arms, he replied with a smile, "You."
Rivana’s heart skipped a beat, her cheeks warming at his comment. Oh, here he went again!
"But I am too tired and need to rest," Rivana replied, mocking him. Pointing at the door, she added, "So, get out."
"Why should I?" Azrael murmured with a frown. "This is my room," he declared.
Rivana fumed in frustration. Yes, how the heck had she forgotten that she was sleeping in his room? With a fake smile, she replied, "Fine. I will go. Good night."
Rivana walked toward the door, but before she could reach it, Azrael reached her. Without warning, he picked her up in bridal style, surprising her once again.
Rivana’s hand instinctively curled around his neck, and she couldn’t understand how she could react every time, though he had done this countless times. Oh, wait, she was still angry at him! Rivana realized it and started to fight him.
"Put me down! I am gonna sleep in the guest room."
"No," Azrael shook his head. Carrying her toward the bed, he continued, "You will sleep here in my room."
He carefully placed her down on the soft mattress. Their eyes locked, and the softness and possessiveness in his eyes melted Rivana easily. How could she possibly be mad if he acted this sweet?
Azrael then adjusted the temperature so she wouldn’t feel cold and got beside her. He picked up the book from the nightstand on his side and passed it to Rivana.
Rivana took the book she had brought from Emmerich’s office. "Did Ashley deliver it?"
Azrael nodded in response. He wrapped his hand around her waist and pulled her closer to him. Rivana sheepishly smiled and rested her head on his chest. She liked this side of him more, caring yet clingy, unlike the devil that had shown up earlier.
She flipped through the pages and took out the picture. Showing it to him, she started a serious discussion, "I found this picture. It might have answers to my questions."
The main question was why Emmerich passed down everything to her. No matter how much she thought about it, there was no solid answer. And the words, "It belonged to you anyway," had been continuously playing in her mind like a broken tape.
Azrael took the picture and observed it. Rivana held the book close to her and murmured, "That was why I went to meet Sebastian. His grandmother worked even before I was born. She was also very close to Grandma." Looking at Margaret in the picture, she sighed, "I wondered if Grandma ever mentioned to him about this woman named Roselia."
Azrael hummed in response, observing Roselia in the picture. This woman seemed to hold a significant place in Emmerich’s life and was probably also the catalyst for the chaos that took his life.
"And you dared to accuse me of going on a date," Rivana murmured, glaring up at him. *And even punished me!* she screamed in her head, but it was visible in her eyes.
Azrael smiled and kissed the tip of her nose. "How about I make it up by taking you on a date?"
Rivana’s eyes sparkled in response. Oh, it would be lovely to go out with him. And it would also be their first date ever? Butterflies danced in her stomach, thrilled by the idea.
Azrael’s smile brightened at her reaction. "The plan was to take you to dinner tonight. But you clearly messed it up," he added.
"It’s not entirely my fault," Rivana pouted and murmured, "It’s your grandmother that kept calling and annoying me."
"Why did she call anyway?"
Rivana thought about it. "It will be her birthday in a few days. Maybe she wanted me to arrange it for her." She murmured, recalling the important day. Aldona had trusted her with the party, and though Rivana had pulled everything off great, Azrael had shown up and messed everything up.
"Who the heck told you to invite him?" Viktor had bashed her that night. "Don’t tell me you have feelings for him."
Rivana recalled his rude comments, though her intentions were pure, and just wanted the Hugon family to reconcile. Things started getting even dirtier between her and the family ever since Azrael’s visit, especially her mother-in-law and husband, and even Aldona started ignoring her. She’d ignore whenever they bullied her and rarely spoke to her, even when Alan had passed away.
"I will ask my team to look into it," Azrael said, his voice bringing her back to the present.
Rivana nodded and snuggled closer to him. Azrael placed the photo aside and hugged her. He then looked at the book she was holding and murmured, "Do you want me to read it to you?"
Rivana looked and blinked at him. Her surprise quickly turned into delight, and she nodded.
Azrael took the book and flipped through the pages. He moved to Chapter one and slowly started reading it to her.
"Lily’s heart ached as she walked away, knowing that this goodbye was the end of everything she had ever dreamed of," he read softly.
Rivana listened to the story with a smile. Midway through, she slowly started falling asleep, trying to stop her eyes from closing. Due to tiredness, she soon fell asleep in his arms.
Azrael paused when he heard her gentle breathing. He closed the book and placed it aside. Carefully, he laid her on the bed and tucked her in. As he lay beside her, Rivana moved closer and hugged him, sensing him drift away. Azrael wrapped his hand around her, kissing her forehead, and closed his eyes.
