Mission Hall Building:

The female staff nodded before canceling the mission. This will leave bad remarks on Jeremy's mission completion report.

Jeremy saw that the mission was canceled. He sighed inwardly. Next, he had to come up with a plan to leak Goldcorp's conspiracy.

He then nodded to the female staff before leaving the mission hall building. On the way, he saw other students. Everyone was taken aback by his return.

Jeremy frowned. He had decided to go back to the dorm building.

It didn't take long for the news to spread across the university. Everyone learned about Jeremy's return.

Inside the STRIKER Department, the Department Instructor, Jacob, was teaching Betsy Lowe and Daniel Stone when he heard about Jeremy's return.

He let out a sigh.

"Jeremy has returned," Jacob said with a smile.

"Brother Jeremy is back!"

"What about his mission?"

Betsy and Daniel Stone exclaimed at the same time. Earlier, they had been suppressed by the other students. For example, the Attack Department's students had challenged them some time ago.

Fortunately, Instructor Jacob came to their rescue. Now that Jeremy Night had returned, the other department's students wouldn't be able to attack them.

"I doubt he would come today," Instructor Jacob muttered.

Because he knew about Jeremy's mission, he didn't know whether Jeremy had completed it or not.

....

Time passed.

The First Year Department Head learned that Jeremy Night had returned as well. He was surprised at first, but when he thought about Jeremy's mission, his eyes flashed with doubt.

He knew that Jeremy Night had selected a difficult mission, so he wondered whether he had completed it or not.

Out of curiosity, he checked the mission hall report. The next second, the old man was dumbfounded. It was reported that Jeremy Night had canceled the mission.

Which was equivalent to failing the mission as well.

"What happened to that kid?" Old man Derek asked himself.

As far as he knew, that kid didn't have failures before. Now, looking at the report, he thought that the disappearance of the Red Rock Mercenaries was not easy to investigate.

Sigh!

After letting out a sigh, he shifted his attention to other matters as well.

...

Meanwhile,

Dean Carolyn saw the mission report as well. Seeing that Jeremy Night had canceled the mission, she was not shocked that much.

Because she was receiving reports that many people had tried to find out the disappearance of the Red Rock Mercenaries, but no one had found out so far.

Considering Jeremy Night's strength, she thought it was possible for him to give up. She recalled his last mission where he came across the Mighty Order.

Now this mission ended up in failure as well.

"Why doesn't that kid choose any normal mission?" she asked herself.

...

On the other hand, May Lindsey and Victor Scott had returned to their families. Since yesterday, they had been able to fight against a Tier-3 Corrupted Beast and defeated it in the end.

Now they were in their respective homes, hearing about Jeremy's return from the mission. The next moment, they both left their homes and went back to the university.

Whereas Romeo Barrett was already back at the university.

...

Nighttime:

Jeremy Night fell into deep contemplation. He had yet to come up with any concrete plan. When he tried to fall asleep, he wasn't able to sleep at all.

The captured mercenaries came to his mind.

"What to do?" Jeremy asked himself.

There are plenty of ways to spread information. If he did it online, then people could find out his identity. He didn't want to reveal his identity.

Suddenly, a good idea came to his mind. He could spread the information about the shelter so that the Beast Tamers could go and investigate themselves.

Jeremy thought of a good idea. There are small and medium-sized organizations that do business in intelligence gathering.

Their business used to collect information about trade items. But over the years, their scope had expanded. Now they could provide intel on other people as well.

Jeremy decided to visit a few places like that in the morning.

...

The following day,

Around 9 a.m., Jeremy walked out of the dorm building and started walking towards the entrance. It didn't take long for him to arrive there.

The staff were surprised upon seeing him because they recognized him completely. Jeremy nodded to them before leaving the campus.

A few minutes later,

The flying air car dropped him at the luxurious market. Jeremy was surprised by the scenery in front of him. This huge open market was filled with people.

But he knew there was a small store at the end of the market that did business in intelligence collection and sharing.

Jeremy started walking through the crowd. It didn't take long for him to reach the end of the passage. He looked at the two-story building before walking towards it.

He walked up to the door, then opened it to walk in.

An old man was sitting behind the desk. Upon sensing his presence, he opened his eyes. The old man saw that the customer was wearing the Central University uniform.

He sat up straight and looked at the young guest.

"Young man, what do you want?" the old man asked.

"I heard you guys sell and collect intel," Jeremy replied.

The old man was not surprised. He nodded his head. He thought that the young man had come to collect intel regarding the Corrupted Beasts.

"What do you need?" he asked again.

Hearing that, Jeremy frowned and replied, "I'm here to sell intel, but I wanted to do it anonymously."

"It's regarding the Corrupted Beasts," he added.

"Anonymously?" the old man frowned.

"Then how can we know your intel is true?" the old man asked.

Jeremy smiled and replied, "Because I don't need your money. I'm doing it for free."

Hearing that, the old man felt something amiss. There was no free lunch in this world, let alone free information.

"Young man, you have found the wrong place," the old man said.
