Jeremy entered the wilderness about 30 minutes later. He forgot about the call he made to Instructor Jacob. Right now, he is focusing on something else.

After stepping inside the wilderness, he immediately wore a mask to cover his face. This is a basic safety measure he could take at this moment.

At the same time, he uses his eyesight ability to monitor the people around him. He had a strong premonition that he should not drop his guard.

Two more middle-aged men followed him from behind. They were clearly the Beast Tamers who took on the underground killer task.

As long as their boss killed the kid, they could go back to retrieve the reward.

While the red and black centipede dashed forward towards the prey,

Jeremy decisively put the handgun back in his storage ring and held the katana in his right hand. He covered the single-edged blade with new starlight energy.

He then used his vision ability to observe the centipede beast. It reached him in a flash.

The centipede beast tried to bite him. Jeremy used his movement technique to evade, then he slashed at the side of the beast's body.

The sharp single-edged blade sliced through the flesh of the centipede beast. The starlight energy met no resistance at all.

A single red line could be seen. Compared to the size of the beast, this small injury was not enough to hurt it. Before the lifeline beast could hurt him,

"Explosive steps!" Jeremy used the movement technique to evade the beast and started dashing towards their boss.

"Release your lifeline beast. This kid is a Tier-2 Beast Tamer. The info is wrong!" the boss shouted out loud.

Hearing that, the other two released their lifeline beasts.

Captain Nathan had two guests locked up in the prison. These two people were none other than the guards stationed at the gate of Central University 14.

But out of nowhere, a city police team arrested them and brought them here.

Nathan's gaze fell on these two. Dean Carolyn had briefed him. So far, he had this pending case that he couldn't move forward with.

Because the suspicious people were students and they all had a significant background, Dean Carolyn hadn't given permission to interrogate them.

But he didn't expect the guards at the gate to be involved as well.

"I'm going to say one thing. If you don't answer my questions, then I'll have to use torture methods on you," Nathan said in a cold tone.

Hearing that, the two guards were scared. They realized they were targeted by someone.
