The crew removed their fat reserves once every couple hours and whenever the higher command announced to do so. And since the latest removal had just happened, it gave Torq the perfect opportunity.

The Narlakk Pet targeted the crew of 19 people within the room with as much pollen as possible. There was still a large cloud remaining in the room, pretty dense, but not enough to be detectable to the senses yet.

’Thirty...twenty nine...twenty eight...’ Torq counted down from thirty, and when he reached the ’one’, he made the Narlakk Pet retract its pollen. Since the 19 Cooter Clansmen were within its Spirit Weapon range, the pollen within their body could be pulled out without issues.

A portion of their fat reserves that had fallen under the Narlakk Pet’s control turned into pollen and wafted out of their bodies in small batches, accompanying their exhales. The Narlakk Pet absorbed this pollen and used it to generate some Prana for itself.

The absorbed portion was pretty minute, preventing the crew from noticing anything amiss. The mass of fat that turned to pollen was minimal, to the extent when their Prana regenerated the lost fat reserves, not even a unit of Prana was consumed.

’Good, it’s working!’ Torq revealed a smile, for the first of his objectives had been satisfied now. The source of the Narlakk Pet he used was significantly stronger than a regular Narlakk. Not only was it trained to manifest physical characteristics of Cooter Clansmen, it was also boosted by the turtle shell that elevated its strength to the peak of the Gold Grade.

Narlakk Nirrkarrlarr had strength at the peak of the Gold Grade. The Narlakk Pet based on it only had strength on par with a regular Narlakk. Only when Torq transforms into the Narlakk Pet and harnesses Narlakk Nirrkarrlarr’s power could he take advantage of the turtle shell’s boost.

At present, using the Narlakk Pet, Torq intended to have a contest of influence within the fat reserves of the Cooter Clansmen. He intended to keep supplying pollen until his side’s pollen devoured the pollen from other parties.

This way, the influence dominant in the Cooter Clansmen belonged to Torq, unleashed through his Narlakk Pet. This was the first objective.

"Hmm," Inin yawned and opened the door to their room’s exit, creating a passageway for the pollen within the room to spread around the cabin. He just felt influenced to move as such, and had done so, for he felt it was natural of him to move as such.

The pollen invaded the closest room once the opportunity came. And one after another, all rooms within the Narlakk Pet’s Spirit Weapon range of 180 metres were affected. And through the vents, whenever a route opened, a portion of pollen from their bodies was extracted.

This pollen flowed through the air and reached Torq. The Narlakk Pet absorbed the pollen, and after an hour, it created a small vial of medicine. Since it had physical characteristics manifesting the qualities of Cooter Clansmen, which was Mystic Mist Art, it could obviously refine medicine through its body.

Thanks to it, the Narlakk Pet created medicine by digesting the pollen it had absorbed. Slowly, while it was recovering its Prana, a smaller portion was being used to charge up his trump card.

Secondary Nature–Kinesis Solidification!

The power of psychokinesis was being condensed into a solid state, which he hid in a small compartment in his sleeve. At present, the solid was barely a millimetre in size, too small.

The one used by the silver humanoid in the monochromatic dome was the size of a needle. This was condensed using 3600 units of Silver Grade Prana. It took 18 units of Iron Grade Prana to be compressed to condense a unit of Silver Grade Prana. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚

Converting this requirement to Torq’s Iron Grade Prana resulted in a total of 64,800 units of Prana. It wouldn’t be easy for his digesting system to generate that much in a short while, irrespective of how much medicine he was feeding it.

Hence, Torq had better ways to go about it. He could unleash the power of his Secondary Nature of Kinesis Solidification through his Pet, which he intended to do so through the Narlakk Pet.

Therefore, as the Narlakk Pet gathered Prana, a portion of it was being used to charge up the solid of psychokinesis.

Torq made the Narlakk Pet alternate between controlling its pollen as a Spirit Weapon and the solid of psychokinesis. This was the second objective.

By the time the Battleship reached the Dralh Sea, Torq intended to fill his Narlakk Pet to the brim with Prana, and possess as much of a reserve of pollen necessary to maintain the physical characteristics of Mystic Mist Art.

He also intended to charge up the psychokinesis solid in the shape of a needle to have as much power as needed to kill even a Deity. With his present reserve of Pets, it was possible.

[It’s time!]

The announcement rang within the cabin as all the crewmembers flushed out their fat reserves immediately. Torq focused on the opportunity and during the time globules of fat were being extracted from the bodies of the Cooter Clansmen, he converted a portion of them into pollen.

It was only one-twentieth of the mass, an amount he felt wouldn’t be noticeable even when the Cooter Clansmen weren’t under his influence, which happened whenever they ejected all their fat deposits.

Right as the process ended, he directed a new batch of pollen to invade their beings through their nostrils and allowed them to do their thing.

The Narlakk Pet absorbed the pollen that had grown in number after the ejected fat had been converted into it. A single session’s worth easily filled a quarter of its Prana capacity of 3844.

Three more hours later, the Narlakk Pet’s reserve of Prana had become full. With that, his defensive measures were ready. Then, he waited while using the Narlakk Pet to refine an extra batch of medicine.

And the moment the day reset for his ability, he took action.

Primary Nature–Daily Pet!

He ripped off his facial skin casually and began charging it up, biding his time. And right as the day was about to end, he jumped on his bed and covered himself with a blanket. And for an instant, the shape covered by the blanket seemed twice the size, before reverting to one.

Torq had created a Boiboi Pet right as the day’s count for the respective Pet was about to end. The next moment, the ability’s count for the day reset, during which he switched to the Narlakk Pet and transformed into it.

Now, things seemed no different than before. However, the one in human form was the Boiboi Pet. And having assumed Narlakk Nirrkarrlarr’s form, Torq could harness power from the original.

"We’re cleaning the hull once again." Inin said and led his team outside. Boiboi Pet followed suit, carrying Torq’s Narlakk transformation in the shape of a stone, which he dropped while on the job, as an ’oops’ moment.

Making a freefall into the water, Torq glided through the water as if pushed forth by underwater currents.

Narlakk Nirrkarrlarr was at the peak of the Gold Grade. Its strength, adding to its physical characteristics manifesting Mystic Mist Art, allowed Torq to move while assuming the form of a commonly found coral.

The speeds, however, reached around two hundred kilometres per hour. And slowly, the coral drifted deeper into the channel’s water, from where Torq could move faster without alerting any hidden entities, especially the Nirclicks that were behaving as scouts by assuming inanimate forms across the region.

’The pollen I left within the cabin is enough to keep infecting them until they reach the Dralh Sea.’ He spiked up his speed, crossing a speed of 250 kilometres an hour, ’This buys me time to investigate the place better.’

’This time, a Deity won’t fall to their control!’ Firming his intent, Torq sped forward.
