Dave looked at his status and nodded. He was now taking his new knights to Grey Forest.

The Grey Forest was located near Bairan Village and was infested with monsters around level 240, with the guardian of the forest being the strongest boss there.

Even the minimum level of monsters there is around level 100, so it was going to be hardcore training for his new knights.

"Lord Dave, where are we going?" Leo asked, looking at the other knights, all curious.

"We are going to raid the Guardian of the Forest. Well, I am going to raid it, while you guys will clear all the other monsters that come in the way," Dave said, pausing as they looked at him in horror. It was normal for him.

"But Lord Dave..." Leo started to say, hesitating.

"It's training, you guys are too weak, so I am going to train you all," Dave said, having already read the quest from Madra for it.

Soon, they reached the forest and encountered their first monster: a Hobgoblin. As in any game, they were green-skinned and hulking. As soon as they saw the group, they raised their weapons and charged.

"Leo, take care of them," Dave commanded as the others got ready.

"I said only Leo," Dave repeated, giving a firm look. The others nodded and backed off, while Leo stepped forward, ready to fight the 13 or so Hobgoblins in battle.

"Just focus on giving your all, and I'll save you if any need arises," Dave said, offering support.

Leo nodded confidently. Gaining confidence, he walked ahead toward the enemies, his eyes sharp. He gripped his sword, which began to glow with the mana-infused skill of his, as a Magic Knight. Now, he was going to face 13 Hobgoblins, all over level 150.

Leo stood at the front, his heart pounding as the 13 Hobgoblins charged toward him. The dense mist of the Grey Forest swirled around them, but Leo's focus remained unwavering. His mana surged, channeling through his sword. As a Magic Knight, he had mastered the fusion of his swordsmanship with magic, and this fight would test everything he had learned.

The first Hobgoblin lunged at him with its massive club raised high, aiming for Leo's head. Leo moved with a fluid motion, sidestepping the attack just in time. The club smashed into the ground with a heavy thud, sending a shockwave through the earth. Leo didn't waste a moment; he swung his sword in a clean arc, sending a sharp magical slash straight toward the Hobgoblin's exposed side. The creature roared in pain as the slash carved deep into its green skin.

"One down," Leo muttered, keeping his focus.

The remaining 12 Hobgoblins surrounded him, each one moving with primal aggression. They didn't seem to care about the fallen one—they were all determined to take down the human who dared challenge them. Leo tightened his grip on the hilt of his sword, his body lowering into a battle stance.

The next Hobgoblin, faster than the first, charged at Leo with both hands gripping a large axe. Leo could hear the crunch of leaves underfoot as it approached, but he was ready. He slid backward, avoiding the powerful swing of the axe. With a swift counterattack, Leo swung his sword diagonally, but the Hobgoblin parried with the back of its axe. The force pushed Leo back, but he immediately followed up with a blast of magic. He thrust his palm forward, and a wave of magical energy surged from his hand, striking the creature in the chest. The Hobgoblin staggered, its armor cracking under the magical assault. Leo wasted no time, delivering a precise strike to the beast's throat. It fell to the ground with a guttural scream, lifeless.

Slowly one by one, he defeated the 13 hobgoblins and even without having the need to get help from Dave.

" Good, " Dave nodded seeing this as he looked at his Status Screen he has gained 5 levels, and each time he level up he gained 22 stat points, Unlike player, who gains 10 stat points per level and then also there are legendary players like Dave who gains 15 stat points per level, NPCs gains stat points from 6 to 30 depending on their grade, some gains even more but it is random for NPCs unlike its fixed for users.

Dave then continued to lead them as, one by one, they fought. Now, each of his Knights, after continuous fighting for the past week, was near level 200 and exhausted.

"Okay, you guys can rest now," he said, creating a shelter for them. It was now time for the Boss battle, and not a normal one, but the Awakened Boss battle.
