Super Template System In Marvel and Beyond-Chapter 245: Ultimate Spiderman II
Chapter 245 - Ultimate Spiderman II
"But to think... I've somehow ended up in the Ultimate Spider-Man animated universe," Dave murmured, chuckling to himself. "One of the best Marvel timelines, honestly."
He took another sip, eyes narrowing slightly as he scrolled through SHIELD news reports on his phone. His gaze paused on an article featuring J. Jonah Jameson's latest rant.
"J. Jonah, you really don't give that kid a break, huh?" Dave said with amusement. "Every single time... blame Spider-Man. Over and over."
He smirked, watching Jameson's angry face freeze mid-yell in a paused video.
"Maybe it's time someone gave the Daily Bugle a new headline."
"System, how much time can I live in this body?" Dave asked, leaning back in his chair, his fingers tapping the armrest.
[ This body is highly compatible with magic, leading to an extended duration. However, the limit is still constrained, and you can only remain in this body for one week. ]
Dave raised an eyebrow at the response. "So, seven days, huh? Well, better than last time... only two days." He leaned back further, resting his head against the chair. "I wonder what bad guy will pop up next," he mused aloud, eyes closing as he drifted into thought.
He settled into the chair, letting the music flow through his ears, letting the rhythm ease him into the storylines of the Ultimate Spider-Man universe. The city outside seemed to fade as he mentally replayed the plot of the series, but his mind never fully stopped calculating, analyzing the situation.

Outside Dave's building, five figures stood in front, discussing amongst themselves.
"So, this magic guy lives here?" Ava Ayala, aka White Tigress, asked as she glanced at Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man.
"hmm" peter nodded as he looked at the building.
"hmm, I wonder how strong he is . Magic's got some real serious power...atleast in Animes. " said Sam Alexander, aka Nova, rubbing his chin thoughtfully.
"He's definitely stronger than he looks, you can see it in the video," Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist, added, adjusting his gloves as he focused on the building.
"I just wanna see if his magic can match my muscles," Luke Cage, aka Power Man, said with a confident grin, flexing his arms slightly.
"We're here to recruit him and talk to him about his powers—how he got them, what he's capable of," Peter said, leading the group. "Just need to be careful. We don't know what he's really like."
The group nodded in agreement, stepping toward the elevator that would take them to the top floor where Dave's apartment was located.
Meanwhile, inside his apartment, Dave was casually sitting back in his chair, sipping coffee as he scrolled through some news. He glanced up at the clock and then the doorbell rang.
"Heh, that was fast," Dave muttered as he stood, stretching his arms. He moved toward the door, peeking through the peephole. "Looks like the cavalry's here."
Dave opened the door slowly, raising an eyebrow. "You guys are?"
Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, scratched his head nervously. "Ahem, I'm Peter Parker... but we've met before. You know, with the whole Klaw guy, the one who caused all that damage..." He rambled on for a moment, before Ava Ayala, aka White Tigress, slapped him lightly on the back of the head.
"What I means to say is, I'm Spider-Man," Peter said with a sheepish grin. "This is Ava Ayala, White Tigress."
Dave nodded slowly, looking at the group. "Okay, I get it. So, you're here for...?"
Ava stepped forward. "We've been tracking you. You seem to have some kind of unique magic—something different from what we usually see. We just want to understand it better... and see if you'd consider joining us."
Dave raised an eyebrow again. "Dave Garcia," he said, introducing himself casually. "So, you're here to recruit me or just chat about my magic?"
"Let's talk inside," Ava suggested, her voice calm but firm.
Dave stepped aside to let them in, leading them to the spacious living room. As they all settled onto the couch, Sam whistled, glancing around the luxurious suite. "You sure live in quite the place," he said, impressed.
"Yeah, well, when you work for Google and hold a high position, this kind of luxury comes with the territory," Luke Cage, aka Power Man, added.
Dave leaned back slightly, giving a half-smile. "So, you guys checked my background, too?"
"Not exactly," Luke replied with a casual shrug. "But with your connections, it's hard not to know a little."
Dave folded his arms. "Anyway, you want me to join your 'superhero' team?"
Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, scratched the back of his head. "Not exactly. More like SHIELD," he said, a bit awkwardly.
Dave raised an eyebrow. "SHIELD, huh? What's that?"
Peter paused for a moment, glancing at his teammates. Ava gave a nod for him to explain.
"SHIELD's a global peacekeeping organization," Peter said, settling into a more serious tone. "We deal with threats—both human and superhuman. We handle a lot of... weird stuff, like alien invasions, rogue superpowered individuals, and even interdimensional threats. The kind of things most people don't even know about."
Dave absorbed this, nodding slowly. "So, you're offering me a position to join your fight against these... 'threats'?"
"Exactly," Ava confirmed, her voice steady. "You have powerful magic. We could use someone like you on our team."
Dave leaned back, arms crossed, a subtle smirk on his face. "Hmm... before giving you any answer, I'd like to meet your boss. Who's the top dog in this SHIELD?"
The group exchanged quick glances. Peter tapped the comms in his ear. A moment later, a gruff voice echoed back: "Accept it." It was Nick Fury.
Ava nodded. "Okay then, you'll get to meet him."
Dave stood up immediately, brushing off his coat like he was just waiting for an excuse. "Good. Then I'm free today. Let's go."
As they started to lead him out, he casually added with a grin, "I'm a busy man—and** I'm free today. Do you know how rare that is? You don't just skip a chance like this when the universe clears your schedule."**
Sam chuckled under his breath. "Guy's got a point."
The group exited the apartment building just in time to see a sleek Quinjet descending from the clouds, stirring up wind and loose paper from the sidewalk.
Dave squinted at the aircraft, then looked at Peter. "Alright. Jet's cool. I get why you kids joined now."
They boarded the Quinjet, which swiftly lifted off, slicing through the sky as it headed straight for the Helicarrier hovering above the city skyline.
Inside, Dave looked around at the high-tech interior and muttered, "Yep. Definitely not your average field trip."
