• Spiritual energy (Qi/Ki) : Spiritual energy as widely known as Qi or Ki is the thin vast source of energy present in all surroundings, like air, hence why it’s called an Qi (Spiritual energy).

Everything has a certain amount of QI present in it, living or non-living things, giving everything an opportunity to cultivate and walk on the path of immortality.

The higher amount of the initial QI reserves the higher potential of the possessor, Of course due to Qi being spread across the world thinly like an air, its slower and more costly form of cultivation.

Due to its most common cultivation way is to just absorb surrounding QI into the one’s own body (dantian), it has lots of impurities and also very gaseous state needing to also condense as much as possible (the more condensed, the more potent and stronger it would be), so it is highly inefficient way to cultivate.

Best way is to find things containing the Qi like Spirit stones and medical pills or find the place where have the dense amount of the Qi place like Spiritual energy springs, QI enriched "caves", mountain top (due to low pollution concentration), a place where heaven and earth treasure born or even the artificial Qi gathering array like things also works.

As one can tell, this is cultivation way where one is cannibalizing on others (Spirit stones, Spiritual herbs, beast core, beasts meat etc.) to absorb their cultivated Qi for hundreds or even thousands of years to get more stronger.

(Note : There are outliers cultivation ways like an Dual cultivation, where other than absorbing the thin polluted Qi from the surroundings but rather supplementing their own in surroundings by their mating using the Ying-Yang nature to create pure form of the QI.

It is technically like a Breeder power plant, getting more things out of it then they put in.)

• Mana : Mana is as commonly known use is for magic and magic related things but that is not the only purpose of the mana rather it’s just an one of the surface uses.

Mana is the purest and the densest form of the energy, A Life energy.

Every living thing has a slight amount of the unusable mana from the beginning, no one can use it normally as that mana is being used to jump start the body to produce naturally mana on their own.

The Mana is so pure and dense because it is naturally produced in the body on its own passively 10% an hour (100% for the host now), unlike spiritual power Qi/Ki.

There is no known way to cultivate using Mana nor technique to increase the store capacity of the mana in one’s own body, It naturally increases as one gets stronger.

(Note : Same as the Qi, the more talented and gifted one has, possessing talent, physique, superpower, bloodline, etc. the more mana capacity for the individuals.)

• Chakra: As its name suggests Chakra (Circle) is the spinning energy points present in one’s own body, But unlike Qi, this is more humanoid center cultivation methods.

They are the body’s energy centers (Like meridians) along the spine, governing physical and emotional states, using the potent, dormant spiritual energy, often depicted as a coiled serpent named Kundalini, residing at the base of the spine (Muladhara chakra) that, when awakened, rises through these chakras for profound spiritual awakening, each unlocked Chakra points unlike abilities and strengths.

The names of the Chakra points are like the following, having the different colours representing the different types and the points powers....

• Muladhara (Root): Base of spine, colour red; survival, grounding, security, this is the starting point of the Chakra, when unlocked they increase the survivability.

• Svadhisthana (Sacral): Pelvis, colour orange; creativity, pleasure, emotions, when this is unlocked, one gets the control over the emotions and a desire.

• Manipura (Solar Plexus): Upper abdomen, color yellow; personal power, confidence, once this unlocked gaining power boost.

• Anahata (Heart): On the chest, colour green; love, compassion, healing, as this one unlocked gain the abilities to heal oneself and others. 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺

• Vishuddha (Throat): On the throat, the colour blue; communication, self-expression, once this is unlocked, one can see the fault and mistakes, doing the self-corrections without ego talking.

• Ajna (Third Eye): Middle of the eyebrows, colour indigo; intuition, insight, as this unlocked one would get enlightenment as easy as breathing air.

• Sahasrara (Crown): This is the last one on top of the head; colour violet/white; spiritual connection, consciousness, once unlocked get ability to form the higher conciseness connections beyond physical body.

(Note: All the unlock powers mentioned are primarily ones, there are other individual specific benefits for each unlock hence not mentioned here.)

There are many ways to unlock Chakra points, there are "good" ways. "bad" ways, "neutral" ways, "mix" ways, in all of them, Karma is the force needed to open the Chakra’s.

In good ways there is nothing but simply meditating and doing good deeds to unlock the Chakra points, not harming the others lives.

In bad ones, anything goes, blood sacrifice, killings and gaining their Karma to forcefully open the Chakra points.

In neutral, just be neutral, no "good", no "bad", just go by your lives.

In combo as one can guess, it’s everything goes, pave your own path and then drag others through it, or well walk on it either way get this to open Chakras.]

System seeing its oversight did not forget to mention about the less known cultivation method in this world, to make sure its host have information and options.

Alex meanwhile ignored the walking disaster, goddess of war acting like a clingy puppy rubbing her head on his thighs, rather paying attention to this new knowledge of this cultivation.

In a good way, say not harming other’s lives not that killing is forbidden meaning if he let go of a killer knowing they are killers thinking of the rule as no killing, and that killer end up killing others, it would be considered "evil" way not the "good" way as he on purpose let go of killers knowing what would happen to others harming others lives.

Same in the "evil" way, even if he killed thousands of people for their blood but they are all evil people then that was considered a good thing as he saved many peoples gaining good Karma.

As for neutral and combo? He genuinely has no idea, as in his narrow view of the world both good and bad ways cover everything but he also knows if the system says it then there is definitely more.

Normally he would have called the system out and asked for more information but now is not the time given there are two very unstable women in the elevator with him.
