Chapter 99: Chapter 56: Peated Whiskey_3

Brunswick Whiskey has yet to find the right time to re-enter the market, but this certainly doesn’t stop the keen-eyed marketing managers at The Diageo Group from spotting a business opportunity in this.

The Diageo Group also hopes to feature their group’s drinks in The Jilted’s livestream.

Of course, it’s the kind that you pay for.

The Diageo Group’s annual advertising budget is astronomical.

Gordon Sterling happily accepted The Diageo Group’s invitation for an advertising placement discussion before setting off, choosing Islay as the location.

Originally, Gordon planned to come by himself in a few days.

Sean Lowell, however, suddenly became engrossed in "work."

When there’s nothing to do, he tends to overthink, and overthinking leads to getting stuck in a loop.

He has to keep himself busy.

While in Glaslow, Gordon called the marketing manager. It just so happened he was already on Islay, so they decided to move the entire itinerary forward.

What Sean Lowell never expected was that waiting for them at the entrance of the Port Aelen Distillery were not just people from The Diageo Group, but also The Vaughn Siblings, and his sister, Summer Lowell.

Originally intending to use work to temporarily forget his real reason for coming to Islay, Sean Lowell stood petrified at the distillery entrance.

He hadn’t figured out how to start the reunion with Summer Lowell yet.

Sean patted the pocket of his clothes, confirming again that he had put away the photo of his mom, ensuring it wouldn’t fall out.

Then he turned completely to stone.

Just a dozen meters apart.

No moving forward, no stepping back.

"Master Sean Lowell, doesn’t the arrival of the Winters Ambassador just take your breath away? The Master wishes to see the Ambassador, and here she appears. Isn’t it such a surprise? A delightful shock?"

The Master might be stuck in place, but the Ambassador has no such issue.

Seeing Sean Lowell, Artie Vaughn sprinted over. Just three steps away, she tripped, stumbling right into Sean’s arms.

Automatically, Sean reached out to support Artie.

The Devilish Lolita patted her heaving 36D chest with lingering fear: "That really scared Artie to death just now."

Artie delighted at Sean’s lack of response, was over the moon.

Ambassador and Ambassador, currently holding hands.

Though Sean was holding Artie’s arm, who says that holding an arm isn’t holding hands?

"The Master treats the Ambassador so well, otherwise Artie would’ve fallen on this sharp, nasty rock. If that happened, it wouldn’t have been such a breathtaking beauty!"

Artie, who can brighten any room even without sunlight, absolutely radiates when she encounters a bit of sunshine.

Artie probably didn’t even realize it herself, that the once "full-power" Pouting Siren, only unleashed on Leo Vaughn and Summer Fairmont, now had another target.

Only after Sean had completely supported Artie did he release his arm.

Sean re-centered his thoughts, pulling back the gaze he had kept on Summer Lowell’s face, speaking with a calm amidst a tempest, "Winters Ambassador, are you alright?"

"With the protection of Master Brother, Ambassador Sister is certainly alright." Artie’s smile was as refreshing and beautiful as the morning air, the rainbow after the rain.

"Sister?" Sean, however, seemed to only hear Artie say two words.

Artie realized she had misspoken.

She was aware that The Jilted was looking for his mother and sister, yet she brought up a touchy subject.

The Pouting Siren began pondering what kind of coyness would be effective.

Before she could come up with a plan, someone came to the rescue.

Leo Vaughn and Summer Fairmont both came to check on Artie.

Sean was entirely at a loss, instinctively patting the pocket where he kept the photo, though he was certain it wouldn’t come loose, he still felt a nagging unease.

Gordon Sterling patted Sean’s shoulder, attempting to comfort him, while asking Leo Vaughn, "Mr. Vaughn, what brings you to Islay as well?"

"Port Aelen Distillery is restarting, I came to discuss the Greater Sinian Region distributorship."

Leo was primarily accompanying Artie.

Artie had briskly insisted on returning to Scotland; Leo couldn’t help but worry.

Coincidentally, Artie was coming back for career development, and there were plenty of things, which she hadn’t been able to take back in her rush last time, making it convenient for him to act as his sister’s porter.

It’s his "mission" as the National Heartthrob.

As the Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Winters Spirits, since Leo was already there, he definitely planned to make the most of his trip to Scotland.
