The Mocalw Bear Spirit bulldozed the Gluttony Termites by charging over them with its huge size. Every now and then the mandibles of the Gluttony Termites pierced into the bottom of the Mocalw Bear's paws as it stomped over them but that could hardly be considered an issue.

After all, the Mocalw Bear Spirit's body would heal as long as it was in possession of soul particles, and it was not as if the mandibles could inflict any damage other than a few scratches to the Mocalw Bear Spirit, in the first place.

The bulldozing didn't kill every single Gluttony Termite but it caused enough havoc to affect their entire colony. Not knowing whom to attack first and who to focus on, the Gluttony Termites threw their heads left and right, attacking blindly. It took them a while to find their target, and most of them were already dead or crippled by then.

Neither Zayn nor his four Spirits required much motivation to fight tirelessly against the Gluttony Termites that seemed to continue to emerge from the termite mound as if there was an infinite line.

Close to 20 minutes passed before no more Gluttony Termites emerged from the termite mound, and it was only a few minutes later that the last of them was defeated.

After the last Gluttony Termite was defeated, and Zayn began his work as a merciless slaughterer. There were hundreds of crippled and dying Gluttony Termites that had yet to be killed. Zayn accepted that task since it was only obvious that he got hold of as many soul particles as possible.

He was the only one who could see the Soul Wisps and it was on him to create the second written page inside the Grimoire of the Ancient.

"Herculean and Agile, collect the Gluttony Termite's gel sac, Mocalw Bear, move the corpses together and form a pile to make it easier for the Human Spirits to reach them," Zayn ordered calmly until he diverted his focus onto a Soul Wisp. 𝗳𝒓𝙚e𝓌e𝚋𝙣𝚘𝐯𝙚𝙡.𝑐૦m

After giving it some thought, he was pretty sure that it would be easier to manifest a Gluttony Termite Spirit to find the Mutant Gluttony Termite Queen. With that in mind, he executed Soul Extraction before he used some ownerless soul particles to manifest the Spirit of the Gluttony Termite's Soul.

Compared to the Spirit Manifestation of his other Spirits, the procedure with this one was much easier. Zayn didn't even think of using many soul particles for this one either. There was simply no need to create a strong bond with the Gluttony Termite Spirit since he didn't plan on using it for long. He would sever his connection with the Spirit once it completed its mission.

Zayn didn't see the need to raise a Spirit without talent, which was pretty easy to determine according to the black semi-translucent color of the Spirit's body.

By Allowing the Grimoire of the Ancient to feed on the remaining soul particles he gained from the fight with the first wave of Gluttony Termites, Zayn finished creating more than half of the second written page.

The entire process was very satisfying to look at as the golden soul particles swirled around the Grimoire of the Ancient, particularly its spine, which he had materialized in front of him.

Watching the soul particles dance in the air, and weave together, forming a delicate and intricate pattern that glowed in the light of the bright sun of the early morning, Zayn could tear his gaze away from the bewitching and mesmerizing phenomenon that occurred mere centimeters away from him.

Only half of the written page had manifested so far but that was already enough for Zayn to not only be satisfied with the process of the page's materialization but also with the speed with which he manifested the second page.

He had expected only less than a quarter of the second page to be materialized through the soul particles he offered to the Grimoire of the Ancient.

Of course, he was happy about the result. It made him even more eager to find out more about the Mutant Gluttony Termite Queen's lair.

"Little boy, go and search for your mother. Once you find her come back to me and share your memories with me!" Zayn thus ordered and directed his focus to spend a while helping the Human Spirits with the dissection of the dead Gluttony Termites.

There were more than a thousand bodies that had to be dissected. It would take some time to get his hands on the thousand-plus gel sacs of the Gluttony Termites. However, it would certainly be worth it, even if each gel sac was only worth a single copper coin!

It was not as if Zayn had anything better to do, right now, either way!

Time passed slowly but Zayn never got over the disgust as he continued to dissect the Gluttony Termites' bodies. It was certainly an unpleasant task, however, the result was worth it so he simply accepted his fate. He wanted to earn money so he had to suffer a little. That was fine.

Nonetheless, he diverted his focus to the Gluttony Termite Spirit the moment it emerged from the destroyed termite mound.

The Spirit shared its memories with Zayn, which left him both baffled and exhilarated.

"There are so many Gluttony Termites left? That is…unexpected…" He mumbled to himself while trying to grasp just how many Gluttony Termites resided in the ground below him.

There were tens of thousands of Gluttony Termites and far more eggs than that.

If Zayn didn't know that the Gluttony Termite Queen was supposed to give birth to 30,000 eggs every single day and that the eggs required two months to hatch, he would actually be devastated.

Of course, the Mutant Gluttony Termite Queen may actually give birth to more eggs but that was not of interest for Zayn because he had already gotten his hands on more than enough pieces of information.

The Gluttony Termite Spirit found his target and Zayn sent it back with a plan in his mind,

'Let's see if we can get you out of here!'
