Tang San's Twin Sister-Chapter 154
Swimming lessons went well, with Yu Hua helping along, freshly decked out in the clothes of someone who passed purple level exams.
Once Yin applied for the leave of Haishen and got it approved, Yu Hua appeared with an entirely new set of clothes for her.
Crushed seashells, sequins, and a fabric that resembled the lightest of silks, almost absorbing the light, were incredibly soft. Yin could not help but admire what he conjured up.
The one for her was a knee-length dress with a flaring cut and embroidered with silver threats depicting blue river grass. It was also completely back free, held up by a neck holder that was both smooth and comfortable on her skin.
The sleeves were tight, almost like gloves covering her entire arm. There was also a bolero jacket, back-free with flaring sleeves that could be buttoned up in front even with only one hand.
The part around the missing arm was made of slithly sturdier fabric. Holding it firmly in place.
"Free back for the wings, and a possibility to either completely hide the missing arm or to wear it out proud." Were Yu Hua's words after she was fitted. "I also included these straps here; they are almost invisible, so you won't have any trouble putting it on alone." And Tang Yin was amazed once again by his attention to detail.
She found it difficult to put on regular clothing when once one hand was available, but with the changes he made, it would be effortless for her.
"Thank you." She smiled and twirled in her new outfit. "I will brag all the way to Jiang and my brother."
"You will visit Shrek?" Yu Hua asked, and Tang Yin nodded.
"Yes, sure." She answered. "When I am on the continent already. Poseidon knows when I get another chance."
"True. Remember, though, Jiang said they are participating in a continental soul master tournament. I don't think they hold that anywhere near the school if I am not wrong."
"True, you are right. I almost forgot. Which makes me wonder why aren't you coming along as well?" She asked him curiously. He was now able to leave permanently.
"Because I am opening my own boutique soon." He said and took out a shirt. "I already garnered a firm core of regular customers, and a chance like this might not come around again."
He looked outside into the gardens and waved his hands.
"I want to establish myself here as a branch of Galens and Damian's store. Slowly expand later, and there are few places where I can train as a spirit master as well as here. Thanks to you and Jiang, I even get to spar with a douluo. How many spirit masters can say that about themselves?"
"I guess few." Yin agreed when Jiang stepped into the room, and Yu Hua shoved the shirt into his hands and pointed at the dressing room.
"Extremely few. I don't think you realize how goddamn amazing that is. Burgundy does nothing for you, Jiang." Yu Hua's gaze flickered to his friend. "Try the dark grey one. It should go well with your complexion, and then I want to see the brown and the blue one."
"Seriously?" Jiang growled.
"Yes, seriously. And once we get the colors figured you gave to try this on." Yu Hua held up a white linen work. "I need to try out if the cut works for you. I thought of wings, tails, and talons, so it should, but I'd rather be safe than sorry."
"Got it." Jiang sighed and then tried on the other shirts.
"I mean, really, Yin, there is a chance I will not get that soon again. The only favor I'd ask is that you take a look at how Jiang and Galen are doing and deliver a few clothes, as well as all the reworked items. Though I don't even dare tell them, I care. I am still angry." He huffed and then cast a look at Jiang, giving an approving nod with a small order saying.
Next one.
"I will. But you really think they won't know that it's you behind that stuff?" She looked at him. "They are not stupid." freēwēbnovel.com
"I don't care. I was drugged and smuggled onboard a ship without my approval by my best friends." Yu Hua growled. "I have not forgiven that...yet."
"Aha." Yin looked at Yu Hua, who dismissively shook his head at Jiang in the brown shirt.
"Yes, I hold a grudge." Yu Hua stated and then took out a card from his storage. "Also, give them that. It should make sure that they can cover rent and anverything and last for a while."
"Yu Hua, you send them money, want me to check on them, tailor their stuff for free, and make design sketches for Gales." She mustered him. "Are you sure you haven't forgiven them? That is not the kind of thing a guy angry with his friends would do. I am surprised you even managed to find out what Gale is currently working on."
"Alright. Jiang the cold colors. Warm tones really do nothing for you. Yin, switch with him, please."
Yin stepped from the podium when Jiang got up on it. Looking somewhat defeated. But then, lately, he frequently seemed quite exhausted and beaten.
Yu Hua shoved the shirt on him. It was back free with a neck holder like hers, but longer and differently cut. Then Yu Hua started to put needles into it with a concentrated look.
"You lost weight." He then concluded.
"How about you don't stab me with your needles?" Jiang growled back.
"Quiet." Yu Hua pressed against Jiang's skin, telling him to lift his arm.
Yin frowned; yes, he totally ignored the topic of still caring for his friends, even though he was angry. Jiang made a face, and Yu Hua still, then touched where he had done it again. Blinking and stepping back.
"That is a broken bone. A rip, if I am not wrong, and no rip should react like that when touched." Yu Hua shared his evaluation gaze sharp. "You will make a trip to the hospital before you even dare to appear here again."
Yin felt something in herself flinch.
