The Broken Angel & Her Overprotective Brothers-Chapter 320: Message in the Family Group Chat

Emily woke up to the sound of her phone ringing with an incoming message and when she finally managed to wake herself enough to check her phone, she found that it was one from the family chat group.

She opened the text and found that it was from none other than her brother - Daniel.

’Can we all gather this evening at our house? I have some special people to introduce to you all.’

Emily almost let out a shriek because of her excitement but somehow managed to keep it under control as she hurriedly typed a very positive reply just like some of her brothers who had already sent their replies.

It didn’t even take five minutes before all her brothers had clearly shown their eagerness to finally have the chance to meet those new special people in Daniel’s life.

"Finally!"

"What has made you excited to this level? Wanna share?" Shadow asked as both he and Kaiden entered the guest bedroom with curious looks on their handsome faces.

Emily excitedly shook her phone in the air before she answered, "It seems like we will finally be able to meet Daniel’s girlfriend, or future girlfriend, this evening. I don’t really know what’s the status of their current relationship."

"Really?" Kaiden almost seemed just as excited as her for some reason. In the past few months, he seemed to have grown really close to her brothers.

But even though she was actually feeling warm seeing his excitement, she had to pop his happy bubble, "Me and Shadow will but not you."

"Why?" Kaiden hurriedly asked as he came forward and took a seat on the edge of her bed while Shadow stood next to the bookshelf and watched their interaction in silence.

Emily shrugged her shoulders slightly before she replied, "Daniel has asked only for the family members to be present."

"Ouch!" The one who reacted first to her comment was none other than Shadow who was actually amazed seeing her put Kaiden on the front like this.

On the other hand, Kaiden just let out a sigh but was still not able to properly hide his true feelings. He looked straight into her eyes as he spoke, "You just wait and watch, Angel. I will become the most beloved member of your family."

Emily didn’t respond and just gave him a look that clearly said that she didn’t think the same.

"You both can continue while I’m heading downstairs to prepare some breakfast. Be downstairs in forty minutes... both of you." Shadow said as he gave both of them serious looks before he walked out of the bedroom and closed the door behind him.

Emily was too focused on Shadow that she completely missed when Kaiden moved and the next thing she knew, she had her back pressed down on the mattress while Kaiden was hovering over her with both his hands holding hers against the mattress on either side of her head.

"What are you doing?" She asked while staring into his deep cerulean blue eyes, her heart was beating so fast that it was the only sound she could hear for a while.

A small smile bloomed on Kaiden’s lips which promised things to her. "Reminding you that I’m no outsider." He didn’t give her the chance to even properly grasp his words before he sealed his lips in a deep kiss. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

The instant warmth, affection, and pure love that immediately started spreading throughout their bodies was a clear sign of them being each other’s soulmates. The bond was there and so was the power connecting their hearts and souls together.

A soft moan escaped Emily’s lips when Kaiden slipped his tongue past her slightly parted lips and deepened the kiss, making her give in to him as her body, soul, and heart got filled with a passionate desire that wanted her to forget about everything else and just focus on her man.

Kaiden finally let go of her hands and moved one of them to cup her face while the other went to her waist and started trailing up and down in a slow trance that sent shivers running all over her body.

Emily ended the kiss as she was too out of breath and her lungs were protesting for some very much-needed oxygen. "We... t-there’s only... f-fort-ty minutes..." She somehow spoke through her loud and deep gasps.

Kaiden closed his eyes and took in a deep breath, the tension in his body was clearly visible. When he finally opened his eyes a couple of moments later, he finally seemed to be very much in control. He moved his face closer to hers and placed a sweet and long kiss on her forehead before pressing some more kisses on her cheeks, nose, and then finally her lips.

"I wish I have you all to myself for the day. Stopping is the last thing I want to do right now." Though his voice was soft as he spoke these words, the picture that it painted in Emily’s mind had nothing to do with softness.

She couldn’t deny that her insides were burning with desire and what she really wanted was to just give in to the hunger that wanted her to stay in the bed with Kaiden and not leave the room unless both her body and soul were satiated.

She was still lost in her thoughts when Kaiden finally started pulling away, he moved into the sitting position and helped her to do the same too. "Let’s go and get ready, we only have..." He stopped to look at the wall clock before continuing, "... less than thirty-five minutes."

Before he could have pulled away, Emily found herself pulling on his shirt to turn him to face her before she kissed him. Her soft but already slightly swollen lips met his warm ones and she let her eyes flutter close as she let herself experience the sweet feeling that bloomed between them.

She could finally feel it - she was ready to take another step forward in their relationship.
