After the dark entity snapped his fingers, Dante found himself alongside Ruby in the White Abyss, in the same wide tunnel he had been in before entering Greed’s hidden room.

When he shifted his gaze to the gate, he found that it was broken and the ceiling seemed to have crumbled over the entrance, sealing it completely.

"He really attacked this place."

Dante sighed and checked his ring. He noticed that now it had the spatial pocket inside, which was weird considering that it was a spatial storage like his ring.

How was spatial storage stored inside another spatial storage? Was that normal or did Greed and the relic maker design the ring and the pouch in a way that allowed this?

Regardless, Dante ignored that and checked his runes.

Reading the runes, Dante couldn’t help but let out a hollow laugh.

A lot of things had changed.

His stats had surpassed anything he had ever imagined himself to have. If he now fought Baron Ash, the demon who wasn’t affected even by Dante’s ether attacks, he’d be able to kill Baron Ash himself.

Of course, there were some factors like the experience and relics, but Dante didn’t lack any of them with his talent.

His trait, Demon of Temptation, changed as well. It now included his voice in the charming ability, and even though he couldn’t be sure of it, he felt that his mental resistance improved and his facial features sharpened.

Next was Sin of Greed himself.

He became stronger, significantly stronger.

’The spiritual link between us improved...’

He could feel that the boost in strength Greed received whenever Dante boosted his Spirit stat increased.

In other words, every point of Spirit stat now gave a higher boost to the relic.

Additionally, the Greedy Soul effect seemed to be more greedy. It now required the strength of the absorbed soul to be no less than 91% of Dante’s instead of 90%.

The Abyssal Slash now absorbed 25% of Dante’s demonic energy and spiritual energy, becoming stronger than before but could be used fewer times.

And for the Dance of Greed, Dante had just received more knowledge about it.

Apparently, it was an incomplete technique even with the new surge of knowledge he got.

’I should have known that. A real technique wouldn’t be a simple sword technique, but one that required a type of energy like Shadowstep and Chaotic Impact.’

If Dante wanted to release the full potential of this technique, he’d have to either get more parts of Sin of Greed or complete it in his own way.

And unfortunately, one of them was the last thing Dante would ever do, and the other wasn’t possible currently.

The next change was his comprehension. For the Shadow Aspect specifically, he needed only 10% more to reach complete understanding of the aspect.

For this one, Dante knew what he was supposed to learn next, but the Misfortune Aspect was the problem.

Dante didn’t know everything about it. He didn’t have any books giving a complete guide to it. He would have to rely on self-learning to understand it completely.

As for his abilities, Fafnir, who had been panicking since Dante awoke, now had 60% of Dante’s stats instead of only 10%. And apparently, he also shared Dante’s relics as well.

’Fafnir, can you see if you can summon my relics?’ Dante asked plainly.

Fafnir, despite his concern, went to a hidden spot and tried.

Surprisingly, the only item he was able to summon was the dagger. Everything related to Greed was untouchable. Even the Ring of Greed.

’I think it’s because these things are linked directly to me in a different way from normal relics, or maybe Greed has something to do with this.’ Dante felt a sense of disgust when he thought about that parasite.

The next ability, which allowed him to perceive luck, was also affected. It now gave him the ability to see "Misfortune Spikes", which he didn’t understand currently.

And lastly...

He obtained the ability to save Elizabeth and her camp.

He got several benefits from that place.
