The Extra's Advent: My Villainess Fiancée is a Yandere-Chapter 30: Creating SS-Rank Skill [5]
Kaiser watched the slaves fighting below and cursed under his breath.
"How much longer do I have to live like this?"
An Agent in a black suit adjusted his glasses calmly.
"Please do not worry, sir. The Council can provide you with anything you desire. However, you cannot leave this location."
Kaiser slammed his palm against the armrest.
"Then at least bring me to the Council! I’d feel safer there."
The Agent shook his head gently.
"That is not possible. The Council suspects a Black Owl spy was among the agents. That suspicion is precisely why you were sent to infiltrate the Black Owl Guild in the first place."
Kaiser scoffed.
He grabbed a bottle of wine and drank straight from it. After setting it down heavily on the table, he narrowed his eyes.
"You said the Council will provide anything I need... right?"
The Agent gave a small nod.
"Within reason."
Kaiser leaned back against the sofa, about to voice his request when...
-KNOCK -KNOCK
"Hello, excuse me. Room service."
Kaiser frowned and said,
"Wrong room."
He turned back toward the agent.
"I—"
-KNOCK -KNOCK -KNOCK.
"Excuse me. Room service."
The voice came again.
Kaiser’s irritation flared as he cursed,
"Get lost! I told you it’s the wrong ro—"

Before he could finish, the door handle turned as the door opened slowly.
A teenage boy with black hair and eyes stepped inside as if he owned the place.
A wolf-patterned mask covered the upper half of his face. His lips curved into a grin as he said,
"My apologies, I smelled something rotten in this room. So, I took the duty of cleaning it."
Kaiser and the Council agent immediately understood the underlying meaning behind the masked man’s words.
The Agent reacted without hesitation. He lunged forward, aiming to restrain the intruder in one swift motion.
After all, he was a [Gold 2] ranker, while the masked man was only [Silver 1]. The difference between them should have been insurmountable.
Little did he know that assumption would become his biggest mistake.
Just as his hand reached for the masked man’s neck, the figure disappeared, leaving two words in the air,
"Too predictable"
In that moment, a sharp, burning pain erupted in the Agent’s legs.
The Agent looked down and saw two shadow spikes piercing through his thighs, anchoring him to the ground. Lightning mana surged through the spikes, invading his body and disrupting his internal flow of mana.
"A special element user...? Who are you?"
He demanded through clenched teeth.
Gritting in pain, he tore himself free from the shadow spikes. Blood ran down his legs, but he ignored it, forcing his mana to stabilize.
The masked man was nowhere in front of him.
Then he sensed a fluctuation behind Kaiser.
Cael emerged from Kaiser’s shadow as if stepping out of thin air.
Before Kaiser could even turn around, Cael gripped him by the neck and released a pulse of Black Lightning, paralyzing him instantly.
Holding Kaiser in place, Cael turned his masked face toward the Agent and tilted his head slightly.
"I’ve heard [Gold] rankers can’t be defeated by [Silver] rankers."
"So, tell me... is that just a rumor? Or are you simply the exception?"
"Oh well, it doesn’t matter anyway. Council lapdog, I’ll be taking my leave now."
With that, Cael vanished with Kaiser, who was still paralyzed in his grip.
Black Lightning surged beneath his feet as he activated Black Lightning Step and shot through the underground corridors like a streak of dark light.
The Agent’s heart dropped.
He immediately locked onto the fading mana fluctuations and gave chase, forcing his injured legs to move despite the bleeding.
Cael ran while holding Kaiser by the collar, dragging him along like excess luggage.
"This bastard is way too heavy."
Behind him, Cael could sense it.
The injured Agent was actually catching up.
Cael didn’t bother memorizing directions as he moved deeper through the underground structure. Narrow tunnels twisted into one another, stone walls damp and uneven. Lantern light flickered as he passed, shadows stretching and snapping back into place.
The Agent followed recklessly, ignoring routes and orientation, focused solely on the trail of mana.
Then, after turning to the next tunnel, Cael activated [Teleportation].
In an instant, both he and Kaiser disappeared from the underground settlement.
The Agent arrived at the final point of mana fluctuation seconds later.
There was nothing.
No presence.
No residual mana signature.
"I... I failed?"
Blood continued to seep from his wounds, and the exhaustion from the chase finally caught up to him. His knees buckled, and he collapsed onto the cold stone floor.
After a moment, he pulled out his phone with trembling hands and dialed the Council.
"Emergency... Kaiser has been kidnapped."
"Yes. The one staying in the underground settlement. He holds critical information about Black Owl."
...
On the other side.
"Damn it."
Cael’s Black Lightning clone cursed under his breath. He hadn’t expected a [Gold] ranker to be guarding Kaiser.
Then again, it made sense.
The agent wasn’t just there to protect him. But also, to monitor him.
"Cough... cough..."
Kaiser slowly regained consciousness.
He was tied to a steel support pillar inside an abandoned factory, bound tightly by a Mana Rope. Broken windows let thin moonlight spill across the concrete floor.
Cael remained hidden above, standing silently along the metal beams near the ceiling.
Kaiser lifted his head and looked around.
No one in sight.
The entrance stood open in the distance.
Too open in fact.
Was this a trap?
His instincts screamed that something was wrong.
But even if it was a trap... what could he do?
He didn’t know the kidnapper’s motive. And frankly, he didn’t want to know.
The fact that he was abducted in front of a Council Agent already told him enough.
Kaiser swallowed hard as he remembered the masked man’s voice.
"I smelled something rotten in this room. So, I took the duty of cleaning it."
A chill ran down his spine.
No, he had to escape immediately.
Suddenly, the Mana Rope binding him began dissolving into mist.
Kaiser used his A-Rank skill, Formless, to deform the structure of the mana rope into mist.
Up above, Cael grinned as he copied the skill.
...
[You have successfully copied A-Rank Skill: Formless]
...
With this, the final piece was secured.
Preparation for creating the SS-Rank skill was complete.
Cael’s eyes sharpened as he looked down at Kaiser.
Moonlight reflected faintly off the wolf-patterned mask.
"Now then..."
Cael muttered to himself; his voice was calm and insanely cold.
"How should I dispose of this bitch?"
