As Yang Su approached the mansion's front gates, he was wondering who this person could be to have the audacity to behave like this. Despite not knowing who it was, Yang Su was already hating the person on the other side of this gate.

Opening the large gate with relative ease, Yang Su’s expression was completely cold as the image of the person outside came into view.

Yang Su stared wide-eyed at this girl as she furiously stepped past the demolished gates and entered the courtyard.

Like an angry lioness, she stomped her way past a pale-faced Yang Su and headed towards the main dining area of the mansion.

As she walked by Yang Su, she shot a glance in his direction which made his entire body go rigid from freight.

After the girl was out of sight, Yang Su couldn’t help but swallow a large gulp. His back was completely soaked with sweat, and he could hear the echo of his racing heart in his ears as it pounded violently against his chest.

“What a frightening lady, are all women cultivators as scary as she is?”

After saying that Yang Su realized that his mouth was extremely dry.

“All I did was say a few words to her and she became so enraged that she destroyed our courtyard’s gates, and almost killed me in the process.”

As Yang Su said that, his gaze landed on the gate laying on the ground. Seeing the damage her one kick did to the massive steel structure, Yang Su shivered at the thought of what would have happened if he hadn’t decided to get out of the way.

After a while, Yang Su turn in the direction of the main dining area, and hearing nothing but silence, he felt worried.

‘What happened? Did she do something to elder brother Shen?’

When that thought appeared in Yang Su’s mind, he became frantic and the fear he felt towards the beautiful girl vanished as he rushed at full speed towards the main dining area.

Yang Su quickly came upon the last corner that led to the main dining area, but a cold chill went down his spine as the figure of the beautiful girl suddenly emerged from that same corner.

Seeing that his speed didn’t allow him to immediately stop and he was about to crash into her, Yang Su made the decision to quickly stomp on the ground and propel himself into the air.

In one swift motion, Yang Su cleared the eight-meter-high wall to his right.

And she was here previously to invite me to join their Sword Sovereign Faction.”

After saying that, Xi Shen raised the cup to his lips and casually took another sip of his tea.
